My internet is going to be IRC/PO-unfriendly for the next three weeks. I was hoping that ST7 would start a bit before it did, but as it stands, mostly due to the aforementioned problems, it's unlikely that my opponent and I will get any battles planned. I don't want to waste anyone's time (including my own) hoping for what-if scenarios in which we could get battles going. I apologize to everyone who was anticipating my match-up, for whatever reason.
