"STAIRS? I CAN'T CLIMB STAIRS!"

Pokémon: CL4P-TP Steward Bot (but his friends call him claptrap! If he had any! Or if they ever even existed in the first place!)
Franchise/Origin: Borderlands
Type: Steel / Fairy
Ability: Protect me squire!
Moves: Flash Cannon, Snipe Shot, Dazzling Gleam, Thunderbolt, Toxic, Amnesia, Ancient Power, Confide, Counter, Curse, Explosion, Focus Blast, Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Iron Defense, Iron Head, Lock On, Meteor Beam, Protect, Rain dance, Rest, Self Destruct,
Signature move: VaultHunter.exe
Stats:
90/50/80/100/120/60

Custom Elements
Protect me squire! (When below 50% HP, Claptrap switches out. Whatever it switches into gets +1 in its highest attacking stat. Also it makes him resistant to fire but weak to poison.)
VaultHunter.exe (0 Power, cant miss, reversed by magic bounce, 8 PP, Normal type. Claptrap gets one of the opponents pokemon abilities at random.)

Reasoning: Steel type because its a robot, fairy type because he was a wizard in the Bunkers and Badasses DLC. Snipe shot because he uses guns. His ability is calling back to how he essentially relies fully on the playable characters to protect him, plus in the game he is playable he is resistant to fire but weak to corrosion, as he is a metal character. VaultHunter.exe is his ability in Borderlands Pre - Sequel.

"GET OVER HERE!"
Pokemon: Scorpion
Type: Dark / Fighting
Ability: Fatal Blow
Moves: Knock Off / Close Combat / Bullet Punch / Brick Break / Teleport / Circle Throw / Cut / Low Kick / Low Sweep / Night Slash / Protect / Giga Impact / Hyper Beam / Toxic / Reversal / Rock Smash / Seismic Toss / Storm Throw / Taunt / Leaf Blade / Rest / Flamethrower / Flare Blitz /
Signature Moves: Teleport Punch / GET OVER HERE! / Burning Spear
Stats: 95 / 105 / 80 / 70 / 70 / 100

Custom Elements
Teleport Punch (Fighting Type Phantom Force Clone)
GET OVER HERE! (65 Power / Steel Type / 100 % Accuracy / 16 PP. Becomes Fire type and doubles power under the effect of Burning Spear)
Burning Spear (Status Move, Fire type. +2 attack buff, replace fighting type with fire type, buffs GET OVER HERE!
Fatal Blow (When below 33% HP, get a +1 Attack buff)

Reasoning (Scorpion is a Demon and also a martial artist, which is why he is Dark / Fighting type. Fatal blow is an ultimate you can only use when at low health, so thats why its an attack buff. It gets teleport because he can teleport in game, and Night Slash / Leaf Blade because he uses a sword. Teleport Punch is a move he has ingame, so is GET OVER HERE! and Burning Spear.

This is for all you FOR ROCK AND STONE BROTHAS out there.
Pokémon: Glyphid Exploder
Type: Fire/Bug
Abilities: Aftermath
Moves: Flare Blitz, Overheat, Dig, Self-Destruct, Explosion, Bug Bite, Fire Punch, X-Scissor
Stats: 35/90/50/50/45/80 [BST 330]
It has a variant, Glyphid Exploder-Radioactive, which is Poison/Bug instead and throws out fire moves for Poison Jab, Dazzling Gleam, and Toxic, with a statline of 35/70/40/80/45/80. (Though Toxic being universal and DRG being 2018 and therefore preceding S/S likely means the normal Exploder gets it too)

Reasoning: The standard Glyphid Exploder has no elemental affinity in-game (hence why the Radioactive variant, which replaces the normal one in the Radioactive Exclusion Zone, throws out the Fire typing for Poison), but the Miner’s Manual and its evo’s shenanigans point towards Fire, seeing as it explodes by secreting fluids that combust when mixed, causing third-degree burns and laceration from chitin shrapnel. Its tactics in-game are rushing towards and exploding on dwarves, it also exploding when its HP is completely depleted (it goes down fast). The radioactive one irradiates the blast zone after self-destructing, hence its poison typing/coverage and Dazzling Gleam.

The base form evolves into the Glyphid Bulk Detonator at Level 40, which also has the Glyphid Bulk Detonator-Crassus variant.

Name: Glyphid Bulk Detonator
Type: Fire/Ground
Ability: Aftermath
Stats: 135/170/60/100/45/30 [BST 540] (Crassus has 150/155/85/70/60/30 instead)
Moves: Same as common Exploder, plus Earthquake, Earth Power, Eruption, Fire Punch, Rock Slide, Scorching Sands, Will-O-Wisp (Crassus gets Pay Day too)

Reasoning: The Glyphid Bulk Detonator, said to be what happens if a Glyphid Exploder lives much longer than most of its brethren without exploding, is one of the nastiest beings in all of Hoxxes IV, being one of the hardest-hitting (all its attacks will leave Dwarves caught in them gravely injured AT BEST) and also taking a HUGE beating before going down despite lacking the same armor that even the most common Glyphids in the game bear, the sole solace for fighting it being its abysmal speed that makes it super easy to outrange. Its standard attack inflicts burn in an AoE and is done by striking the ground, and the Bug typing is also gone because its chitin has decayed, being overrun with tumors. When exploding upon health depletion, glowing projectiles are scattered, also dealing heavy damage to those struck. And said explosion instantly KOs EVERYTHING caught in the blast radius, unless it’s Doretta and it has at least one additional health bar to fall back on. The Crassus Detonator in particular has more HP and a light coat of golden armor that reduces damage taken outside of its weak points; All terrain at the edge of the Bulk Detonator’s blast radius is turned to slag (or carbon or hot rock in certain environments), but with the Crassus Detonator, that turns into gold instead, hence Pay Day.
And here's a bird resub.

“People have been committing sins since long ago. "Why do they commit sins, knowing it's wrong?"”
Pokémon: Punishing Bird
Origin: Lobotomy Corporation
Type: Normal/Flying
Ability: They Must Be Punished! (Forme-changes into Punishing forme when struck by an attack, gaining HP a la Power Construct, and is forced to select damaging moves. Reverts if it switches out, only losing HP if it exceeds the maximum of its base forme, in which case it has full HP. From here, the "punishee" refers to the most recent attacker to hit Punishing Bird. Attacks are redirected towards the "punishee" unless the move bypasses redirection; If they hit another target, it deals halved damage. Revert to base forme if the "punishee" faints.)
Notable moves: Sucker Punch, Fury Attack, Peck, Bite, Crunch, Rock Smash, Pluck, Dual Wingbeat, Payback, Fly, Aerial Ace, Roost, U-Turn, Counter, Steel Wing, Agility, Punishment
Stats: 25/50/40/25/40/100 [BST 280]
(Punishing) 75/200/40/75/40/100 [BST 530]

Reasoning: The typing and movepool draw cues from mons such as Pidove and Spearow, as Punishing Bird is seemingly just an annoying small bird that is just about the Abnormality of least concern should it breach (this happens a lot) and be left unchecked. Emphasis on "left unchecked"; Sic an Agent on it, and Punishing Bird will turn red, gaining an HP boost; If the Agent's in striking range, it reveals a huge, serrated maw on its stomach to deal LUDICROUS physical damage, a surefire kill without technically being instadeath, so there's your biting moves and Rock Smash. (For reference this hits more than twice as hard as anything an ALEPH, which is to say one of the deadliest Abnormalities in the whole of the facility, can dish out) Punishing Bird's Punishing forme's bulk is scaled off Big Bird's and the two have the same BST, all due to a shared past. The HP of its Punishing forme in-game is a multiple of that of its base forme, so that's the case too here. Other things such as the name of the ability, Sucker Punch, and Rock Smash are from Library of Ruina.
And another resub.

