Name of the Pokemon: Victant
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker, Revenge Killer
Types:

Ability and Description: Champion - User's Attack is 1.5x.
Stat Distribution: 85 / 111 / 110 / 74 / 85 / 116 | BST: 581
Justification: Victant is a powerful wallbreaker that strikes fear into all of the special walls in the meta (seriously, why are there 3 Chansey/Blissey fusions here). It hates switching into Stealth Rock, though, and Quagsirom walls it easily.

Name of the Pokemon: Alakario-Mega-A
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Set-up Sweeper, Stallbreaker
Types:

Ability and Description: Trace - On switch-in, or when it can, this Pokemon copies a random adjacent foe's Ability.
Stat Distribution: 77 / 95 / 92 / 180 / 107 / 150 | BST: 701
Justification: Takes advantage of Chain Heal and Recovery Shield to make stall's life very hard. Its STABs are great and it has Nasty Plot with blazing speed to match.

Name of the Pokemon: Star-Butterfly
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Set-up Sweeper
Types:

Ability and Description: Magical Wand - Critical hit ratio is raised by one stage. Transforms into Star-Butterfly after it gets a critical hit. In butterfly form, critical hit ratio is raised by two stages.
Stat Distribution: 78 / 122 / 81 / 181 / 103 / 131 | BST: 696
Justification: Ridiculous power after a KO, plus crithax and Nasty Plot.

Name of the Pokemon: Gengalure
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Stallbreaker
Types:

Ability and Description: Blessed Protection - Infiltrator effects + when a move break this Pokémon’s substitute, that move gets disabled until the target switches out.
Stat Distribution: 70 / 70 / 85 / 147 / 92 / 105 | BST: 569
Justification: Can easily setup a Substitute thanks to Blessed Protection and force many fat walls out.

Name of the Pokemon: Snorligatr
Role(s): Set-up Sweeper, Special Tank, Stallbreaker
Types:

Ability and Description: Sheer Fat - This Pokemon's attacks with secondary effects have their power multiplied 1.3x and have their effects nullified. This Pokemon takes half the damage it would normally have taken from moves with secondary effects.
Stat Distribution: 132 / 117 / 92 / 82 / 106 / 64 | BST: 593
Justification: Spam Curse and Rest to give stall a bad time. Also messes with opposing attackers that use moves with secondary effects, like the common BoltBeam.

Star can only transform when it gets a crit, not when it gets a KO.

Name of the Pokemon: Genin
Role(s): Set-Up Sweeper, Glass Cannon, Mixed Attacker
Types:

Ability and Description: Malware - This Pokemon's Attack or Sp. Atk is raised 1 stage based on the foes' weaker Defense at the end of each full turn on the field.
Stat Distribution: 66 / 105 / 70 / 105 / 72 / 149 | BST: 567
Justification: Genin is a fusion that snowballs quite easly due to stat buffs. Its mixed stats plus ability and movepool allow for some flexibility on what to run, and fast speed means it can U-Turn out of tricky situations with ease and allows it to invest more EVs into offense than speed. Its downside is the fact that it is very frail and lacks a true good Flying STAB, as well as having 4MSS. It beats Mega Audala and Chantic with ease, but is hard blocked by Quagsirom and Helltank. It then has to pick what other fusion it wants to beat, as aforementioned it has 4MSS

We'll be jumping straight into OFFENSE 2 slate. We will be choosing which fast attackers, offensive pivots, and priority or scarf users we'll have on FE Omega. This also includes weather-based fast attackers (Chlorophyll, Slush Rush, anything of the sort) and I'll also be allowing OTR since it is viable for revenge killing under Trick Room.

Name of the Pokemon: Grequa
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Priority User, Scarf User
Type:

Ability and Description: Huge Bubble: This Pokemon's Water power is 2x; it can't be burned; Fire power against it is halved. When it has 1/3 or less of its max HP, its Water power is 3x instead of 2x.
Stat Distribution: 80 / 92 / 89 / 86 / 111 / 92
Justification: Grequa is an extremely strong special attacker that can help weaken all the specially bulky walls we have right now, such as Oxybliss or Chantic. It also has a good match-up against some offensive fusions as it can spam it's strong STAB priority Water Shuriken against them.

Name of the Pokemon: Mienzy
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker, Pivot, Scarf User, Priority User, Set-Up Sweeper
Type:

Ability and Description: Aura of Pain: While this Pokemon is active, all Pokemon are prevented from healing.
Stat Distribution: 59 / 132 / 65 / 78 / 72 / 130
Justification: Mienzy is a scary wallbreaker that can dismantle many walls that are prevented from healing themselves. It is also pretty fast so it can work as a revenge killer and pivot on offensive teams. It even has Extreme Speed to finish off faster Pokemon. Mienzy itself is very frail though so pretty much any attack will kill it.

