This is a really lame shift all things considered, losing the best mon in the tier and gaining two mons with the potential to be very broken in return is a bad trade. Ferroseed will go under the radar as long as Mega-Aboma and Cinccino remain in the tier but is bound to be a super centralizing presence thanks to its great typing, bulk, and ability to set up spikes. Will be interesting to see what happens to the tier with Ferro in it, as a lot of those fat FerroClef squads that were popular back in its heyday are sure to make a reappearance, but whether they reach the dominant status they did back then with the new breakers that are running around remains to be seen.