"The things that cannot be cut by my Roukanken, forged by youkai... are next to none!"
Pokémon: Youmu Konpaku
Type: Ghost/Normal
Abilities: Unaware / Inner Focus / Rattled
New Move: Hakurouken Slash (Physical, Ghost-type Clear Smog. Slash-based and makes contact.)
Moves: Sacred Sword, Slash, Night Slash, Shadow Claw, Razor Wind, Superpower, Extreme Speed, Quick Attack, Aerial Ace, Petal Dance, Leaf Blade, Psycho Cut, Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Mist, Fury Cutter, False Swipe, Cut, Air Slash, Brick Break, X-Scissor
Stats: 70/120/90/55/70/135 [BST 540]

Reasoning: Ghost/Normal because she's half-phantom and half-human; Not only does each half fit each type like a glove, but the typing as a whole also represents the paradoxical nature of her existence. Unaware because she's an airhead, and Rattled because ghosts scare her (yes really), with Inner Focus due to always having a clear eye on her objective, something she makes very clear when Yuyuko seemingly gets sidetracked. She wields two swords, the Roukanken and Hakurouken, which can cleave open beings and confusion respectively, the latter of which also entails sending phantoms to Heaven, be they otherwise permitted there or not, though humans are just dealt mild discomfort. Her moves are based on her attacks and skills throughout the Touhou games. Superpower in particular because some of her attacks are named after the Animal Realm and Superpower's JP name can also be read as "Animal Power". And speaking of, she's noted for blinding speed as she cuts down things with a sword that can cleave MANY things, and in later mainlines games her focused "fire" is actually charging up a huge slash that is only unleashed after you release the focus or shoot button.

Pokemon: Sei Asagiri
Franchise:
VA-11 Hall-A
Type:

Ability: Weak Armor, Justified, Nanomachine Healing
Nanomachine Healing: If this Pokemon was hit by an attack, recovers 1/12 HP at the end of the turn

Notable Moves: Bodyguard, Iron Head, Bullet Punch, Anchor Shot, Superpower, Close Combat, Knock Off, Scald, Life Dew, Recover, Heal Pulse, Pain Split, Wish, Aromatherapy, Protect, Quick Guard, Wide Guard
Bodyguard:
|
| -- BP | --% accuracy | 20 (32) PP | Switches the user out and incoming switch-in is protected from direct damage

Stats: 68/ 87 / 129 / 72 / 121 / 93 (570 BST)

Reasoning: Sei Asagiri is a patron of the bar, VA-11 Hall_A. She was a member of the White Knight organisation (sans corruption) in the Valkyrie division. As a member of the Valkyries, Sei is first and foremost a healer and protector and this is reflected in her abilities and moves, especially her healing moves such as Wish and Aromatherapy. Not only do White Knights wear steel armour, Sei also has abs of steel, so of course she has to be Steel type. Her signature ability, Nanomachine Healing, is from nanomachines that help her recover from physical and mental trauma quickly. Weak Armor comes from the armour she wears, however the armour White Knights use as effective as they'd like to believe.

Throughout the game Sei becomes a bodyguard for her friend, Stella. This gives her a range of protection moves, including her signature move Bodyguard, which acts like a Parting Shot clone but has a protection effect. When serving drinks to Sei, she will prefer cold, low-alcohol beverages. Serving her a hot drink will result in her not liking it and it likely being thrown away, hence Scald. Anchor Shot comes from a scene in the game where someone get trapped in her steel helmet. Other moves such as Superpower come from her being competent in martial arts and being one of the physically strongest characters in the game.

Pokémon: Wizzer
Origin: Kirby's Dream Land
Type: Electric/Water
Ability: Shell Armor / Overcoat
Stats: 30/50/100/65/100/10 (355)
Notable Moves: Beam Whip*, Electro Ball, Zap Cannon, Razor Shell, Water Pulse, Ice Beam, Shell Smash, Protect, Clamp, Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast
*Beam Whip: Special Electric, 90 BP, 10/16 PP. 100% Accuracy. 30% chance to reduce target's Special Defense by 1.
Reasoning: A beam clam. It protects itself from Kirby's Inhale, and fires off beam whips. I made Beam Whip a custom move because it's pretty central to the Kirby identity and doesn't really map to any Pokémon move. Wizzer shares some ball moves with Kracko like Electro Ball, Zap Cannon, Energy Ball, etc. because presuambly a wizzer *could* use more powerful beam techniques that involve those. It also gets some clammy things. Its defenses are high because of its resistance to inhalation and shell, but its speed is low because it seems extremely immobile.

Wizzer evolves into Peezer in Extra Mode

Pokémon: Peezer
Origin: Kirby's Dream Land
Type: Electric/Water
Ability: Shell Armor / Overcoat
Stats: 60/85/100/125/100/25 (495)
Notable Moves: As Wizzer + Crabhammer
Reasoning: Beamcrab!!!!! This bad bitch replaces Wizzer in Extra Mode. It does basically the same thing, and gets Crabhammer by viture of being a crab. Its fairly monstroust Special Attack is a product of, being an Extra Mode enemy, doing twice as much damage as Normal Mode enemies!

It's time for a Touhou Lost Word Quadruple threat.

"It seems you're the one who called for me... that makes you my superior officer until I return home."