Name of the Pokemon: Tyranwak
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker, Choice Band User, Set-Up Sweeper, Choice Scarf User
Type:

Ability and Description: Enchanted Skull: This Pokemon's attacks with recoil damage have 1.5x power and the recoil damage is nullified.
Stat Distribution: 81 / 110 / 124 / 69 / 79 / 68
Justification: Tyranwak is an extremely strong physical wallbreaker that can break through the most annoying walls. It's match-up against offense is pretty bad though, as it is slow and has a lot of weaknesses. It is really great on Trick Room teams though.

Name of the Pokemon: Covally
Role(s): Priority abuser
Types:

Ability and Description: Triage System - If this Pokémon is Covally, it's types change to match it's held memory and all moves known by this Pokémon that are the same type as the memory have +3 Priority. When not holding a memory, this Pokémon's Normal-type moves have +3 Priority.
Stat Distribution: 93 / 73 / 102 / 95 / 102 / 100 | BST: 565
Justification: Simple role, it can abuse priority in many ways, incluiding Revenge Killing with +3 priority moves, and makes for a great pivot with Parting Shot

1548449466953.png
1548449471487.png

Name of the Pokemon: Regetta (And Compressed)
Role(s): Hail Sweeper
Type:
in regular
in compressed
Ability and Description: Cool as Ice - This Pokemon's moves have their secondary effect chance doubled. Upon the first contact with Hail, becomes Compressed form (Keeps in the form when Hail fades away). In Compressed Form, regens 1/4 (1/8 x2) HP per turn.
Stat Distribution:
90 / 63 / 88 / 134 / 184 / 70 in regular
90 / 134 / 70 / 63 / 88 / 184 in compressed
Justification: A look at Compressed's stats and you'll understand why this was rcomended. Such high Speed and Attack with a great STAB combo make for a great ice glass cannon. I has surprising coverage such as Earthquake and Thunder punch, and even is a fast pivot with U-Turn.

1548449993102.png

Name of the Pokemon: Deoxys-Confused
Role(s): Fast mixed sweeper
Types:

Ability and Description: Pressure - If this Pokemon is the target of a foe's move, that move loses one additional PP.
Stat Distribution: 75 / 130 / 105 / 130 / 105 / 125 | BST: 670
Justification: While Pressure is a mediocre ability, Confused Deoxys has box-legendary BST and decent all-around stats. While not having the best type, it's still a more balanced Deoxys. It isn't exactally frail and can be a great Passadust teammate

1549053008028.png

Name of the Pokemon: Not
Role(s): Revenge Killer
Types:

Ability and Description: Ambition - This Pokemon's moves ignore screens, Aurora Veil, Substitutes, Mist, Safeguard, accuracy drops, and evasion boosts.
Stat Distribution: 94 / 85 / 87 / 93 / 85 / 122 | BST: 566
Justification: Simply a fast special attacker with Boomburst as its main STAB, leashing out damage quite easly

1549053059024.png

Name of the Pokemon: Not-Mega
Role(s): Revenge Killer, Wallbreaker, Fast Pivot
Types:

Ability and Description: No Guard - Every move used by or against this Pokemon will always hit.
Stat Distribution: 94 / 85 / 92 / 158 / 95 / 142 | BST: 666
Justification: Hurricane + Boomburst makes for a nasty STAB combo. With coverage options such as Flamethrower, Focus Blast and a fast pivot option in U-Turn, I believe it is one of the better Mega options.

Name of the Pokemon: Sceptette-Eternal
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Scarf User
Types:

Ability and Description: Surge Bloom - Allied Grass type Pokemon have their Grass STAB increased by x1.5 and their stats can't be lowered.
Stat Distribution: 72 / 75 / 66 / 125 / 116 / 126 | BST: 580
Types (Mega):

Ability and Description (Mega): Lightning Rod - This Pokemon draws Electric moves to itself to raise Sp. Atk by 1; Electric immunity.
Stat Distribution (Mega): 72 / 100 / 76 / 165 / 126 / 151 | BST: 680
Justification: Sceptette doesn't need the extra damage of LO or Specs to damage walls (it has 130x1.5 STAB Leaf Storm that doesn't lower SpA), making a Scarf set viable. Revenge killing and late-game cleaning is very easy because of its speed tier. However, it's balanced due to not having a reliable or strong answer to the many Steel-type fusions (relying on Focus Blast that's not boosted by STAB or ability, or even items if Scarfed).
As for the Mega, it's certainly not as strong as the base form, but it can outspeed the entire unboosted Omega meta so far, even Genin and Mega Alakario A.

