Ω FUSION EVOLUTION OMEGA Ω
A Fusion Evolution Side-Project
Thanks to leonard (from big bang theory) for help with the submission format and role compendium

Welcome to Fusion Evolution Omega! A side project of FE that aims to create an easy-to-get-into, manageable micro-meta with less fusions. This will hopefully create a competitively viable version of FE for tournaments!

Rules:
  • The community will submit and decide which EXISTING Fusions will be added to FE Omega based on their roles. You can check all existing fusions here.
  • The fusions submitted can't be altered in any way, they must be exactly the same as in regular FE.
  • The meta will follow OU rules and clauses. All existing normal Pokémon are available to use. Ubers and AG Pokemon are banned, however.
  • The fusions banned in regular FE are also banned in FEO. This means you can't submit them. On top of this, all clauses in regular FE also apply to FEO. You can check regular FE tiering decisions here.
  • There will be 5 slates, based on these categories:
    • Defense (Walls, Defensive Pivots, Clerics or Stallbreaker)
    • Offense 1 (Strong Attackers, Set-up Sweepers or Wallbreakers)
    • Offense 2 (Fast Attackers, Offensive Pivots, Priority or Scarf Users)
    • Utility 1 (Suicide Leads, Entry Hazards, Hazard Control or Ability Shutdown)
    • Utility 2 (Trappers, Taunt Users, Weather, Terrain, Room or Tailwind Setters)
  • Submission can have roles apart from the one in the slate, but it must always fit the slate. (Raptorus can be an offensive pivot, a defensive pivot, a wallbreaker or a defogger, but you can't submit it on the Utility 2 slate).
  • We'll get a total of 10 winning fusions for each slate. We'll end up with a total of 50 fusions. Megas from the winning fusions will automatically be added as well.
  • Fusions won't have access to their Fusion Moves if they have one. Remember, we're trying to make a less confusing/cluttered and more competitive FE micro-meta.
Submission Phase:

You can submit up to 4 fusions in each slate. We'll use this format for submissions:
Name of the Pokemon: (e.g. Viva)
Role(s): (e.g. Set-up Sweeper, Stallbreaker)
Type: (e.g Steel/Flying)
Ability and Description: (e.g. Piercing Gaze: This Pokémon cannot be inflicted with a move’s secondary effect. Any move with a secondary effect used against this Pokémon loses 2 PP instead of 1.)
Stat Distribution: (e.g. 110/86/88/120/90/91)
Justification: (e.g. Viva can act as a Set-up Sweeper. A solid defensive typing with Roost+Quiver Dance lets it set-up safely against many opponents. Its Ability gives it immunity to possible burns from Scald or other secondary effects, making setting up easier. Additionally, STAB Hurricane off of 120 Special Attack lets it deal a lot of damage after setting up. With one of the best defensive typings in the game, its above average bulk helps it check certain OTR threats like all Stakataka fusions and more, also preventing spam of moves with secondary effects because of its ability. It can also set rocks, and use a U-Turn in order to give momentum to the team and take resisted hits.)

Reserved. You may post now!

The current slate is DEFENSE.
We will be choosing which walls, defensive pivots, clerics or stallbreakers/PP stallers we'll have on FE Omega. You can also submit Eviolite users, AV users or bulky attackers that have high defenses.

Name of the Pokemon: Tomb2
Role(s): Mixed Wall
Type:

Ability and Description: Firewall: Upon switch-in, this Pokemon sets up Reflect or Light Screen depending on the opponent's higher Attacking stat. If they are tied, this Pokemon sets up Aurora Veil.
Stat Distribution: 87 / 86 / 109 / 98 / 111 / 47 | 538 BST
Justification: Tomb2 is a great defensive fusion due to it's amazing defensive typing, an ability that allows itself and teammates to take less damage, and a good support movepool including moves like Recover, Will-o-wisp, Destiny Bond, and Foul Play. It's bulk isn't the most incredible, but paired with Firewall, many fusions have trouble taking this down, especially physical attackers who fear Will-o-wisp and Foul play.

I'll submit more later.