Regional Variant of: Reisen Udongein Inaba

Pokémon: Reisen-B3 (Touhou Lost Word)
Type: Psychic/Ground
Ability: Lunar War Soldier
Signature Ability- Lunar War Soldier: Cannot be copied, removed or disabled by any means. In a Double or Triple Battle, if the allied Pokemon has one of the abilities Lunar War Shaman, Lunar War Enchanter, Lunar War Gardener, Lunar War Oracle, or Lunar War Servant, the user's Special Attack and Special Defense increase by 1.5x. All allies' moves ignore negative accuracy changes or target opponent's positive evasion changes, including abilities. Enemies that make contact have a 30% chance to become confused. The user takes half damage from Psychic, Ghost, Dark and Fairy-type moves. User heals 1/16 of their max HP every turn.
Notable Moves: Lunatic Rifle, Lunatic Machine Gun, Flash Cannon, Supersonic, Hypnosis, Signal Beam, Recover, Toxic, Laser Focus, Focus Energy.
Signature Moves
Lunatic Rifle: Psychic-type, Special, Base 90 Power, 100 Accuracy, 10 PP. 20% chance to raise the user's Defense.
Lunatic Machine Gun: Ground-type, Special, Base 30 power, 100 Accuracy, 10 PP. Hits three times. 10% chance to raise the user's Special Defense per hit.
Z-Move
Moon Salvo (Lunatic Full Burst Mode): Base 125 Power, Special. Upgrades from the Lunar War Soldier's Lunatic Rifle or Lunatic Machine Gun with LastWordium Z. Hits twice. First hit does Psychic-type damage, Second-hit does Ground-type damage. After use, drops the User's Attack, Defense, Special Attack and Special Defense by 1 stage, even if the user switches out.
Stats: 110 HP/70 Atk/120 Def/100 SpA/120 SpD/120 Spe (BST: 640)
Reasoning: Another of the Lunar War Combatants, the Lunar War Soldier is an alternative version of Reisen Udongein Inaba first seen in Touhou Lost Word's Universe B3. A world in which magic disappeared and left most of Gensokyo's youkai to disappear and the survivors to lose all their magical abilities. To make up for this, the survivors developed experimental technology to replace their lost abilities, and used this to fight against an incoming Lunarian threat. Reisen was the one least impacted by the disappearance of magic, as, due to the genius minds at Eientei, experimental biotechnology was used to restore Reisen's abilities, and enhance them beyond her normal self, including prosthetic eyes that also double as radars while keeping the lunacy-inducing abilities of her former Lunatic Red Eyes. Most of these are condensed into a package deal for her ability, named after her title. As is customary for the Lunar War Combatants, she has a synergy effect with the rest of them in Double/Triple battles. She has an enhanced version of Keen Eye that also assists allies in Doubles/Triples which, alongside her Flame Body-esque confusion effect are a reference to her Radome Lunatic Eyes, the prosthetic eyes she has that recreate her former abilities, and, like the Lunar War Shaman, her outfit is self-restoring, giving her the same HP regeneration effect as Shaman. Lastly, she shares the same artificial resistances from an altered temperament that the rest of the Lunar War Combatants do.

Soldier's typing mostly comes from her elements of attack in Lost Word, which are Moon (represented by Psychic-typing [which is standard for Reisen anyway]) and Earth (represented by Ground-typing).

Most of Soldier's moveset is pretty self-explanatory, with the main things that need explaining being her signature moves, which, while they do need explaining, don't actually need much They're her two shot types from Lost Word. Her Focus Shot is Lunatic Rifle (which also has a defense-raising effect in TLW, hence why it does here). Her Spread Shot is Lunatic Machine Gun, which hits three times, fitting for a rapidfire attack. Her last move of note is her Z-Move, which we'll just abbreviate to Lunatic Full Burst, which is her Last Word from the same game.

This one actually more closely resembles how Last Words work in Touhou Lost Word: While Lunatic Full Burst is incredibly strong, it permanently penalizes Soldier for the rest of the fight, forcing the player to plan out when best to throw caution out the window and fire every last bullet. It doing both Psychic- and Ground-typing is based on the fact that it does both elements in its home game. It may or may not also be a reference to the Strike Freedom Gundam.

Lunar War Soldier's stats hits the regular UFes standard of 640, but is more well-rounded than the other Lunar War Combatants.

“I'm Youmu Konpaku. You can rest assured now that I'm here. Because look, I can create beams of light around my swords!”

Regional Variant of: Youmu Konpaku

Pokémon: Youmu-B3 (Touhou Lost Word)
Type: Steel/Electric
Ability: Lunar War Gardener
Signature Ability- Lunar War Gardener: Cannot be copied, disabled or removed. In a Double or Triple Battle, if the user's teammate's ability is Lunar War Shaman, Lunar War Enchanter, Lunar War Servant, Lunar War Oracle or Lunar War Soldier, the user's Speed and Attack are increased by 1.5x. User takes half damage from Dark, Psychic, Fairy and Ghost-type moves. User's Sound-based moves affect both opponents in a double battle. When the user uses a Sound-based move in a Double or Triple Battle, it raises one of the Ally Pokemon's stats at random (excluding Accuracy and Evasion). If the user is targeted by a Sound-based move, they take no damage and one of their stats is raised at random (excluding Accuracy and Evasion).
Notable moves: Leaf Blade, Swords Dance, Agility, Beam Roukanken, Beam Hakurouken, Slash, Night Slash, Extreme Speed, Psycho Cut, X-Scissor, Screech, Supersonic, Metal Sound
Signature moves
Beam Roukanken: Steel-type. 90 BP, 100 Accuracy, 10 PP. Physical. Z-Move effect 220 BP Corkscrew Crash. 30% chance to Paralyze the target. High critical hit rate. Slashing move.
Beam Hakurouken: Electric-type, 50 BP, 100 Accuracy, 10 PP. Physical. Z-Move effect 210 BP Gigavolt Havoc. Always crits. Can hit Ground-types, but only does 1/4 of the base damage. Slashing move.
Z-Move
Spirit Power Dual Wave Cut: 70 BP. Upgrades from the Lunar War Gardener's Beam Roukanken or Beam Hakurouken with LastWordium Z. Hits twice. Always crits. 30% chance to paralyze. Does Steel- or Electric-type damage, depending on which would do more damage. Slashing move.
Stats: 100 HP/130 Atk/105 Def/100 SpA/100 SpD/105 Spe (BST: 640)
Reasoning: Another version of Youmu Konpaku from an alternate universe seen in Touhou Lost Word. She hails from the same timeline as the other Lunar War units. They use technology based on the various other denisens of Gensokyo, empowered by reverse-engineered lunar technology in order to stave off an incoming Lunarian threat, as their natural abilities were lost when magic itself became sealed away.

The immediate thing that may stand out about this Youmu is the fact that she isn't Ghost-type. This is because her phantom half had to be digitized in order to keep it around, and she lost most of her part-phantom traits. This is why the Ghost-type was replaced with an Electric-type instead. Her blades also lose their ghost-slaying abilities. In turn, however, thanks to being infused with the powers of Futo and Tojiko, they instead become lightsabers. This is the origin for the Lunar War Gardener's signature moves, Beam Roukanken and Beam Hakurouken. The paralysis chance on Beam Roukanken is based on her spell cards inflicting the Paralysis anomaly on enemy barriers, and Beam Hakurouken's effect is literally just Electric-type Hakurouken, complete with immunity-hitting- save for the extra damage vs. Ghosts.

Next, there's the big mess that's her ability, named after her title. The synergy effect with the other Lunar War characters is a given, as are the resistance to types associated with the moon, the former based on the Lunar War group's efficient fighting as a unit in the story, and the latter based on their temperaments in Touhou Lost Word, where they are all modified to resist Moon Phase. The most curious part about her though is the bonuses she gives to sound-based moves when she uses them. This is based on that headseat she's wearing, which plays the songs of the Prismriver Sisters, which allows her to run interference or support. This enhances her sound-based moves (which are exclusively status moves) to also power her teammate up and hit both opponents. This also gives her an amplified version of Soundproof, as headset's basis comes from Miko's earmuffs.

Following from that, we have her moveset- for the most part, it's standard Youmu fare, though since her swords lost any sort of magical properties, she lost access to Sacred Sword. In turn however she gains access to a couple of sound-based moves, which are there for the sake of Gardener's ability, most notably Metal Sound, Supersonic and Screech.