Name of the Pokemon: Tornadel-Naga
Role(s): Offensive Pivot, Revenge Killer, Set-up Sweeper
Types:

Ability and Description: Ouroboros - Upon scoring a KO or switching out, the user regains 1/3 max HP.
Stat Distribution: 83 / 89 / 79 / 127 / 83 / 127 | BST: 588
Justification: Tornadel combines the roles of offensive pivot and revenge killer, and keeps healing itself when successfully doing either of those roles. Tornadel can force switches by threatening to sweep with Nasty Plot, and can also switch out with U-turn. 127 Speed makes it outspeed most threats, including Sceptette-Eternal. However, as a Flying-type with mediocre bulk, it can't freely switch in and out due to Stealth Rocks, and may require hazard control on the team.

Name of the Pokemon: Raptalon
Role(s): Priority User, Offensive Pivot, Physical Wallbreaker
Types:

Ability and Description: Fearless - The priority of all the user's Flying type attacks are at +1, as long as its attack is not lowered.
Stat Distribution: 91 / 110 / 80 / 72 / 74 / 123 | BST: 550
Justification: Mirror Move paired with Flyinium Z gives a +2 boost to Raptalon's Attack and uses the foe's last move as a Z-Move. It also has priority due to Fearless. Priority Brave Bird is also nice.

Name of the Pokemon: Peli Koko
Role(s): Offensive Pivot, Rain Setter, Electric Terrain Setter, Role Compressor
Type:

Ability and Description: Thunderstorm Surge - It's literally just Electric Surge + Drizzle.
Stat Distribution: 65/82/92/115/72/117 [BST 543]
Justification: SpA might be middle of the road, but Peli's fast enough to make do with perfectly accurate Terrain-boosted Thunders. It also gets Rain-boosted Water STABs, has access to BoltBeam (you'll only use the latter half though), and can use perfectly accurate Hurricanes on top of that. However, because it won't be able to take hits very well, ESPECIALLY on the Special side, you can just Volt Switch outta here into another mon to tank the hit, preferably something that can benefit off of ETerrain/Rain.

Name of the Pokemon: Thundurbee
Role(s): Pivot, Priority User, Set-up Sweeper
Types:

Ability and Description: Stunning Bug - Bug-type moves have their priority increased by 1, but cannot hit Dark-types.
Stat Distribution: 72 / 120 / 55 / 85 / 90 / 105 | BST: 527
Justification: Priority U-Turn your way for the win. Electric typing gives it immunity to paralysis, meaning nothing can slow it down. It might want to run Fighting coverage (Superpower / Hammer Arm) this time as it can no longer hit Dark-types with priority moves due to Gen 7 mechanics. Alternatively, it can run a Set-up sweeper with X-Scissor as main STAB.

Name of the Pokemon: Shaymode
Role(s):
Types:

Ability and Description: Static Switch - 30% chance to paralyze the opponent whenever the user switches out.
Stat Distribution: 80 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 100 / 130 | BST: 580
Justification: An offensive pivot that also aims to spread paralysis thanks to its ability, Static Switch. Basically, just use Seed Flare on Ground-types and Volt Switch on everthing else. Once it has spread paralysis, its teammates can take advantage of it and sweep.

Name of the Pokemon: Farfect
Role(s): Revenge Killer
Types:

Ability and Description: Rebel - Boosts Attack by one stage upon switch-in and by two stages for every stat drop.
Stat Distribution: 61 / 125 / 80 / 90 / 80 / 91 | BST: 527
Justification: Farfect has access to 2 strong STAB +2 priority move allowing it to do revenge kill weakened foes. It's also not useless against fatter team thanks to its Bug STAB which is super effective against Oxybliss and Drewnee. Tho it struggles with Steel, Flying and Ghost-types such as Zaggron, Chazma and Audala. It also fails to beat bulk invested Pokemon such as Rhyperlax and Snorligatr and struggles to switch on the field because of its low 61/80/80 bulk. It also unable to deal with Gengalure which quad resists First Impression and is immune to E-Speed.

Name of the Pokemon: Exfey-Cola
Role(s): Revenge Killer
Types:

Ability and Description: Berry Cola - Healing moves have +3 priority. If the user has eaten a berry, 50% chance to restore it at the end of each turn (100% in Sun). When using a healing move, the Pokemon healed gets the effect it would from eating Exfey-Cola's berry (even if Exfey-Cola has already eaten it, unless it has somehow consumed another item in the interim).
Stat Distribution: 83 / 88 / 97 / 113 / 102 / 82 | BST: 565
Justification: Powerfull +3 priority Giga Drain and Draining Kiss. It struggles against Specially Defensive Pokemon such as Chantic and Oxybliss as well as against Poison, Fire and Steel-types such as Gardelego, Victant and Klinkle.
