...but Dipplin has the same BST as Appletun and Flapple. As much as I'd like a buff for the entire line, a regional evo for a regional evo seems silly.

This technically has precedent with the Galarian Mr. Mime line (Mime Jr -> Mr Mime Galar -> Mr. Rime), it just begs to see if a possible evo to Dipplin would even be considered a different regional evo.

Dipplin's signature move is probably low accuracy because it has an evasion lowering ability.

Even if the pokemon itself was better (& honestly its not even that bad) it would probably still have that accuracy.