Related is the unique Z-Move, Spirit Power Dual Wave Cut, named for Gardener's Last Word. In essence, it combines the effects of the Roukanken and Hakurouken into one move and empowers them (due to the always crits effect, unless facing something like Battle Armor, it has an effective BP of about 112.5 per hit).

Lastly, Gardener's stats. They're themed around the other UFes Youmu, though she gives up some speed and offensive might for a bit more bulk.

I do not need a reason to fight. Even now, I'm still a maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion.

Regional Variant of: Sakuya Izayoi

Pokémon: Sakuya-B3 (Touhou Lost Word)
Type: Steel/Ice
Ability: Lunar War Servant
Signature Ability- Lunar War Servant: Cannot be copied, disabled or removed. In a Double or Triple Battle, if the allied Pokemon has the ability Lunar War Shaman, Lunar War Enchanter, Lunar War Gardener, Lunar War Soldier or Lunar War Oracle, the user's Attack and Speed increase by 1.5x. User takes half damage from Dark, Psychic, Fairy and Ghost-type moves. The user's slashing moves have a 10% chance to freeze the target. When an opponent switches in, the user shudders if the target has a move that is super-effective against the user. The user's super-effective attacks do 1.2x damage. If the target is faster than the user, the user's moves have a higher chance to be a critical hit.
Notable Moves: Magic Star Sword, Dancing Star Sword, Focus Energy, Slash, Night Slash, Fury Swipes, Fury Cutter, Aerial Ace, Extreme Speed.
Signature moves
Dancing Star Sword: Ice-type, 75 BP, 100 Accuracy, 10 PP. Hits all opponents in Double/Triple battles. High crit ratio. Slashing move. 10% chance to drop the target's speed by 1 stage.
Magic Star Sword: Steel-type, 95 BP, 90 Accuracy, 10 PP. High crit ratio, Slashing move.
New Z-Move
Cosmopolitan Museum: 190 BP, Ice-type. Upgrades from the Lunar War Servant's Dancing Star Sword or Magic Star Sword with LastWordium Z. High critical hit ratio. If the target is faster than the user, this move is guaranteed to crit. Slashing move.
Stats: 85 HP/130 Atk/95 Def/110 SpA/90 SpD/130 Spe (BST: 640)
Reasoning: Also from Universe B3 is that universe's version of Sakuya Izayoi, the Lunar War Servant. Similarly to the other Lunar War Combatants, she wields technology which grants her powers based on other Gensokyo residents to combat an incoming Lunarian assault.

Servant's typing is based on her Cold Knives, knives imbued with the theory behind ice magic provided by Patchouli Knowledge, granting her attacks the ability to freeze targets, plus her affinity to the Metal element in Touhou Lost Word.

Servant's ability has the standard Lunar War combatant synergy and resistances to moon-related typings. Her unique traits are her slashing attacks having a chance to freeze the target (based on, again, her Cold Knives [which is reflected in Touhou Lost Word as her Spell Cards all freeze the opponent's barriers, and even her focus shot has a chance to do so]), and her built in Neuroforce and Anticipation. These are based on those two little drones that float near Servant's head- the Twin Noble Vampire units, which give Sakuya limited abilities based on the Scarlet Sisters. The unit based on Remilia gives her foresight on the flow of the battle, hence Anticipation, while the unit based on Flandre pinpoints enemy weaknesses, hence the Neuroforce effect. Lastly, in TLW, all her attacks have the 'precise' tag somewhere, meaning that she is more likely to crit against foes with a higher agility stat. In this instance, this is translated to being more likely to crit targets who are faster than her.

Servant's moves are based primarily around critical hits, hence why most of her moves have a high critical hit ratio or are otherwise related to critical hits. Only Aerial Ace and Extreme Speed are not. Dancing Star Sword and Magic Star Sword are her Spread and Focus Shots, respectively, and otherwise fairly accurately reflect how they behave in Touhou Lost Word. Her Z-Move is Cosmopolation Museum, named for her Last Word, and it once again behaves similarly to TLW.

Servant is a Glass cannon compared to the other Lunar War units. Using the closest comparison, Gardener, Servant has less overall bulk and a worse defensive typing, but is a lot faster.

"Most of my powers have been sealed away, but now that I have this gear equipped with the ritual framework, I'll lead us all into a bright future!"

Regional Variant of: Sanae Kochiya

Pokémon: Sanae-B3 (Touhou Lost Word)
Type: Steel/Flying
Ability: Lunar War Oracle
Signature Ability- Lunar War Oracle: Cannot be copied, disabled or removed. In a Double or Triple Battle, if the allied Pokemon has the ability Lunar War Shaman, Lunar War Enchanter, Lunar War Servant, Lunar War Gardener, or Lunar War Soldier, the user's Defense and Special Defense increase by 1.5x. Upon switching in, activates the Lucky Chant effect, preventing the user's team from being struck by Critical Hits. Upon switching in, all allies gain the Focus Energy effect, boosting their critical hit ratio. Upon switching in, all allies gain the Aqua Ring effect, restoring 1/16 of their maximum HP per turn. User takes half damage from Psychic, Ghost, Dark and Fairy-type moves.
Notable Moves: Iron Ring Laser, Divine Pillar Cannon, Recover, Heal Pulse, Dazzling Gleam, Horn Leech, Wish, U-Turn, Reflect, Light Screen.
Signature moves
Iron Ring Laser: Steel-Type, 90 BP, 100 Accuracy, 10 PP, Special. 30% chance to raise the user's speed one stage. does Physical or Special Damage depending on the higher stat.
Divine Pillar Cannon: Flying-type, 85 BP, 100 Accuracy, 10 PP, Special. Does Physical or Special damage depending on the higher stat. 30% chance to reduce the target's Defense or Special Defense by 1 stage, depending on which type of damage the move does.
New Z-Move
Divine Full Armor Purge: 220 BP. Steel-type. Upgrades from Lunar War Oracle's Iron Ring Laser or Divine Pillar Cannon with LastWordium Z. Before attacking, the user swaps their Attack with their Defense and their Special Attack with their Special Defense. After use, the user gains +1 Stage in Speed.
Stats: 115 HP/75 Atk/130 Def/75 SpA/130 SpD/115 Spe (BST: 640)
Reasoning: The fifth (After Shaman, Soldier, Servant and Gardener) of my submissions to come from the B3 Universe seen in Touhou Lost Word is the Lunar War Oracle, that universe's Sanae Kochiya. Perhaps Sanae is the most enthusiastic about the events of Code B3, if only because it lets her do a mean Full Armor Gundam impression, and her equipment basically restores her lost powers (and amplifies them, given how even miracles that would ordinarily take a long time and require extensive preparation can be done quickly with her new gear), so all in all she's not really worse off from her mainline counterpart, even though her godly blood lost its power.

Oracle is the supportive member of the B3 units. She's quite bulky and decently fast, but her offensive power is lacking for the most part (we'll get into that a bit later). Her unique signature moves, Iron Ring Laser and Divine Pillar Cannon, are her shot types. Iron Ring Laser's Speed boosting effect comes from its slicing (agility scaling) tag in game, whereas Divine Pillar Cannon has a defense down effect in game so it was an obvious port here.

