overarching flavor of these is that janutcher created cogivir (realism) and bubellow (rationality/stoicism) to combat the havoc that psyquila (mania) and magmane (outrage) wreak, employed by arcognition, which perpetuates a long proxy war that the player has to break for either side

Ice royalty + snow globe + tiny fairy
Name: Snolobe (Corruption of snow globe)
Typing:

Abilities: Eternal Ice / Intimidate | Technician
(Eternal Ice: Carryover from Loria. Immune to Fire and Fighting, but always -1 priority.)
Base Stats: 40 HP / 35 Atk / 70 Def / 55 SpA / 70 SpD / 30 Spe (300 BST)
Notable Moves: Frost Breath, Ice Beam, Dazzling Gleam, Torment, Taunt, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Earth Power, Surf, Psychic, Psyshock, Ominous Wind, Draining Kiss, Rock Slide
Height + Weight: 2 meters / 400 kg
Flavour/Design: A giant floating sphere of ice with menacing five pairs of eyes. The texture is round and reflecting, and it is constantly floating. Despite it’s intimidating appearance, it is rather weak, and only uses it’s intimidating appearance to fend away predators. Only once it is trained in battle that it’s true potential starts to unlock.
Potential Competitive Role: Not meant to be LC viable, but immunity to both Fighting and Fire is too good to pass cosndiering how dominating these two types can be in LC.
Evolution: Freezerit (Level 25 or higher)

Name: Freezerit (Freezer + spirit)
Typing:

Abilities: Ice Curse / Intimidate | Technician
(Ice Curse: On switch-in, give Ice-type to all surrounding Pokémon, except those already having the Ice-type. Does not work on Pokémon with the Ability RKS System / Multitype or is wearing a Wonder Mask.)
Base Stats: 60 HP / 75 Atk / 70 Def / 95 SpA / 70 SpD / 60 Spe (430 BST)
Notable Moves: Frost Breath, Ice Beam, Dazzling Gleam, Torment, Taunt, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Earth Power, Surf, Psychic, Psyshock, Ice Punch, Icicle Crash, Mountain Gale, Liquidation, Earthquake, Play Rough, Power Gem, Brick Break, Bulk Up, Ominous Wind, Rock Tomb, Draining Kiss, Rock Slide, Stone Edge
Height + Weight: 1.7 meters / 200 kg
Flavour/Design: As Snolobe’s power increase, their outer ice shell cracks apart, evolving into a goblin-like brute. Now able to properly fight, Freezerit will strike back anyone looking at them funny, and their presence now freezes anything around it.
Evolution: Icesty (Level 45 or higher within snow places)

Name: Icesty (Ice + Majesty)

Base Stats: 90 HP / 125 Atk / 100 Def / 125 SpA / 100 SpD / 60 Spe (600 BST)
Notable Moves: Frost Breath, Ice Beam, Dazzling Gleam, Torment, Taunt, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Earth Power, Surf, Psychic, Psyshock, Ice Punch, Icicle Crash, Mountain Gale, Liquidation, Earthquake, Play Rough, Power Gem, Brick Break, Bulk Up, Ominous Wind, Rock Tomb, Draining Kiss, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Aura Sphere, Vacuum Wave
Height + Weight: 0.2 meters / 100 kg
Flavour/Design: The final form of the Snolobe line, and despite it’s tiny size, it is capable of covering an entire mountain in snow within five hours. Anyone that dares to oppose it will be met with an icy curse, being covered in harmless ice that only makes it more vulnerable to heat once leaving Icesty’s cold territory.
Potential Competitive Role: A slow but powerful Ice-type with strong Abilities to back it up. Ice Curse in particular turns it into a wallbreaker that can use either Rock Slide / Stone Edge or Power Gem to pressure even the bulkiest walls, but must contend with revenge killers. It can go for Technician instead to bring both Frost Breath and Draining Kiss into a devastating STAB and high recovery move respectively.

