Rapidash as a check

Rapidash @ Leftovers / Charcoal
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Will-O-Wisp / Drill Run
- Morning Sun
- Wild Charge

Rapidash is unable to switch in on anything other than a Giga Drain or an HP Fire, but it OHKOes Exeggutor with Flare Blitz 100% of the time (even if it's using Leftovers over Charcoal or Life Orb):

252 Atk Rapidash Flare Blitz vs. 72 HP / 0 Def Exeggutor: 374-444 (107.1 - 127.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Murkrow as Check

Murkrow @ Life Orb
Ability: Super Luck / Insomnia
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Brave Bird
- Hidden Power [Fighting] / Heat Wave
- Dark Pulse / Pursuit

While Murkrow can't switch into anything other than a choicelocked Psychic, it can easily either Pursuit trap or OHKO Exeggutor with its STAB moves. Leaf Storm actually OHKOs Murkrow so beware.

252 Atk Life Orb Murkrow Brave Bird vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Exeggutor: 437-515 (132 - 155.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Life Orb Murkrow Pursuit vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Exeggutor: 148-174 (44.7 - 52.5%) -- 19.1% chance to 2HKO (Can OHKO after rocks on the switch.)

252+ SpA Choice Specs Exeggutor Hidden Power Fire vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Murkrow: 206-243 (78.9 - 93.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO lol
252+ SpA Choice Specs Exeggutor Leaf Storm vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Murkrow: 333-393 (127.5 - 150.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Seaking is a check

Seaking @ Leftovers
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 112 HP / 240 Atk / 76 SpD / 80 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Waterfall
- Megahorn
- Knock Off
- Haze

Seaking resists both Hydro Pump and Ice Beam, and is immune to HP Electric thanks to Lightning Rod. Once Gorebyss has set up, Seaking can use Haze to get rid of it's stat boosts, then proceed to 2HKO it with Megahorn.

+2 252+ SpA Gorebyss Hydro Pump vs. 112 HP / 76 SpD Seaking: 197-232 (59.8 - 70.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

240+ Atk Seaking Megahorn vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gorebyss: 108-128 (43 - 50.9%) -- 3.9% chance to 2HKO

Bouffalant @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sap Sipper
Happiness: 0
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Frustration
- Pursuit
- Megahorn
- Earthquake

Assault Vest Bouffalant is a really solid check to Gorebyss, although it can't live two hits from Gorebyss after it's set up a Shell Smash. Gorebyss is unable to OHKO Bouffalant if it's at full health even if it has set up a Shell Smash and is holding a Life Orb. In return, Bouffalant can deal around 70% to Gorebyss, if it's running a White Herb or before a boost, and has a chance to OHKO it if it's running Life Orb.
252+ SpA Gorebyss Hydro Pump vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Bouffalant: 126-148 (32 - 37.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock
252+ SpA Life Orb Gorebyss Hydro Pump vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Bouffalant: 164-192 (41.7 - 48.8%) -- 82.8% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock
+2 252+ SpA Gorebyss Hydro Pump vs. 248 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Bouffalant: 250-295 (63.6 - 75%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

252+ Atk Bouffalant Return vs. -1 0 HP / 0 Def Gorebyss: 234-276 (93.2 - 109.9%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO

Rotom-Frost as a check:
Rotom-Frost_BW.gif

Rotom-Frost @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Blizzard
- Thunderbolt
- Trick

Scarf Frost outspeeds all variants of Gorebyss at +2 (outspeeds Timid by 1 point, how convenient) and will always OHKO with Thunderbolt or Volt Switch regardless of any defense drops on Gorebyss. Even Blizzard is a 2HKO if Gorebyss does have the defense drops. Frost doesn't enjoy switching in on Hydro Pump though, but can tank one at +0 if there are no Stealth Rocks up. There isn't much else to say since Scarf checks are always "outspeeds and kills" but does drive home the point that Rotom-Frost is just...SO good...

Also have some calculations:

Rotom-Frost ---> Gorebyss

252 SpA Rotom-F Volt Switch vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Gorebyss: 252-296 (100.3 - 117.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 SpA Rotom-F Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Gorebyss: 320-378 (127.4 - 150.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 SpA Rotom-F Blizzard vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Gorebyss: 97-115 (38.6 - 45.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252 SpA Rotom-F Blizzard vs. -1 0 HP / 4 SpD Gorebyss: 147-174 (58.5 - 69.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Gorebyss ---> Rotom-Frost

252+ SpA Gorebyss Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Rotom-F: 169-201 (70.1 - 83.4%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

252+ SpA Life Orb Gorebyss Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Rotom-F: 220-261 (91.2 - 108.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
Yikes...

+2 252+ SpA Gorebyss Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Rotom-F: 339-400 (140.6 - 165.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Tank Regice as a check to Gorebyss

Regice @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Focus Blast

Regice isn't a switch-in, but it can stay in, even on a Life Orb Gorebyss at +2, and Paralyze Gorebyss as Hydro Pump does a little over half to Regice. On the following turn, Regice is able to do a minimum of 90% via Thunderbolt, scoring the OHKO in most cases.