Also, can i suggest the template is changed to this:
Code:

It's a small quality of life change so that you don't have to manually un-bold all your text. It also gives you the little type icons :psyglad:

Name of the Pokemon: Guzzpex
Role(s): Mixed Wall
Type:
/

Ability and Description: Merciless Beast:
If it lands a hit on a poisoned Pokémon, its highest non-HP stat goes up by 1.
Stat Distribution: 136 / 82 / 122 / 75 / 117 / 39 (571)
Justification: With 136/122/117 defenses and only one weakness, Guzzpex is an incredibly sturdy wall. Its ability, while seemingly useless at first, can actually be of use with stuff like Toxic and Knock Off.
1546191194006.png

Name of the Pokemon: Chazma-Egg
Role(s): Mixed Wall
Type:
/

Ability and Description: Healthy Meal: This Pokemon receives 3/4 damage from supereffective attacks, and has 30% chance to heal its own major status conditions. In Double battles, the effects also apply to allies. This effect can't be ignored by Mold Breaker and variants.
Stat Distribution: 193 / 59 / 57 / 96 / 136 / 63 (604)
Justification: Not only does it have great bulk and defensive typing, but even Dark moves (its only weakness) have their damage reduced thanks to its unignorable ability.

Name of the Pokemon: Chantic
Role(s): Mixed/Special Wall, Cleric
Type: Normal/Fairy
Ability and Description: Serene Grace: This Pokémon has doubled chances of activating secondary effects.
Stat Distribution: 167/37/60/72/120/60 (Can use Eviolite)
Justification: And here's a nomination straight outta NFE FE. 167/60/120 bulk is already excellent for sponging Special hits, albeit inferior to Chansey, but its 60 Defense is a COLOSSAL improvement from said mon's 5, allowing it to round out better. The Defenses normally cap out at 240 and 372 respectively with +Natures, but slap an Eviolite on it and you get 360/558, thus equivalent to 167/114/204 bulk. Also Softboiled/Heal Bell.

Name of the Pokemon: Guzzbro
Role(s): Physical Wall, Calm Mind set-up
Type: Dragon/Water
Ability and Description:
Base: Rejuvenation: This Pokémon restores 20% of its Maximum HP whenever it lands a KO. Beast Boost effects instead if at Max HP.
Mega: Shell Armor: This Pokémon cannot be critted.
Stat Distribution:
Base: 168/88/92/110/77/37
Mega: 168/88/162/140/77/37
Justification: LOOK AT DAT PHYSICAL BULK. Okay, Special Bulk ain't too bad either due to that insane HP, but you need LOADS of physical firepower to deal massive damage, and, well...

+6 252+ Atk Guts Heratana Leaf Blade vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Guzzbro-Mega: 407-479 (75.3 - 88.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Yeah, told you so. Though it is more vulnerable to Special Attacks and Dragon/Fairy moves, so...

"According to all known laws of aviation, it is impossible for Zaggron to take flight" - The True Falcon
Name of the Pokemon: Zaggron
Role(s): Physical Wall, Defogger, Defensive Pivot
Type:

Ability and Description: Crushing: Doubles the amount of recoil enemy Pokemon take when using a move against this Pokemon.
Stat Distribution: 80 / 100 / 150 / 92 / 95 / 77 (594)
Justification: Zaggron takes everything that makes Skarmory good and adds a bunch of extra things (only thing missing is Spikes). One of the best type combos in the game, 80/150/95 bulk with Roost. It can provide momentum to the team with Volt Switch or U-Turn. Zaggron can also be a Shuffler with Thunder Wave + Dragon Tail and punish Fairies that are immune to Dragon with Steel STAB. Its ability seems kinda useless at first but it doubles Rocky Helmet and Life Orb damage. Oh, and it's possibly the single best fusion against the deadly OTR Stakataka fusions that usually run Steel/Ground/Rock moves, all of which are resisted/neutral on Zaggron.

Name of the Pokemon: Mega Zaggron
Role(s): Physical Wall, Defogger, Defensive Pivot
Type:

Ability and Description: Filter
Stat Distribution: 80 / 130 / 200 / 92 / 115 / 77 (694)
Justification: 80/200/115 bulk with Filter. Same amazing movepool as base. Not much else to add.