Height + Weight: 2.1 m, 62.5 kg
New Features: *Poison Surge: Summons Poison Terrain for 5 turns upon entering the field (8 if holding Terrain Extender).
Flavour/Design:
A long time ago, Tapu Zaza used to live in Poni Meadow, which at that time was a swamp. Being the laziest of the Tapus, Zaza used to sleep all day and slack off in the mud, living his best life. Tapu Zaza's job was to both ailment and contain the amount of bacteria and microbes in the mud, toxic enough to dissolve the corpses, but not too much to avoid hurting all the Pokémon that are used to live in a humid habitat. One day, Tapu Zaza had procrastinated the cures of the swamps for so much time, that it became a toxic environment, and all the Pokemon that lived there tried to escape to not be poisoned. The poisonous sludge pervaded the neighbouring lands, causing a real natural disaster.
When the situation was at the peak of chaos, Tapu Zaza woke up to find the other Tapus intervening to preserve the land. Zaza realized the mess he had made, and apologized, but the other Tapus didn't accept the apologies, so he spontaneously started to travel the ocean, feeling rejected.
The land which Tapu Zaza used to protect, became now a dry meadow, where drought is getting worse every year, leaves turning yellow and grass starting to disappear. The air has also lost quality progressively, because the ground isn't able to absorb enough toxic gas. Poni Meadow is now in danger of becoming a dry land with no life, so feeling the dangerous state his land is in, Tapu Zaza lately awoke where the waves brang him, that is in the Desvega lagoon. Zaza is now waiting for a strong trainer that can help him to go back to Alola, to save the Poni Meadow from drought and recover his role of Protector of the Swamps.
This was inspired by Shrek and the fact that the drainage of swampy grounds can lead to an increase of carbon dioxide concentration.
Competitive role: Setting up Poison Terrain on switch in can result in a great advantage if you pair it with some abusers, and Zaza is also capable of spreading toxic and poison, and take advantage of some draining moves that also work as coverage, such as Giga Drain, or some Dark and Ghost-type moves for Psychic-types. Steel-types kinda counter it, but it can still use Focus Miss or Superpower to block them.

The Sharp Nose Pokémon
The last living member of an ancient lineage from the dinosaur era. It uses the rocky blade upon its snout to slash and stab at prey.

Flavor/Design:
A cute baby reptilian fish-mimic, this little skrunkly is 4 feet long, 60 pounds in weight, and looks like a bizarre cross between a swordfish and some long-snouted lizard, with overall proportions akin to Finizen. It has a torpedo-like shape, a tall dorsal fin on its back, and a vertical, crescent-shaped tail fin rather than a horizontal one. It is countershaded in your typical sea-creature fashion, with a light green topside and an underbelly, tail fin, and a pattern of spots on its sides that are all a pale pastel green in hue; the shiny instead has steel gray and white in these respective areas. Its four teardrop-shaped flippers are positioned where a lizard's limbs would be, the front pair being twice as big as the back pair; the front flippers also have two rocky bluish-black spikes on the back edge like the claws on a seal's flipper. Its head is its most prominent feature, with large, adorable red eyes and a long snout with several sharp teeth in its mouth; there are also two small, slitted nostrils are just in front of its eyes. Most notable is the narrow, bluish-black, rocky plate upon the flattened top of its rather rowboat-prow-shaped head, which extends down the top of the upper jaw and somewhat beyond, forming a vertically flattened, knife-like blade; two shorter, similarly flattened rocky spikes jut out on either side of the headplate at the base of the snoot, invoking the hilt of a sword when seen from above. This is what it uses to slash and stab at prey and enemies alike, though it has an easygoing and friendly demeanor most of the time.
Evolves at Level 33 into...
The Saw-Nose Pokémon
Upon evolution, its snout-blade develops spiked edges that enhance its cutting power. This means it can go for longer without having to re-sharpen it.
It is now strong enough to do battle with the deadliest of sea beasts. Its rivalry with Sharpedo led to an old legend about how it sliced its hated foe in half.

Level-Up Moves: Same as Gladicthus, but with added starting move Aqua Tail, and added moves Night Slash (51) and Stone Edge* (55).
Notable TMs: Same as Gladicthus.