Her other moves are based on either the functions of her suit, her usable skills in TLW or based on some of her attacks. Dazzling Gleam is a reference to her two spell cards, those being Esoterica: Forgotten Ritual and Miracle: Night with Overly Bright Guest Stars. All Lunar War combatants's outfits are also equipped with barrier chaff, giving them Reflect and Light Screen. The star theming also works well with Wish, and she has U-Turn to pivot out. The main move that would really stand out as strange here is Horn Leech. This is based on the HP-restoring effect that her Last Word has.

Speaking of her Last Word, this is the crux of offensive Oracle: Divine Full Armor Purge. Like the Gundam the move is named after, she can purge all her heavy equipment for greater mobility. In this case, Divine Full Armor Purge uses a modified Power Trick that swaps her defenses with her offenses, then attacks.

Her ability features the standard Lunar War fare of synergy with the other B3 units and resistance to moon-related typings. True to her nature as a support, she also supports her friends, mostly revolving around Critical Hits (This makes her pair well with Servant, who she fought alongside in the B3 scenario), both making allies more likely to land them and preventing allies from being hit by them. Lastly, her regeneration passive is similar to Soldier and Shaman who both have regeneration passives, but hers also applies to allies in Doubles/Triples (this can prove to be a massive threat in Double/Triple Battles, if paired with Soldier or Shaman, as her passive applies Aqua Ring which is a separate instance of regeneration to Shaman and Soldier's abilities, meaning they do stack).

Congratulations to KirbyRider1337, Pika Xreme and Aqua1272 for winning with Glyphid Exploder, Wizzer and Peezer, and CL4P-TP. Aqua1272 has earned the title, Parodius.

This week's theme is PlayStation related characters. Any character that is mostly known for being featured on any Sony console (PSX, PSP, PS4, etc.) is eligible. They could have been formerly exclusive to PS consoles (Persona, Horizon Zero Dawn), been semi-mascots for Playstation (Little Big Planet, God of War) or created by Sony-owned studios (Uncharted, Last of Us).

The submission phase for this slate will go for two weeks as usual.

Have fun!

Pokémon: Khezu
Origin: Monster Hunter
Type: Electric
Ability: Damp / Thick Fat / Intimidate
Stats: 100/85/110/70/100/60 (525)
Notable Moves: Wild Charge, Thunder Fang, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Volt Switch, Thunder Wave, Crunch, Jaw Lock, Dual Wingbeat, Fly, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Lunge, Power Whip, Roost, U-Turn, Aromatherapy
Reasoning: The aptly titled Stange Wyvern is a... thing... that's technically considered a Flying Wyvern. It doesn't fly much, though, and just *try* calling that thing a wyvern. Pure Electric because that's it's element and despite being a Flying Wyvern it doesn't get much airtime. Damp because its body is constantly damp, Thick Fat because its body is described as flabby (though ironically it's weak to fire), and Intimidate because its description calls it "something straight out of a nightmare". Its body is surprisingly resillient, hence its defensive focus, and I gave it decent stats as a 4-star monster. Its subspecies are all Thunder aligned, so it doesn't get moves corresponding to the other Monster Hunter elements. It gets some basic electric moves, Crunch and Jaw Lock from its atack where it chews on you, Dual Wingbeat and Fly because it is a Flying Wyvern at the end of the day, Sludge Bomb and Sludge Wave because it slobbers all over the place, Lunge because it can do that, Power Whip because of its extendy neck,, and pivoting moves and Roost because of how all Monster Hunter monsters like to run away and recuperate sometimes. Aromatherapy because of its strange association with medicine, as equipment derived from it is often medical-themed and its extract is noted to enhance the effect of medicines.

Pokémon: Yian Kut-Ku
Origin: Monster Hunter
Type: Fire/Flying
Ability: Strong Jaw / Run Away / Rattled
Stats: 70/85/60/105/70/105 (495)
Notable Moves: Fire Fang, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Dual Wingbeat, Drill Peck, Air Slash, Roost, Crunch, Psychic Fangs, Poison Fang, U-Turn, Shell Smash
Reasoning: A Bird Wyvern that eats big bugs and has a fat fucking beak. Fire/Flying because it's Fire-element and is a flying bird. As a 3-star monster its BST is low-ish, and it's focused on speed because of how it's described as fast. Strong Jaw because of its thick, oversized beak, Run Away because it's described as having legs perfect for running away, Rattled becuase it's described as cowardly. It gets basic STABs as well as biting/pecking moves. Poison Fang in particular beecause one of its relatives is poisonous. U-Turn is shared with all Monster Hunter monsters because they like to retreat a lot. Shell Smash because its carves include a lot of "shell" items and it has a rage mode where its offenses and speed are both increased.

I'm sure at least somebody saw the Neps coming from a mile away.

"A wild Neptune appeared!"
Pokémon: Neptune
Type: Electric/Fairy
Ability: Own Tempo / Truant
Signature Moves:
  • Cross Combo - Fairy, Physical, 25 BP, 100% Acc, 20 PP | Hits 2-5 times.
  • Victory Slash - Fairy, Physical, 50 BP, 90% Acc, 10 PP | Hits 2 times.
  • Stat Multiplier - Fairy, Other, 15 PP | Raises the Defense, Special Defense, and Speed of the user or an adjacent ally.
Other Moves: Zing Zap, Spark, Sacred Sword, Leaf Blade, Night Slash, Psycho Cut, Slash, Thunderbolt, Dazzling Gleam, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Air Slash, Incinerate, Swords Dance, Teleport
Z-Move: EXE Drive: Neptune Break - Fairy, Physical, 180 BP | Requires Cross Combo and Neptunium Z
Stats: 80/120/75/65/80/100 | 520 BST

"I fight for a reason!"
Form: Neptune-Purple-Heart (Ultra Burst form with Purple CPU Memory)
Ability: Levitate
Z-Move: EXE Drive: HDD Neptune - Fairy, Physical, 210 BP | Has combined efficacy with Electric, except against Ground-types. | Requires Victory Slash
Stats: 80/135/105/80/100/120 (+15 Atk, +30 Def, +15 SpA, +20 SpD, +20 Spe) | 620 BST

Reasoning: Tiny, toony, and more than a little loony, Neptune is the most prominent CPU (Console Patron Unit) of Planeptune, as well as the titular character and series protagonist. She specializes in lightning attacks and is a mischievous pudding fanatic, hence Electric/Fairy. She gets Own Tempo (JP: My Pace) from her tendency to boast about her protagonist status, and Truant because she frequently shirks her CPU duties to...lightly put, maintain her morale.
In-game, she is a physical DPS character with a unique supporting skill, although unfortunately most of her elemental coverage is on the special side.

"Single-action guns are slick, neat, and stylish."
Pokémon: Uni
Type: Fire/Steel
Ability: Sniper / Skill Link
Signature Moves:
  • Brave Cannon - Steel-type Bone Rush variant
  • Venom Shot - Steel-type Poison Jab variant that does not make contact but is blocked by Bulletproof
  • Paralysis Shot - As above, but inflicts paralysis instead of poison
  • High Grenade - Fire, Physical, 30 BP, 95% Acc, 10 PP | Hits 1-4 times. Blocked by Bulletproof.
  • Volcano Bullet - Fire-type special Rock Blast variant
  • Icicle Bullet - As above, but Ice-type
  • Multi Support - Normal, Other, 15 PP | Raises the Attack, Defense, and Speed of the user or an adjacent ally.
Other Moves: Pyro Ball, Magnet Bomb, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flash Cannon, Seed Bomb, Bullet Seed, Rock Blast, Pin Missile, Spike Cannon, Barrage, Aura Sphere, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Air Slash, Snipe Shot, Lock-On, Agility, Scary Face, Teleport
Stats: 80/100/90/70/70/90 | 500 BST

"Now we play by my rules."
Form: Uni-Black-Sister (Ultra Burst form with Black Candidate Memory)
Ability: Levitate
Z-Move: EXE Drive: NGP - Steel, Physical, 210 BP | Has combined efficacy with Fire. (Does not trigger Flash Fire.) | Requires Brave Cannon
Stats: 80/120/105/90/80/125 (+20 Atk, +15 Def, +20 SpA, +10 SpD, +35 Spe) | 600 BST

Reasoning: A perfectionist firearm geek, Uni is the CPU (Console Patron Unit) Candidate of Lastation. She specializes in fire attacks, and Lastation is a land known for its industry, hence Fire/Steel. She is evidently a Sniper, and she has her fair share of rapid-fire attacks, thus Skill Link.
In-game, she plays the role of a ranged attacker, and Megadimension Neptunia VII gave her a handy boosting move in Multi Support. Her movepool reflects her weaponry and her in-game skill set. (That's why she has so many signature moves.)

"I guess it's good to be relied on."
Pokémon: Blanc
Type: Ice/Fighting
Ability: Filter
Signature Moves:
  • Tanzerin Trombe - Fighting, Physical, 25 BP, 95% Acc, 20 PP | Hits 2-5 times.
  • Getter Ravine - Ice, Physical, 110 BP, 85% Acc, 5 PP | Has a 10% chance to freeze the target.
  • Metzelei Schlag - Fighting, Physical, 120 BP, 85% Acc, 5 PP
Other Moves: Ice Hammer, Icicle Crash, Icicle Spear, Brick Break, Circle Throw, Zing Zap, Drill Peck, Poison Jab, Strength, Feint, Stomping Tantrum, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Air Slash, Bulk Up, Iron Defense, Amnesia, Teleport
Stats: 110/90/100/70/90/60 | 520 BST

"Don't get your hopes up, scum!"
Form: Blanc-White-Heart (Ultra Burst form with White CPU Memory)
Ability: Levitate
Z-Move: EXE Drive: Hard Break - Fighting, Physical, 200 BP | Has combined efficacy with Ice. Next turn, the target moves last in its priority bracket. | Requires Tanzerin Trombe
Stats: 110/110/130/80/115/75 (+20 Atk, +30 Def, +10 SpA, +25 SpD, +15 Spe) | 620 BST
Reasoning: A laconic yet short-tempered bookworm, Blanc is the CPU (Console Patron Unit) of Lowee. She specializes in ice attacks (plus she rules over a land where it often snows) and is highly confrontational at her worst, hence Ice/Fighting. She gets Filter because her defensive potential in the Re;Birth games is a stark contrast to the infamy of Ice as the absolute worst defensive type.
In-game, she is particularly tanky, especially on the physical side, and favors physical attacks over the magical kind. This is supported by the boosting moves at her disposal.

(EDIT: Now here's a new one right on the last day.)
Rom.png

"Let's play together again."
Pokémon: Rom
Type: Ice/Fairy
Ability: Prankster
Moves: Ice Coffin (from Mina Nishizawa), Blizzard, Ice Beam, Dazzling Gleam, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Hurricane, Air Slash, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Wring Out, Hydro Pump, Power Gem, Psyshock, Dark Pulse, Grass Knot, Hidden Power, Sludge Bomb, Discharge, Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Wish, Recover, Heal Bell, Heal Pulse, Work Up, Agility, Cosmic Power, Teleport
Stats: 75/80/85/90/100/70 | 500 BST
White Sister Rom.png

"I won't lose!"
Form: Rom-White-Sister (Ultra Burst form with White Candidate Memory O)
Ability: Levitate
Z-Move: EXE Drive: Northern Cross - Fairy, Special 180 BP | Targets all adjacent foes. Inflicts -1 SpA and SpD. | Requires Dazzling Gleam
Stats: 75/90/95/110/125/105 | 600 BST (+10 Atk, +10 Def, +20 SpA, +25 SpD, +35 Spe)

Reasoning: Having inherited the quiet side of Blanc, Rom is the older but more meek CPU Candidate of Lowee. Representing a land of ice and snow, therefore being proficient with ice magic, she is primarily Ice-type. She also gets Fairy typing and Prankster as the number one partner in crime to her younger sister Ram, who regularly messes around with Blanc.
Her magic originated from the tutelage of Mina Nishizawa, which translates to a similarity in movepools. (Dark Pulse corresponds to the addition of darkness as an element in Megadimension Neptunia VII.) She also plays a similar in-game role to Mina, but she is more oriented towards healing/support skills and has an HDD form (future proofed on the off chance of Ram being submitted).

And hey, Tales of Zestiria and Berseria also used to be Playstation-exclusive.

"It's fine to take your time to decide. But as with everything, the choice is your own."
Pokémon: Eizen
Type: Rock/Flying
Ability: Reaper's Curse - If the user is Flying-type, then its Ground immunity is downgraded to a resistance (which is actually neutral in Eizen's case because of his Rock typing), and it is left prone to (Toxic) Spikes, Sticky Web, and terrain effects. This Ability cannot be removed, but Air Balloon and Telekinesis cancel it out.
Moves: Pound, Peck, Low Sweep, Accelerock, Smack Down, Ice Punch, Poison Jab, Drain Punch, Acrobatics, Earthquake, Flare Blitz, Sky Uppercut, Fire Punch, Cross Chop, Dragon Ascent, Anchor Shot, Gust, Air Slash, Heat Wave, Power Gem, Ice Beam, Giga Drain, Earth Power, Mud Shot, Vacuum Wave, Substitute, Hurricane, Shadow Ball, Agility, Recover, Wish, Heal Pulse, Outrage, Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Circle Throw, Protect, Detect, Teleport
Z-Move: Venom Strike - Rock, Physical, 210 BP | Has combined efficacy with Poison, except against Steel-types. | Requires Stone Edge and Eizenium Z
(I know Miles Morales has a move by this name in Expanded, but it can be retroactively named Venom Blast.)
Stats: 92/91/59/91/91/123 | 547 BST

"Edna..."
Form: Eizen-Dragon (Primal Reversion with Malevolence Overload)
Type: Rock/Dragon
Ability: Multiscale
Stats: 92/121/59/101/111/163 | 647 BST (+30 Atk, +10 SpA, +20 SpD, +40 Spe)

Reasoning: Rock/Flying typing comes from Wielder of Earth and Wind: "A title for one adept at malak earth artes for vitality, and wind artes for flow." (This title is the second from the top.) (I chose to associate Rock with earth for the sake of consistency with Tora's Blade Summon.) His "Reaper's Curse" is a unique subversion of the blessings that pour out when a malak receives prayers (as well as a convenient excuse to remove the illogical Ground/hazard/terrain immunities). Protect, Detect, and Teleport correspond to guarding, quicksteps, and switching. The rest of his movepool is based on his artes. (His main forms of offense are martial artes and malak artes: the former physically oriented, and the latter magically oriented.)
Martial
Fate: Pound (weak non-elemental attack)
Verdict: Peck, Low Sweep (weak wind attack; lowers Focus (Speed-ish))
Tempo: Accelerock (weak earth attack)
Eleventh Hour: Smack Down ("Has a chance to knock down enemies.")
Winter Winds: Ice Punch, Poison Jab ("a swift hook surrounded by cold air"; causes poison)
Clear Path: Drain Punch, Acrobatics (described as a hook and absorbs HP; wind-imbued)
Lighthouse: Earthquake, Flare Blitz, Sky Uppercut ("Stomps down with great force"; "follows up with an explosive mid-air uppercut strong enough to shake the earth")
Mirage: Fire Punch ("a white-hot hook")
Coercion: Cross Chop ("Performs a sudden chop")
Last Throes: Dragon Ascent (strong wind attack)
Deceiving Pummel: Anchor Shot ("Causes countless chains to erupt from the ground.")

Malak
Wind Lance: Gust (weak wind attack)
Air Thrust: Air Slash (not-so-weak wind attack)
Hell Gate: Heat Wave (fire+wind attack)
Stone Lance: Power Gem (involves rock)
Frigid Photon: Ice Beam, Giga Drain ("Fires a chunk of ice that shatters into a cascade of ice blossoms upon impact." (reminiscent of early Ice Beam animations); absorbs HP)
Geo Rumble: Earth Power, Mud Shot ("Causes the ground to shake"; inflicts slow)
Flash Step: Vacuum Wave ("Instantly moves to one enemy.")
Illusory Veil: Substitute (grants invulnerability when hit (I kinda had to fudge this one))
Plundering Ghost: Hurricane, Shadow Ball (powerful wind-imbued attack; has "ghost" in the name)

Healing
Quickness: Agility (boosts movement speed)
Resurrection: Recover, Wish, Heal Pulse (restores HP)

Break
Draconic Drive: Outrage (name association)
Dragon Dive: Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse ("Unleashes a wave of pure darkness")
Tyrant's Fete: Rock Slide, Stone Edge (earth-imbued)

Other
Road of Survival (Change): Circle Throw ("Knocks enemies back")
Venom Strike (5 BG Mystic Arte; earth-imbued)
His base stats are calculated the same way as those of Magilou: by taking level 75 stats and dividing HP by 50 while other stats are divided by 2.25, all rounded half down. (Focus becomes Speed because it affects Soul Gauge regeneration, effectively making for faster attacks.)
His dragon form is based on the concept that a malak like him can transform into a dragon when overloaded with malevolence. As foreshadowed in the side quests of Tales of Berseria, this does inevitably happen to him, making him a minor antagonist / side boss in Tales of Zestiria. (Berseria is a prequel to Zestiria, albeit released a year later.)

rip my ability to address slate bonus, have sheer force user instead

“Look at you. You still ended up an ugly bitch in the end. You should've died in the deep sea. Is this what you wanted? You should've died with everyone else instead of going into hiding here. Constantly on edge, no matter what you do, even breathing, much less letting them hear your singing. You have to shut yourself up in a landship's bathroom just to complain about your predicament, never again to ride the waves. All you can do is to wait until you fully transform into a beast. Look, this is you. It's too soon... Too soon... — This is my duty. I must defend Ægir.”

4-move-special.png
- 100 BP - 5 PP - 75% - Water-type version of Magma Storm; binds hit target for 4 or 5 turns normally, which takes passive damage usually for 1/8 of their max HP.
Stats: 96/108/82/108/40/61 (BST: 495)

Reasoning: Primary Water-type due to being a part of Aegir's Abyssal Hunters, known for being an underwater civilization with dark theming and being controlled by a church-like cult. Dark-type due to Gladiia being based on a swordfish, known as predatory fish, like the shark-based origins of her fellow Abyssal Hunter Specter and realmon Sharpedo, the latter also carries that same Water/Dark typing as Gladiia. Her non-Hidden Ability is Dry Skin, as Gladiia often complains about how the land's dryness and lack of water keeps her from using all the potential she has during combat. Her Hidden Ability, Sheer Force, has the same boost in damage to certain moves she uses (30%) to the ATK boost one of her talents, Survival of the Fittest. Both Sheer Force and that talent share a conditional 30% boost in damage. Sheer Force, in an etymological context, also supports how she acts during combat, using a lance as an axe/sickle to leave more damage for a bloodier impact instead of mere impalement, as her first archive file alleges throughout the words of Closure, vampire shopkeeper of Rhodes Island. Her signature move is Maelstrom Dance, derived from the title of Gladiia's third skill, Waterless Dance of the Shattered Maelstrom, which similarly leaves targets bound in a similar tornado to Whirlpool, its weaker variant, and Magma Storm, its Fire-type equivalent and the signature move of Heatran. Her body and weapons after a mission heats up to the point of burning others on contact, which results in learning the coveted Scald move which similarly takes the water the Aegir are borne in and its high conductivity of heat. The notorious Scald gets benefits from Sheer Force as well. Gladiia's base stats are derived from that of her maximised attributes in her Elite 2 rank, minus the stat bonus gained via Trust. Her mixed attacking stats make good use of both her signature move and her hidden ability, Sheer Force and gives her an edge on wallbreaking or stalling foes.

Notable Moves: Conduit Strike, Recover, Magnet Rise, Rock Throw, Thunderbolt, Stone Edge, Smack Down, Rock Slide, Rollout, Thunder, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Flare Blitz, Moonblast, Play Rough, Smog, Beat Up, Brutal Swing, Dark Pulse, Night Slash, Taunt.

Z Crystal Name: Delsinite
Z Move: Karma Bomb (
- Have to have Conduit Strike to use - 180 Power - Typing depends on what mode Delsin is in. Cannot be used as concrete delsin. In Video mode it is both Fairy and Dark type, like flying press is flying / fighting.)

When Delsin is hit by a fire / electic / dark or fairy / rock type move, he turns into the form that correlates with the type hit by.

Typing depends on what mode Delsin is in. 100 Power, 15 PP, 100% accuracy. When in video mode, it chooses either dark or fairy depending on which is more effective. It is either special / physical depending on which stat is higher

Reasoning: He has those 4 forms as these are the abilities he has in game after absorbing certain map elements. Smoke is fire type because its smoke, neon is electric type because I couldn't think of anything else to give it. Video gives him the ability to summon demon and angels from the in game video game Heavens Hellfire, hence the dark / fairy typing. Concrete is rock type because concrete is made up of a bunch of rocks. It cant use Karma Bomb either as it doesn't have a karma bomb in game. Neon has super high speed because thats its gimmick in game, Video is the physical attacker because it uses digital angelic swords / Demonic Claws (also from Heavens Hellfire) Concrete has such high defenses because of its ability to cover Delsin in concrete, and smoke is the highest special attacker to make it not objectively worse than neon.