Name of the Pokemon: Perwear-Alola
Role(s): Defensive Pivot
Types:

Ability and Description: Fluffy Fur - This Pokemon takes 1/2 damage from contact moves, 2x damage from Fire moves. Doubled Defense.
Stat Distribution: 102 / 102 / 80 / 75 / 72 / 97 | BST: 528
Justification: Alolan Perwear doesn't have much to offer, but it does a fantastic job at what it offers. With Fluffy and Fur Coat combined, it can survive even x4 weakness, like a Play Rough from Mega Mawile.
252+ Atk Huge Power Mawile-Mega Play Rough vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Fluffy Fur Persian-Alola: 336-400 (82.3 - 98%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
It has Parting Shot, Foul Play, Fake Out and Taunt, giving momentum to teammates and taking physical hits like no other bulky pivot.

Name of the Pokemon: Drewni
Role(s): Physical Wall, Status Spreader, Defensive Pivot, Bulky Offense
Type:

Ability and Description: Synch Scales - Doubles both Defense and Special Defense if this Pokémon has a status aliment.
Stat Distribution: 105 / 120 / 99 / 115 / 100 / 100
Justification: First off, it has Mew's movepool, granting it some freedom on what to use. While Bulky Offense is listed as a role, it is best at being a Physical Wall, due to Will-o-Wisp. Due to its ability, when statused it has effectively 105 / 218 / 218 stats. Its movepool is very varied allowing access to direct recovery (Recover, Roost, Soft-Boiled), Staus Spreading (Focus on WoW tho), Knock Off, Screens, Tailwind for support, Seismic Toss and even U-Turn. Its only downside is that it must be statused, so you will take some burn damage every turn

252+ Atk Choice Band burned Tyranitar Crunch vs. 248 HP / 8+ Def Synch Scales Drewni: 102-120 (24.6 - 29%) -- 97.3% chance to 3HKO after sandstorm damage and burn damage

252 Atk Choice Band burned Hoopa-Unbound Hyperspace Fury vs. 248 HP / 8+ Def Synch Scales Drewni: 130-154 (31.4 - 37.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after burn damage

252 Atk Choice Band burned Weavile Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 248 HP / 8+ Def Synch Scales Drewni: 102-121 (24.6 - 29.2%) -- 0% chance to 3HKO after burn damage
252 Atk Choice Band burned Weavile Icicle Crash vs. 248 HP / 8+ Def Synch Scales Drewni: 91-108 (22 - 26.1%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after burn damage

1546207682465.png

Name of the Pokemon: Probs
Role(s): Mixed wall, Trapper, Hazard Control
Type:

Ability and Description: Mine Field - Immune to ground. When a foe uses a Ground-Type move against this Pokémon, it becomes trapped.
Stat Distribution: 90 / 67 / 122 / 92 / 140 / 90
Justification: With the conjunction of its typing and ability, Probs only has a weakness to Fighting, while resisting Water, Psychic, Grass 4x, Bug, Electric, Flying, Steel, Rock and Normal, with a Poison immunity. It can potentially trap in foes if prediction is used well. Access to Recover and Psywave aid it in stall, while also being immune to most hazards and resisting SR + having Defog makes it a premiere hazard remover. However, it has SR and Roar itself so you can set hazards as well. The base form is pretty good so you're not restricted to using your Mega Slot on this.

1546207694814.png

Name of the Pokemon: Mega Probs
Role(s): Mixed Wall, Bulky Sweeper, Hazard Control
Type:

Ability and Description: Levitate - Immune to ground moves.
Stat Distribution: 90 / 87 / 152 / 122 / 160 / 90
Justification: If you do, however, want it as your mega, it offers everything the base does but better. The only nieche it loses is trapping foes. It is also a potential Calm Mind sweeper if you want to go that route.

1546462235483.png

Name of the Pokemon: Audala
Role(s): Overall wall, Wish passer
Type:

Ability and Description: Recovery Shield - Combined effects of Regenerator and Shadow Shield
Stat Distribution: 140 / 86 / 101 / 99 / 101 / 73
Justification: The solid typing and fantastic ability should be enough to sell you into this fusion. It also has Roost for direct recovery, Wish for ally aiding, Night Shade for damage and Moongeist Beam for ability surpression even (Not that relevat tho). It can spread Paralyzis and Burns as well. The mega has better stats but a worse ability.

