This set is easily countered by Butterfree, who can set up a Quiver Dance without worry. Butterfree should be setting up since Bug Buzz, due to Gogoat's unbelievable special bulk, only 2HKO's about 30% of the time.

Also even if predicts Lampent with a SE HP Ground, Lampent can still get on and do the Trick Room magic before kicking it out, even after one layer of spikes (However HP ground + SR does have 75% chance for the 2HKO)