+2 252+ SpA Gorebyss Hydro Pump vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Regice: 195-229 (53.7 - 63%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
+2 252+ SpA Life Orb Gorebyss Hydro Pump vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Regice: 253-298 (69.6 - 82%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252+ SpA Regice Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Gorebyss: 226-268 (90 - 106.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

Lapras as a check

Lapras @ Icicle Plate / Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 208 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA / 44 Spe
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Freeze-Dry
- Toxic / Surf

Lapras is immune to Hydro Pump, and takes very little damage from Ice Beam even at +2. Lapras can't directly switch on Hidden Power Electric at +2 because it gets 2HKO'd, but can revengekill Gorebyss using Freeze-Dry, which 1HKOs using Icicle Plate, while it's a roll when using Leftovers but it does like 94% min. so it KOs surely if Gorebyss is already a little weakened.

Seaking @ Leftovers
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 112 HP / 240 Atk / 76 SpD / 80 Spe

I mean this isnt really a good check in any way.
Life Orb variants can just ohko or 2hko you as you can attempt to hit a Megahorn which does around 70% and if you dont knock off or haze Gorebyss might even be able to kill you and another Pokemon (thats if Seaking is at full and Gorebyss gets the low roll as you can also die straight up).
+2 252+ SpA Life Orb Gorebyss Hydro Pump vs. 112 HP / 76 SpD Seaking: 256-302 (77.8 - 91.7%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
240+ Atk Seaking Megahorn vs. -1 0 HP / 0 Def Gorebyss: 162-191 (64.5 - 76%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
White Herb doesnt do much worse since it 2hkos as long as it hits two hydros and you do even less back which is quite sad (and if Haze yeah it has to hit two hydros but you really dont come out on top)
That if is gorebyss is also running HP Electric since Psychic variants can just OHKO you no problem with Life Orb and I've tested that with good results

CB Boufflant as a check

Bouffalant @ Choice Band
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Head Charge
- Earthquake
- Pursuit
- Megahorn

Boufflant can lead with Ninjask as it leads and take it out with Pursuit as they likely click U-Turn or click Head Charge if you think they might stay in, either way something is taking a lot of damage.

252+ Atk Choice Band Bouffalant Pursuit vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Ninjask: 237-279 (90.1 - 106%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Ninjask U-turn vs. 108 HP / 0 Def Bouffalant: 153-181 (42.7 - 50.5%) -- 2% chance to 2HKO

Relicanth as a counter

Relicanth @ Leftovers
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 248 HP / 232 Def / 28 Spe
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Head Smash
- Waterfall
- Toxic

Relicanth has a really high defense, a good typing to counter every move Ninjask has, along with a threatening STAB in Head Smash.
Relicanth cannot only threaten him, it can set up rocks easily too.

Going on with the obvious calcs :

252 Atk Choice Band Ninjask X-Scissor vs. 248 HP / 232+ Def Relicanth: 93-111 (23 - 27.5%) -- 65.8% chance to 4HKO

0 Atk Relicanth Head Smash vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Ninjask: 1096-1296 (416.7 - 492.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Stunfisk as a counter:

Stunfisk @ Leftovers
Ability: Static
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earth Power
- Discharge
- Toxic

Stunfisk is 4hko'ed by X-Scissor after rocks and lefties, and has a good roll to OHKO with Discharge. Stunfisk also can set up its own rocks to cripple Ninjask on further switch-ins, while resisting rocks itself to come in reliably on every possible Ninjask pivot. Stunfisk also has Static, so every attack that Ninjask does has a 30% chance to paralyze itself and lose Ninjask's main asset: Speed. Ninjask has to be careful so long as Stunfisk is still in play.

252 Atk Choice Band Ninjask X-Scissor vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Stunfisk: 123-145 (29.1 - 34.3%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

Pelipper @ Rocky Helmet / Leftovers
Ability: Keen Eye
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Roost
- Defog
- Air Slash / U-turn

Takes hits for days since really the only way Ninjask can take this out is full power Final Gambit with Stealth Rock up.
252 Atk Choice Band Ninjask Aerial Ace vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Pelipper: 84-99 (26 - 30.6%) -- 1.8% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery
Ninjask Final Gambit vs. 248 HP Pelipper: 263-263 (81.4 - 81.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Rocky Helmet does better versus Ninjask but is generally inferior and Air Slash OHKOs Ninjask as well i guess.

Klang is a counter

Klang @ Eviolite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 156 Def / 100 SpD
Impish Nature
- Shift Gear
- Gear Grind
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Klang can easily switch onto Ninjask, as it is resistant to all of its STABs, and Night Slash doesn't deal much damage anyway. Once it got on the field, Klang can either decide to 2HKO Ninjask using Gear Grind, or use it as setup fodder using Shift Gear. Klang also doesn't have to be worried about getting weakened too much because of access to Rest + Sleep Talk.

Golem as a Check / Soft Counter to CB Ninjask

Golem @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 56 Atk / 204 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Toxic

At worst, Golem is 3HKOed by X-Scissor after SR damage, meaning that it needs to stay healthy in order to switch in when SR is on your side of the field. SpDef Golem also needs to watch out for Toxic / the rare Giga Drain on Ninjask, but otherwise Golem wins:

252+ Atk Choice Band Ninjask X-Scissor vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Golem: 135-159 (37.1 - 43.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
