Unfortunately, 255 is the maximum realizable stat and the practical maximum is in the 240s unless they patched the issue with natures revealed by Eternatus. I decided to cap at 240 speed and proportionally redistribute the remaining points for this data, which produces this spread:
HP 68
Atk 52
Def 17
SpA 120
SpD 103
Spe 240

Let's see how it matches with one of the current finalists for best mon:
0 Atk Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def ????: 273-322 (98.5 - 116.2%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO
Well that doesn't make much sense, this is supposed to be dominating. Let's try with the uncapped speed:
