the AR code in Plat I use just lets me press L and I can see all a Pokemon's information without having to trade for it makes this faster I would have been done sooner but I just wanted to make sure since its been a while since I used this code.

I think I misunderstood the guide about releasing the roamers. It may have nothing to do with releasing the lake legendaries when they're in the galactic building. So I made a backup of my save file just in case and I'm continuing on with the game.