1546462245446.png

Name of the Pokemon: Mega Audala
Role(s): Mixed Wall, Wishpasser, Bulky Special Attacker
Type:

Ability and Description: Healer
Stat Distribution: 140 / 86 / 141 / 119 / 141 / 73
Justification: 140 / 141 / 141 bulk with a great defensive typing and even offensive potential due to alright 119 Sp. Atk + Calm Mind. Again, not a necessity to use Audala qith the Mega, but it's a very solid option

1546462219048.png

Name of the Pokemon: Passadust
Role(s): Utility, Stall Support, Bulky Pivot
Type:

Ability and Description: Chain Heal - Upon switching out, this Pokemon is healed for 1/3 of its max HP. Its replacement's ability is then replaced with Chain Heal.
Stat Distribution: 89 / 130 / 85 / 75 / 75 / 120
Justification: Passadust is not a stall mon in itself, but allow me to explain its importance to stall teams. Other stall mons, such as Guzzpex, Chazma and Chantic (As well as pretty much every Mega Audino fusion), are greatly improved by receiving Chain Heal. Chain Heal is basically a Regenerator that will become your replacement's ability. Combined with Passadust's fast speed and U-Turn, it can easly make the whole team gain essentially Regenerator for free.

Name of the Pokemon: Quagsirom
Role(s): Setup Check (where is this role btw), Mixed Wall, Ability Shutdown
Type:

Ability and Description: Unamazed: Moves used by and against this Pokémon ignore the foe’s ability and stat changes.
Stat Distribution: 117/117/102/92/102/62 (592 BST)
Justification: Quagsirom is a necessity on defensive teams to check setup attackers, and it does a great job of it with its mixed bulk and ability that ignores even boosting abilities.

Name of the Pokemon: Lampara-De-Noche
Role(s): Mixed Wall, Defensive Pivot
Type:

Ability and Description: Dark Light: Provides inmunity to super effective attacks and heals 25% of its health instead. This Ability cannot be ignored.
Stat Distribution: 113/89/103/119/113/73 (610 BST)
Justification: Really nice defensive pivot, taking on Dark, Ghost, Bug, Electric, and Grass-type moves to heal itself. Sucks that it doesn't have a recovery move with more than 8 PP, though.

Name of the Pokemon: Porygrigus
Role(s): Setup Check, Physical Wall, Defensive Pivot, Trick Room Setter
Type:

Ability and Description: Negative Body: Resets all stat changes of the opponent upon switching in.
Stat Distribution: 90/65/130/108/100/45 (538 BST)
Justification: Very solid physical wall to check Swords Dance and Dragon Dance users.

Name of the Pokemon: Eel-Lee
Role(s): Special Wall, Defensive Pivot, Status Spreader, Hazard Control
Type:

Ability and Description: Ground Leecher: immune to Ground, heals 33% when hit by a Ground-type move or when switched out.
Stat Distribution: 90/110/90/100/120/71 (581 BST)
Justification: Great defensive typing and special bulk when used with Assault Vest.

Ability and Description: Quarantine - Attacks against this Pokémon use one extra PP. This Pokémon cannot be inflicted with status conditions.
Stat Distribution: 162 / 40 / 105 / 72 / 157 / 72 | BST: 608
Justification: Look at those stats and ability. Then remember this thing has recovery, rocks, Toxic, Seismic Toss and even Thunder Wave if you are so inclined. If this isn’t Stall, I don’t know what is.

Name of the Pokemon: Shucklord
Role(s): Mixed Wall, Bulky Offense
Types:

Ability and Description: Two-Faced - All stats except for the highest have inverted stat changes. The highest stat is boosted whenever this Pokemon lands a KO or has a different stat changed. If two stats tie for the highest stat, both stats are ignored.
Stat Distribution: 141 / 55 / 141 / 73 / 141 / 24 | BST: 575
Justification: Godly Bulk combined with Contrary Draco Meteor and Shell Smash that with proper investment can net +1 in both Defenses as well as +2 Special Attack. Have fun! It also has both Rocks and Sticky Web.

Name of the Pokemon: Komally

Ability and Description: Sleeping System - This Pokemon is treated as if it were asleep and also all types at once.

Justification: Eight immunities, a single weakness and a bunch of resistances. Combined with Wish and Parting Shot, Komally is an extremely good stall mon.