Flavor/Design:
A larger and fiercer-looking ichthyosaur with proportions more akin to a great white shark, Serratodon is so named because its snout, which is a bit longer proportionally, now has spikes on the edges like those of a sawfish which enhance the power of its slashing attacks. The lower jaw is a bit longer now, with several sharp teeth on each side of it. Its body is now shaped more like that of a tuna, vertically deep with a narrow sideways width and a short but strong tail with a crescent-shaped fin. It is now a darker sea-green with the same pastel-green underbelly and more spots along its back, giving it a mottled appearance; the shiny likewise has a darker gray shade to the upper body, though still with a slight bluish tint. There are three spikes on each front flipper now, and each rear flipper also possesses a smaller spike, as does the dorsal fin. Finally, it still retains its round red eyes, but they are fiercer-looking and with smaller pupils making them look like Barraskewda's; they're smaller relative to the body, but still impressively large overall. It is now 10 feet long, and weighs in at 250 pounds.
Evolves at Level 52 into...
The Cutting-Edge Pokémon
It attacks prey and ships alike with its long upper jaw, whose stalactite-like fangs can cleave a seamount in half with a single swipe. It is a frequent enemy in the folktales of sailors.
Because of its massive size, it has trouble chasing after prey. Instead, it will wait for a victim to come within reach, and then rush forward to shred it to pieces with its saw-like snout.

Flavor/Design:
Now as big as a Steelix, reaching a whopping 30 feet long and tipping the scales at around 860 pounds, this leviathan of the ancient seas now looks more like a giant shark than a dolphin. Now with a very dark blue-green back and the same pastel green belly and tail fin color as its preevos (respectively a very dark blue-gray and white in the shiny), it still has four flippers with rocky spikes like claws, but their shape is more like the pectoral fins of a shark, and there are now four spikes per front flipper, making them look midway between fins and feet, and two per back flipper (i.e. all four have spikes now). The tall, slightly recurved dorsal fin has three short spikes on the front edge, and can thus be used as a sawblade; a smaller, unadorned dorsal fin sits on the back at the base of the tail. The tail fin itself is still crescent-shaped, but has a pointed fleshy lobe in its middle to invoke the shape of a trident. As for the head, it is still flat-topped but now has more robust but still long, toothy jaws like a mix of shark and crocodile, and smaller and fiercer-looking crimson eyes shaded by the larger, broader rocky head plate, which is still sword-shaped when seen from above, but now with a massive, broad "blade" like a claymore. Along the otherwise blunt edges of the blade are two rows of vicious, bladed teeth shaped like flint arrowheads with a gray color and a lustrous sheen, with the very tip sporting such a tooth in the middle as the ending point. In fact, the whole "point" of this fearsome weapon was that it dispatched prey with it like some colossal sawfish, using sideways swings of its head coupled with short bursts of speed to shred sea beasts as big as itself to ribbons. It would also turn that same armament upon others of its kind over territory, as indicated by numerous scars and slash marks instead of spots on its back and sides, though they are still the same light color as its belly.

Those who have raised (or at least attempted to raise one) are noted to have become particularly short-tempered with their peers; whether it's because of the experience of raising a Lamblaste or their influence is unclear.

Many of the Desvegan upper crust have a Sabbaphoat as a team member, perhaps as a symbol of power and influence.

...while one among these will join the ranks of our legendaries and mythicals:
MINOR LEGENDARIES SUBMISSION:
The Bitumen Pokémon
Smoldering Form:
A massive bird Pokémon that scavenges from tar pits, its feathers are covered in viscous slime. While this sticky mass is difficult to clean, it makes an effective barrier against the teeth and claws of its enemies.
It is one of the largest bird Pokémon ever to fly, but as long as its feathers are soaked with tar, it won't be able to get off the ground. Locals say the sight of it setting itself alight and taking wing is an omen of disaster.

Ignited Form:
When it ignites the volatile compounds stored in its coat, it can create its own thermals and soar high into the sky. It's said to hide away from humans because it was once heavily hunted as a potential fuel source.
Its mighty wings cast the land in shadow as it hunts for prey from the air, gliding on the warm air currents its fiery plumage produces. Legend has it that its flight once plunged all of Desvega into a terrible drought.

Name Origin: Tarmac + Teratorn
Counterpart: Leviatoll
Type: Fire/Poison
Abilities: Thermal Lift*
When the Pokémon uses a Fire-type attack or a move that can inflict a burn, it changes into its Ignited form. It returns to its Smoldering form upon taking super-effective damage.

At the start of a match, Tarmatorn will be in its Smoldering Form, which reduces any incoming damage from contact moves by 50%. When in its Ignited Form, Tarmatorn is immune to Ground-type moves, but receives no incoming damage cut. If it switches out when in its Ignited form and switches back in, it will be in its Smoldering Form.

