Cycle 3, Slate 3: Paranormal Land

The third slate is composed of two very indifferent types that share a common goal if brought to the battlefied; Get in, hit hard, and secure the victory. Offensively both Psychic and Ground be a very threatening experience if not prepared for some of its hard hitters, and with how DLC 1 has given us these new toys I am sure with the core's for this week these can lead to some powerhouse playstyles.

:sv/munkidori: :sv/hatterene:
Example Tag: CCPsy3 Bruised.
Although its coverage options arent exactly much of a variety, Munkidori actually provides a very hard hitting special attack stat which at the base is 130 with a base 106 speed stat. Something tells me that its going to provide a name for itself as possibly the best out of the toxic chain trio! Hatterene is to back him up and provide magic bounce tech to swat away any status or hazards.

:sv/ursaluna-bloodmoon: :sv/garchomp-mega:
Example Tag: CCGr3 Bruised.
Ground already having the best offensive threats and the best defensive pivots to tank just about the entire meta game just got quite literally the newest of toys to play with in Ursaluna Bloodmoon. Now it isnt like its original counterpart this time its a special attacker and boy does it do its job well. With its signature ability basically being Scrappy and Keen Eye, do not underestimate this bear on the battlefield. Pairing it with Garchomp-Mega can lead to some fun sand or sandless shenanigans!

Bronze: 1400 ELO
Silver: 1500 ELO
Gold: 1600 ELO
Platinum: 1700 ELO

Deadline for Cycle 3 is Sunday, October 15th at 10 PM EST (GMT -4).

Cycle 3, Slate 4: Chemicals in the Crystals

This weeks slate consists of bulky types with very good offensive capabilities. Poison can either be stressful in regards to stall or flat out offensive. Rock is on the block this week. Rock has an opportunity to check even its worst weakness. With its new addition, which is cradily but on steroids, I think with this weeks duo core that Rock will make a name for itself. Maybe even a..PLATINUM..name.

:sv/Okidogi: :sv/Slowking-Galar:
Example Tag: CCPoi3 Bruised.
Okidogi, arguably the best one out of all 3 of the toxic chain trio, is actually very good in regards to its defensive bulk and hard hitting attack stat. Although its speed stat isnt nearly as good as its counterpart Sneasler, Okidogi can still make itself a name in this meta game with Guard Dog neutralizing intimidate users such as Landorus. Pairing him with Slowking-Galar helps absorb its worst weakness which is psychic, or overall anything special attacking that can hurt the doggo.

:sv/Ogerpon-Cornerstone: :sv/Terrakion:
Example Tag: CCRo3 Bruised.
Ogerpon through out its multiple forms has proven to be quite the amazing mon we all expected to be even dating back to its debut leaks. As I stated, this version is Cradily but on steroids. Ivy Cudgel, one of the best moves it could possibly be granted, is a hard hitting 100 base power move and with its typing via the mask it becomes a base 100 rock move. Horn Leech is good recovery. And it gets a variety of moves that can counter its biggest enemies. Steel is its worst nightmare, and Dark can be very disappointing if not supported by the best rock attacker in its early days. Terrakion can check its worst enemies with a powerful close combat.

Bronze: 1400 ELO
Silver: 1500 ELO
Gold: 1600 ELO
Platinum: 1700 ELO

Deadline for Cycle 3 is Sunday, October 22nd at 10 PM EST (GMT -4).
This will be the second to final week of this current DLC's CLC challenge. Thank you all who are participating and having a fun time testing out these cores.