"FOR REAL?!?!"
Franchise/Origin: Persona 5
Type:

Stats: 80 / 110 / 85 / 60 / 90 / 100
Notable Moves: Wild Charge / Volt Tackle / Thrash / Headbutt / Extreme Speed / Lunge / Charge / Beat Up / Knock Off / Payback / Matarukaja / Bullet Seed / Hammer Arm
4-move-status.png
/ 24 PP / Doubles attack stat for party for 4 turns. Essentially tailwind if it influenced attack instead of speed.
Increases attacking stat when using an electric type move by 25%. Makes Ryuji immune to electric, resistant to fire, and weak to wind.
Any flying type move used against Ryuji has an extra 30% chance to miss. Makes Ryuji immune to electric, resistant to fire, and weak to flying.

Reasoning: He's electric because thats the element his Persona uses. Dark type because his group is called the phantom thieves. Matarukaja / Elec Boost / Evade wind are skills Ryuji's persona's can learn. He has coverage moves like extreme speed / lunge / charge / bullet seed / hammer arm because of his persona's moves Swift Strike / Lunge / Charge, his gun, and one of his many melee weapons, the Boss Bush Hammer. His abilities make him immune to electric / resistant to fire / weak to flying because his persona's are weak to those elements.

Let's resub the TLW quadruple threat. No slate bonus here, though.

"It seems you're the one who called for me... that makes you my superior officer until I return home."

Regional Variant of: Reisen Udongein Inaba

Pokémon: Reisen-Soldier (Touhou Lost Word)

Pokémon: Youmu-Gardener (Touhou Lost Word)
She hails from the same timeline as the other Lunar War units, taking place in Universe B3.

In essence, it combines the effects of the Beam Roukanken and Beam Hakurouken into one move and empowers them (due to the always crits effect, unless facing something like Battle Armor, it has an effective BP of about 112.5 per hit).

Lastly, Gardener's stats. They're themed around the other UFes Youmu, though she gives up some speed and offensive might for a bit more bulk.

"I do not need a reason to fight. Even now, I'm still a maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion."

Regional Variant of: Sakuya Izayoi

Pokémon: Sakuya-Servant (Touhou Lost Word)

And ya know what? Let's complete the sextet (Alongside Shaman who already won a slate), shall we?

"Maybe the arrival of somebody who's got overwhelming firepower could act as a deterrent. In other words, I'm saying you did a good job calling for me."

Regional Variant of: Marisa Kirisame

Pokémon: Marisa-Enchanter (Touhou Lost Word)
Type: Steel/Fire
Ability: Lunar War Enchanter
Signature Ability: Lunar War Enchanter - Cannot be copied, disabled or removed. In a Double or Triple Battle, if the allied Pokemon has the ability Lunar War Shaman, Lunar War Servant, Lunar War Gardener, Lunar War Soldier or Lunar War Oracle, the user's Special Attack is increased by 1.5x. With this ability, the properties of the user's Master Spark change, becoming a Steel-type move, increasing its accuracy to 90% and making it hit all opponents in a Double/Triple Battle. When attacking, the user ignores any positive stat changes or abilities that would reduce or nullify the damage. If the user scores a KO, their special attack increases by 1 stage. The user takes half damage from Dark-, Ghost-, Psychic- and Fairy-type moves.
Notable moves: Master Spark, Machine Gun Spark, Laser Focus, Charge Beam.
Signature move: Machine Gun Spark: Fire-type, Special. 20 base power, 100 accuracy. Hits 3 times, with the base power increasing by 20 each hit. Essentially a Fire-type, Special Triple Axel with perfect accuracy.
Signature Z-Move: Remote Master Sparks- Upgrades from the Lunar War Enchanter's Master Spark or Machine Gun Spark with LastWordium Z. Fire-type, Special. Base 60 Power. Hits 4 times.
Stats: 90 HP/145 Atk/90 Def/160 SpA/95 SpD/60 Spe (BST: 640)
Reasoning: And here we have the final of the Lunar War Combatants of Touhou Lost Word's Universe B3, the Lunar War Enchanter, Marisa Kirisame. Having lost her magical abilities, she uses technology based on Gensokyo's other residents (in this case, designs made from collaborating with Alice and Narumi as well as some 'borrowed' from Patchouli and Nitori) to simulate her lost abilities. This also lets her activate her Mini-Hakkero, which now rests inside the enormous bazooka she somehow carries with just one hand.

Steel-typing is obvious given the heavy use of cybernetics, and her Fire-typing comes from Fire being one of her two primary break types in Touhou Lost Word- and so that she wouldn't overlap with Gardener.

Her ability has the same Lunar War Synergy and Moon-type resistances as the other five (as an aside, this gives the Enchanter a staggering triple resistance to Fairy), and her abilities are mostly there to further bolster her firepower. When she says she's got overwhelming firepower, she ain't kidding. Her Beast Boost-esque effect is a homage to the OVERWHELMING amount of attack buffs she has in her kit in Touhou Lost Word. Her Mold Breaker and Unaware-esque effect is actually not something she has in game, but I instead 'borrowed' it from the other Ultra Festival Marisa, the one from Universe Z1, the Witch of Scarlet Dreams. For somebody who prides herself on being able to use firepower to solve any problem, it wouldn't make sense for things like fancy tricks to stop her. Lastly, like the Marisa of Universe Z1, her ability alters Master Spark to mimic one of her spell cards from TLW. In this case, it's Love Sign: Wide Master.

If the Lunar War Enchanter has one weakness, it's her moveset. She's bascially exclusively got rockets and lasers in her moveset, as well as buffing her offenses even further. which manifests itself in all the moves she has: Master Spark (Which becomes Wide Master), Laser Focus, Charge Beam, and her signature move based on her other spell card, Machine Gun Spark, which replicates the rapidfire nature of the move from Touhou Lost Word... and that's all there is to her. She's the very definition of a one-trick pony, but hey, that one trick works.

Her Z-Move, based on her Last Word from Touhou Lost Word, summons four remote drones to fire Master Sparks at the target from all angles. It hits really hard and... that's all you really need to know.

Her stat spread reinforces her status as a one-trick pony: She gets in, takes a hit, and then retaliates so hard the other side's descendants will feel it: Her bulk is merely okay, her very high attack is useless, she's got dead zone level-speed, but her special attack is through the roof. Still, between her typing, abilities and astronomically high special attack, she's basically the ultimate stall killer. She even has Charge Beam to dissuade Toxapex. All while hitting the UFes Standard of 640 BST.

It's best to think of the Lunar War Enchanter as equivalent to Mega Garchomp.

Stats: 90 / 125 / 129 / 72 / 121 / 33 (570 BST)

Reasoning: Big Daddy is a protective, part human, part machine juggernaut. They are primarily found protecting Little Sisters around Rapture and will perform their duty with deadly force. Their mechanical suits provide them with immense fire power and some even can use plasmids to attack with fire, electricity and ice. In close-quarter combat, they have unrivaled strength and a powerful drill at their disposal.

Steel type for their metal suit, water type for their diving suit and living in a submerged city.