Judging by the types of the defensive fusions we selected, it looks like Dark attackers could be very good in the meta, generally speaking. Not counting extra forms, half of the defensive fusions are weak to Dark, while only two resist it. Meanwhile Ghost attackers will have trouble with half of the defensive fusions being immune to Ghost and only one being weak to it. Of course, that can all change with the upcoming slates.

Submissions are open again.
The current slate is OFFENSE 1.
We will be choosing which strong attackers, set-up sweepers or wallbreakers we'll have on FE Omega. This also includes AV users, Offensive Trick Room and weather-based HO, but excludes cleaners/revenge killers, which will be featured in the next slate.

To check if a fusion is balanced, please calculate offensive fusions against at least a few of the 10 winning defensive fusions (You can't submit an offensive fusion that OHKOs every defensive fusion available).

Name of the Pokemon: Lemorus-Incarnate
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker
Type:
/

Ability and Description: Move Madness:
This Pokemon's moves of the following types change types and get a 1.5x power boost: Normal type moves become Ground type, Ground type moves become Electric type, Electric type moves become Steel type, Steel type moves become Rock type and Rock type moves become Normal type.
Stat Distribution: 104 / 142 / 110 / 85 / 72 / 73 (574)
Justification: While its high attack and ability may intimidate you, Lemorus is still a fusion riddled with faults including mediocre speed and a defensive typing that leaves a bit to be desired. It can put a dent in defensive teams, but against offense it'll struggle a fair bit. Its ability also takes some getting used to and can be gimmicky at times (eg reducing Rock coverage options to Heavy Slam).

Name of the Pokemon: Exelego-Alola
Role(s): Special Attacker
Type:
/

Ability and Description: Frisky Beast: Upon switchin, identifies the highest invested stat of the opponent and boosts its corresponding stat by one stage.
Stat Distribution: 105 / 83 / 71 / 131 / 113 / 95 (598)
Justification: Exelego is comparable to Lemorus with a high attacking stat and a great ability. However, its typing leaves much to be desired and its coverage against Steel types is non-existent. Its speed, while better, is still nothing superb, and its physical defense is lacking.

Name of the Pokemon: Klinkle
Role(s): Special Sweeper / Wallbreaker
Type:
/

Ability and Description: Charged Up: This Pokemon's Special Attack is doubled.
Stat Distribution: 70 / 75 / 77 / 77 / 90 / 112
Justification: With its high speed and monstrous Special Attack courtesy of its ability, Klinkle can run through unprepared teams. Thats about it though: Its definitely a bit of a glass cannon.

Name of the Pokemon: Darmin
Role(s): Mixed Attacker(?)
Type:
/
(latter type becomes
in Down form)
Ability and Description: Rhythm: At the end of every turn, Darmin switches from Darmin-Up to Darmin-Down, or vice versa.
Stat Distribution:
Darmin-Up: 137 / 160 / 87 / 72 / 70 / 107 (633)
Darmin-Down: 137 / 72 / 137 / 160 / 120 / 67 (693)
Justification: Darmin is certainly a strange choice for an attacker. Depending on how you EV it, every other turn it is a sitting duck with no option but to Slack Off or Protect unless they want to do mediocre to bad damage. But on the turn you get the desirable form, it is a wall-smashing monster who can unleash high-powered Flare Blitzes or Fire Blasts depending on your choice.

Name of the Pokemon: Rhyperlax
Role(s): Mixed Tank, Physical Sweeper, Physical Wallbreaker
Types:

Ability and Description: Amazing Bulk - This Pokemon receives 1/2 damage from supereffective attacks.
Stat Distribution: 147 / 135 / 107 / 70 / 92 / 45 | BST: 596
Justification: High physical attack and a solid physical movepool give Rhyperlax above average offensive presence to say the least, but its massive bulk makes it stand out. A Banded set can act as a wallbreaker, while taking multiple heavy hits from opponents. It's also a prime candidate for Assault Vest. As a set-up sweeper, Rhyperlax is Curselax on steroids, thanks to better stats and ability.