Notable Egg Moves: N/A (No Eggs Discovered)

Flavor/Design:
A colossal bird Pokemon and perhaps one of the largest to have ever flown, Tarmatorn ironically spends much of its time on the ground, taking to the air only when necessary - its 8-foot-tall, 308-pound body is hard to get off the ground, after all. It relies on soaring flight thanks to the ability to create its own thermals by setting its tar-soaked plumage on fire, and flaps its gigantic wings only rarely to conserve energy; to attack, it simply drops down onto its prey or opponent like a fiery meteor, talons-first. Its overall appearance, apart from scale, is not unlike its cousin Braviary, though its head is much larger relative to the body and its neck is longer though still heavily muscled; like Mandibuzz, however, its neck and face are bald. If anything, it's like you took the neck and head of a terror bird the size of a T. rex and attached it to the body of an oversized eagle with a wingspan as wide as a personal aircraft. Its legs and feet are thick with muscle, resembling those of Tyrantrum more than any bird, but it retains four toes on each dark red-brown, scaly foot with one facing back and every single one of them bearing an enormous black claw. Its feathers are absolutely caked with thick, purplish-black tar, which forms a gloopy covering like Muk's body, though some of its burning feathers, which glow a vivid orange, stick out from the tar arbitrarily. The flight feathers on its wings and its fan-shaped tail are tar-free and have a luminous fiery pattern of bright yellow and red-orange, as though they were literally made of fire; the shape and patterning of these is akin to the wings of Galarian Moltres, though with more visible slotting like an eagle's wing. Meanwhile, the top of the head has a crest of thinner feathers soaked with oily tar which makes them a purplish gray and drooping with a sort of "wet cat" look, drooping over its head like emo hair to obscure its face. There is also a white, starburst-shaped feather ruff at the base of the neck with wispy points tipped with yellow, almost like a cartoon sun. If the head feathers are parted, the facial skin is dark gray as though charred by a cartoon explosion, though the skin of its neck and head is otherwise a pale red, and its fierce orange eyes are still visible with a fierce glare when not covered by the head feathers. Its massive bill, meanwhile, has the same red-brown color as the feet, though curiously it has a scaly texture to it like Archen's; its shape is like that of a tomahawk, the downcurved cutting edge at the front being black like the talons, flowing smoothly into the hooked tip of the beak - allowing it to use its head like a battle-ax to chop its prey into pieces small enough to swallow.

All of the above, of course, is for Tarmatorn's Smothered form; in this form, it remains on the ground with its wings raised and spread wide to intimidate opponents, its tar dripping from its body with a thick, pudding-like consistency. When it attacks with an ability that triggers Thermal Lift, however, it takes to the air as the tar ignites into flame, its entire covering now a glowing red-orange with trails of fire flowing from wherever the stray feathers were sticking out. The neck and head feathers light up with a gradient from yellow closest to the skin to orange near their ends and closer to the torso, and they now flow upwards instead of downward with a flame-like shape like the wings, as though its whole head is on fire; its face skin is also now pitch-black from the sheer heat, and its eyes blaze solid white. It will remain in this ignited state as long as it is airborne, above the reach of Ground-type attacks. Only a super-effective Water-, Psychic-, or Rock-type move can shake off enough tar to stifle its heat-producing ability and send it plummeting, though it can also return to the ground voluntarily by switching out and then re-entering battle.
The Enclave Pokémon
Surfaced Form:
A colossal marine Pokémon that's said to be one of the last of its kind. In constant search for companionship, it is drawn in by the sound of foghorns and sirens, but quickly loses its temper and summons devastating tidal waves.
Rarely, it can be seen on the surface of the sea, longing for the prehistoric era when it wasn't alone. In the early days of ocean exploration, unsuspecting sailors often mistook it for a small island - with disastrous results for everyone.

Submerged Form:
To retreat from the hustle and bustle of the surface world, it dives thousands of feet below the waves to hunt in solitude. Many deep-sea vehicles have attempted to track it during these journeys, but none thus far have returned intact...
Though it descends into the depths largely to be alone with its thoughts, it creates massive whirlpools upon submerging and stirs up tsunamis when surfacing. Legend has it that it once plunged all of Desvega into a catastrophic flood.

Name Origin: Leviathan + Atoll
Counterpart: Tarmatorn
Type: Water/Rock
Abilities: Deep Dive*
When the Pokémon uses a Water-type attack, it changes into its Submerged form. It returns to its Surfaced form upon taking super-effective damage.

