Something to note straight away: these sets are not 100% what you would have to use. Depending on the team and what not, you could carry Vital Spirit on E-vire, Scald on Stunfisk, and Earthquake on Tauros etc.
Electivire is a cool and underrated mon. Nice speed tier, very good movepool and rather nice stats give balanced teams tough times to deal with it. It can be a physical wallbreaker or a momentum gaining Volt Switcher, the set used for this. With Motor Drive, it can switch in on the likes of Lanturn and Manectric in 50/50 situations, and then give humongous pressure with its versatility and newly gained speed. With Volt Switch, it can also pivot out into the cancerous Stunfisk to deal with things that E-vire and Tauros cant break through, or just to Tauros to get a free, harsh hit on something.
Now when it comes to Stunfisk, I am actually at a loss here. An electric type was a must, and there wasn't many options, so I took it because it can give some support with Static+Discharge, use toxic to give the offensive mons an easier time, and then switch in on things that the offensive mons can't ohko and don't want to take a risk with. With 164 HP it is sitting at a lefties number, gave it max defense and rest in spdef for more all around bulk. But for some reason, I feel like there could be better options for it's place. Maybe it has something to do with the ground weakness. Air Balloon Stunfisk y/y.
Tauros.