Name of the Pokemon: Banegross & Banegross-Mega-X
Role(s): Physical Attacker
Types:

Ability and Description: Hard Body - Stat drops inflicted either by moves, abilities or status are ignored.
Stat Distribution: 72 / 135 / 97 / 89 / 86 / 87 | BST: 566
Ability and Description (Mega): Tough Claws - This Pokemon's contact moves have their power multiplied by 1.3.
Stat Distribution (Mega): 72 / 145 / 117 / 99 / 106 / 127 | BST: 666
Justification: Not much to explain, it's Steel/Ghost Megagross. Has Knock Off, Shadow Sneak, Sucker Punch and Gunk Shot as new options.

Name of the Pokemon: Gardelego & Gardelego-Mega
Role(s): Special Tank
Types:

Ability and Description: Beast's Copycat - Upon switchin in, replace one of user's stats with the foe's highest non-HP stat. Upon knocking a foe out, this Pokémon's highest stat is raised by one stage.
Stat Distribution: 108 / 59 / 76 / 126 / 123 / 101 | BST: 593
Ability and Description (Mega): Pixilate - This Pokemon's Normal-type moves become Fairy type and have 1.2x power.
Stat Distribution (Mega): 108 / 79 / 76 / 166 / 143 / 121 | BST: 693
Justification: Starting with 108/76/123 bulk, Gardelego can switch into defensive threats, copy their defenses to become even bulkier. Of course, it's not nearly as passive as the mons you'll switch it into, because of 126 SpA and a wide special movepool. If you invest in HP and SpA and copy a defensive stat, Gardelego can have 3 max EV invested stats at a time.
As for the Mega, all of its stats are better than MegaGardevoir's, with an arguably better type too, and better coverage.
Code:
Gardelego after copying Zaggron-Mega's Defense stat.
0 Atk Zaggron-Mega Iron Head vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Gardelego: 116-140 (27.6 - 33.3%) -- 0% chance to 3HKO
252+ SpA Life Orb Gardelego Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Zaggron-Mega: 179-213 (49.1 - 58.5%) -- 98.8% chance to 2HKO

Name of the Pokemon: Victant
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker, Revenge Killer
Types:

Ability and Description: Champion - User's Attack is 1.5x.
Stat Distribution: 85 / 111 / 110 / 74 / 85 / 116 | BST: 581
Justification: Victant is a powerful wallbreaker that strikes fear into all of the special walls in the meta (seriously, why are there 3 Chansey/Blissey fusions here). It hates switching into Stealth Rock, though, and Quagsirom walls it easily.

Name of the Pokemon: Alakario-Mega-A
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Set-up Sweeper, Stallbreaker
Types:

Ability and Description: Trace - On switch-in, or when it can, this Pokemon copies a random adjacent foe's Ability.
Stat Distribution: 77 / 95 / 92 / 180 / 107 / 150 | BST: 701
Justification: Takes advantage of Chain Heal and Recovery Shield to make stall's life very hard. Its STABs are great and it has Nasty Plot with blazing speed to match.

Name of the Pokemon: Star-Butterfly
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Set-up Sweeper
Types:

Ability and Description: Magical Wand - Critical hit ratio is raised by one stage. Transforms into Star-Butterfly after it gets a critical hit. In butterfly form, critical hit ratio is raised by two stages.
Stat Distribution: 78 / 122 / 81 / 181 / 103 / 131 | BST: 696
Justification: Ridiculous power after a crit, plus crithax and Nasty Plot.

Name of the Pokemon: Gengalure
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Stallbreaker
Types:

Ability and Description: Blessed Protection - Infiltrator effects + when a move break this Pokémon’s substitute, that move gets disabled until the target switches out.
Stat Distribution: 70 / 70 / 85 / 147 / 92 / 105 | BST: 569
Justification: Can easily setup a Substitute thanks to Blessed Protection and force many fat walls out.

Name of the Pokemon: Snorligatr
Role(s): Set-up Sweeper, Special Tank, Stallbreaker
Types:

Ability and Description: Sheer Fat - This Pokemon's attacks with secondary effects have their power multiplied 1.3x and have their effects nullified. This Pokemon takes half the damage it would normally have taken from moves with secondary effects.
Stat Distribution: 132 / 117 / 92 / 82 / 106 / 64 | BST: 593
Justification: Spam Curse and Rest to give stall a bad time. Also messes with opposing attackers that use moves with secondary effects, like the common BoltBeam.