At the start of a match, Leviatoll will be in its Surfaced Form, which reduces any incoming damage from non-contact moves by 50%. When in its Submerged Form, Leviatoll is immune to Grass-type moves, but receives no incoming damage cut. Flavor/Design:
A massive, ancient cetacean, thousands of years old and a relic of a bygone era, Leviatoll rivals Wailord as the largest of all Pokemon, at a whopping 45 feet long, though at 1,570 pounds, it's several times heavier, owing to the sediment piled on its back. Its body shape is overall blimp-like, not unlike Wailord's, but its great head is wide and shaped like the prow of a cargo ship, with a cavernous maw full of huge, sharp teeth; essentially, think of Monstro the Whale from Disney's Pinocchio film and you'd have a good idea of what to expect. There are also two large tusks jutting from the front of the lower jaw, merging seamlessly with the lower jaw. Its small eyes just above the corners of its mouth are permanently closed and baggy to give it an elderly feel, and its pectoral flippers, which sport three claws like a seal's each and knobby back edges like a humpback whale's, droop downward as if it were visibly depressed; the large tail flukes also have knobby back edges. A pair of small spouts like small chimneys is visible on the top of its head, set towards the front of the snout, and these occasionally blow sprays of seafoam into the air. Upon its back is a great pile of compacted sediment like a small mountain, with multiple layers in several shades of reddish brown like a sandstone cliff, alongside additional smaller rocky plates like scales scattered across its skin around the base of the mountain; otherwise, it is bluish-black above and white below. The shiny has dark blue-purple skin and a lavender belly, though the silt pile remains, camouflaging it as an island on the surface of the sea.

In its Submerged form, the sandstone pile has worn off somewhat thanks to water erosion. Now, the "mountain" is smaller, but it also exposes an assortment of fossilized shells and bones accumulated within that now stick out like various spikes and horns, making its back a far more treacherous hurdle and giving it a look more akin to a medieval sea monster. Its clawed flippers are now posed like arms ready to seize prey, and its eyes are open, revealing ferocious solid red orbs that shine faintly yet fiercely. The spouts, on the other hand, are closed up and retracted, being of no use at this depth, with only two closed slits on the top of the head where they were before. It assumes this form when submerged in the depths of the ocean abyss, but should it be hit by a super-effective attack, it will be forced to surface again.
Name: Agnosus (ágnōstos + sus, the genus of pigs)
Counterpart: Aviarice, Aggravattle
Typing: Poison/Ground
Ability: Unhindered / Unaware
Base Stats: 110 / 95 / 100 / 70 / 135 / 60 (570)
Notable Moves: Poison Fang, Toxic Shock, Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Dig, Stomping Tantrum, Earthquake, Smack Down, Stone Edge, Head Smash, Assurance, Knock Off, Jaw Lock, Drain Punch, Superpower, Flame Charge, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Triple Axel, Thunder Punch, Wild Charge, Shadow Claw, Phantom Force, Sludge Bomb, Earth Power, Snarl, Dark Pulse, Power Gem, Shadow Ball, Poison Terrain, Obstruct, Snatch, Stealth Rock, Slack Off, Magic Coat
Height + Weight: 1.8 m + 143 kg
Flavour/Design: Based on Moha or delusion, depicted in the Buddhist wheel of life as a pig; as well as oreodonts, one of the fossils found in California. Agnosus is said to once be a manipulative Pokemon that had bullied Virulope, earning it the wraith of Janutcher, who proceeded to use Virulope's sickness to break their spirits. The Karma Trio each dealt with the experience differently - Agnosus elected to pretend that nothing had happened, eventually consumed by its delusion - literally, no thanks to Arcognition.

Name: Aviarice (Avian + Avarice)
Counterpart: Agnosus, Aggravattle
Typing: Poison/Flying
Ability: Unhindered / Opportunist
Base Stats: 100 / 80 / 90 / 135 / 90 / 80 (570)

Height + Weight: 2.4 m + 79 kg
Flavour/Design: Based on raga or greed, depicted in the Buddhist wheel of life as a bird; as well as the Momo Hoax and the California condor. Aviarice is said to once be a bone vulture Pokemon that had bullied Virulope, earning her the wraith of Janutcher, who proceeded to use Virulope's sickness to break their spirits. The Karma Trio each dealt with the experience differently - Aviarice elected to pursue Janutcher's power for herself, eventually consumed by her greed - literally, no thanks to Arcognition.

