actually they are, and there is no post underneath this one that says otherwise. I even have two SM ZU analyses ready to be QC'd rn
No, they are not. They do not have an active QC team and are not on the list of metagames accepting reservations. There was not a post announcing the closure, you are correct, and that is an oversight. I am sorry for the confusion, but they are not open currently.