Name: Aggravattle (Aggravate + rattle)
Counterpart: Agnosus, Aviarice
Typing: Poison/Dark
Ability: Unhindered / Contrary
Base Stats: 90 / 135 / 100 / 50 / 80 / 110 (570)
Notable Moves: Poison Tail, Toxic Shock, Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Power Trip, Assurance, Knock Off, Lash Out, Glare, Revenge, Body Press, Superpower, Zen Headbutt, Dig, Earthquake, Iron Head, Waterfall, Flame Charge, Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Ice Hammer, Thunder Fang, Shock Tail, Drain Fang, Phantom Force, Poltergeist, Waterfall, Super Fang, Coil, Poison Terrain, Toxic, Venoshock, Sludge Bomb, Snarl, Dark Pulse, Focus Blast, Psyshock, Psychic, Earth Power, Flash Cannon, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Hex, Shadow Ball, Surf, Snatch, Taunt, Topsy-Turvey, Spite, Encore, Imprison, Shed Tail
Height + Weight: 5.4 m + 105 kg
Flavour/Design: Based on dvesa or hatred, depicted in the Buddhist wheel of life as a snake; as well as the western diamondback. Aggravattle is said to once be a fang snake Pokemon that had bullied Virulope, earning him the wraith of Janutcher, who proceeded to use Virulope's sickness to break their spirits. They each dealt with the experience differently - Aggravattle elected to become strong enough to force Janutcher to end his suffering, eventually consumed by his hatred - literally, no thanks to Arcognition.

I imagine that in order to unlock the ability to encounter this roaming trio, the Player must have Virulope - whether having caught or traded one - as the first member of their party. Considering that our box-arts have Abilities that raise or lower stats, this also explains their Hidden Abilities - Agnosus is the delusion that "everything is fine", thus it has Unaware, ignoring stat changes, whether Arcognition Downloaded the right one; Aviarice is the "I want it!', thus she is an Opportunist who would also gain a boost from Download; Aggravattle's beef is solely with Janutcher, so even if it gets Intimidated, its Contrary boosts its attack instead. Their standard Ability, for flavour's sake, is that since this is the "Reality Trio", ignoring type-matchups would be akin to breaking a part of reality, no?
*Unhindered (Desvega): The Pokemon's moves that would normally have no effect due to type matchups will be able to hit the target.

Of course, there are some with issues, specifically:
  • anaconja: I missed this with your P-Bonder last time, please give your Ground/Dark Legendary a proper name; also, (and this goes to everyone for this slate who subbed a Minor Legendary) flavour and design must explain their lore in connection with Desvega and/or the Reality Trio.
  • Orangesodapop: Your Pseudo-Legendary will need a name, two pre-evos and a list of notable moves aside than Draco Meteor, as is the case with your Horsemen, who I also request you provide details of your Horsemen's signature moves, as well as provide explanation of the latter's lore in relation to Desvega and/or the Reality Trio.
  • Sharpen42: Not a veto per se, but there's an unidentified 'Acid Bomb' in Tapu Zaza's level up movepool. If it's a move meant to be something like Grassy Glide, Expanding Force, Rising Voltage or Misty Explosion, there's already a move submitted by yours truly called Toxic Shock that serves as Poison Terrain's special move.
You have 24 hours to fix these issues, after which we shall begin voting for our last Desvgean native slate!

sorry I meant Acid Spray, I unkowingly translated the italian name lol
edit: corrected now

More than 24 hours have passed, and of the three subs who still have issues, only Sharpen42 has amended their's and anaconja has lobbied for a late amendment owing to me lacking badges. Thus, both of Orangesodapop's subs shall remained vetoed and cannot be voted for, and our last voting phase for our native Desvegan Pokemon shall begin.

Owing to the amount of eligible Pseudo-legendary subs remaining, this shall be a ranked vote for your top three, and any extra votes shall be ignored. Self-votes are limited to one per user and permitted only if you have voted for at least another user’s submission beforehand.

For the minor legendary category, this will be a ranked vote, where you can vote for up to five submissions, with each sub receiving points based on what order you put them in. If you vote for less than five, the amount of points that the top vote gets is equal to the number of votes you did and it goes down by one from there. As with the Pseudo-Legendaries, self-votes are limited to one per user and permitted only if you have voted for at least another user’s submission beforehand.

Only the pseudo-legendary and minor legendary line with the highest amount of votes shall be accepted, though in the case of a tie, both shall be permitted to be part of the Desvegan Dex.

As a reminder, here are example votes for each category:
Pseudo-Legendary line A (User Name) - Gets 3 points
Pseudo-Legendary line B (User Name)- Gets 2 points (SVs can only be this or lower)
Pseudo-Legendary line C (User Name) - Gets 1 point

Minor Legendary Group A (User Name) - Gets 5 points
Minor Legendary Group B (User Name)- Gets 4 points (SVs can only be this or lower)
Minor Legendary C1 & Minor Legendary C2 (User Name) - Gets 3 points (How counterpart votes should be formatted)
Minor Legendary D (User Name) - Gets 2 points
Minor Legendary E (User Name) - Gets 1 point

As always, this phase lasts for 48 hours, with a 24 hour warning by Samtendo09 tomorrow.

Feel free to discuss about the winners, but in the meantime, allow me to steal Samtendo's thunder and introduce our next slate, because there's one more thing to decide before we get to Wonder Masks...

- Regional Dex & Adjustments-
:sm/Iron Bundle: :sm/Swampert::sm/Pyroar:

With so many new Pokemon submitted by everyone who has participated, there may be holes or niches with the Desvegan meta that haven't been occupied, and this is what this slate is about - to introduce some old Pokemon and establish the full Regional PokeDex of Desvega.
In addition, some of you who have submitted a winning sub have either not submitted a full movepool, or may have since felt the need to buff or nerf them. This is your only opportunity to finalise everything.

This slate has vastly different rules than previous slates, so be sure to read them.
Rules
- During this slate, you will propose up to ten non-legendary and non-starter evolutionary families, as well as up to two groups of legendaries and Starter Pokemon to be added, whether they be from the mainline games or past iterations such as from Gen X Brazdo and Gen X Loria. There are no restrictions* on what kinds of evolutionary lines you're allowed to add, whether for flavour or competitive reasons.
*Note that due to being related to other Desvegan Pokemon's mechanics, the following Pokemon are already part of the Desvegan Regional Dex and cannot be proposed: :Ledyba: :Ledian: :Teddiursa: :Slugma: :Magcargo: :Capsakid: :Scovillain: :Plusle: :Minun: :Bidoof: :Bibarel: :Mareanie: :Toxapex: :Pawniard: :Bisharp: :Kingambit: Knightmare from Loria, :Rotom: :Ekans: :Arbok: :Silicobra: :Sandaconda:
- Along with your ten proposed evolutionary lines, you can also propose move additions for those Pokemon. These added moves can only be either the new moves added in this iteration (excluding exclusive moves, which are those that do not have 'possibly more' listed in their Notes column on the spreadsheet) and/or moves in the TM/Tutor list that those Pokemon don't already learn: For example, if you propose to add Mimikyu, you can suggest that it gains Poltergeist for this iteration. Again, check the spreadsheet if you are uncertain.
- To those who have a winning sub, this is your final request to submit a full movepool. Failure to do so by the end of this slate will result in the playable sub consisting only of the moves in your Notable moves list as well as (or only, if there is no list) universal TMs and/or Tutors. To those who already subbed a full movepool, but still wish to buff or nerf your sub, this is your template:
Name: [Name of the Pokémon]
Stats: [The Pokémon's stats, of which you can adjust as long as its BST remains the same]
Abilities: [The Pokémon's set of abilities, of which you may change only one]
New Moves: [Any moves that you are adding to the Pokémon; you are permitted to add up to four moves]
Removed Moves: [Any moves that you are removing from the Pokémon, you are permitted to remove up to four moves]
Justification: [Explain why these changes should be added]

- Once the slate ends, there will not be a voting phase. Instead, the council will go through the list of proposed Pokémon, make any necessary tweaks and additions, depending on how many suggestions we get, and publish the finalised list.

To compensate for the earlier start, this slate will last for seven days. Have fun!

This is your 24 hour warning! Anyone who haven’t nominated yet, now is the time.

We’re also planning one extra slate depending on what type is lagging behind in terms of whole new fully evolved Pokémon, though how many maximum winners will depend on the amount of whole new Pokémon in total.
