This foul corruption, which stains the soil of the land and poisons the waters from which we drink, cannot go on. This post reflects my individual opinion -- not TDs, my teammates, etc.

The decision for S1nn0hC0nfirm3d to be allowed to play is not good. I am tagging you because you know what you did was wrong and you should feel bad.

I am aware hosts consulted TDs, but the majority (not unanimous admittedly) was ignored. I am aware this is technically a grey, unprecedented area, which defaults to "best judgement of the hosts", but I do not think that judgement was exhibited. I understand it is a possible conclusion to draw and everyone can have different judgements, but I want to stress that this judgement adversely impacts the tournament.

I have played team tournaments for ten years across pretty much every tier and I have never had a teammate that refused to use discord/skype/IRC (boomers know those days). As a manager, it is an obvious red-flag if someone refuses to log-in to any chat interface the team uses. A majority of managers would not bid on anyone under these circumstances.

S1nn0h is obviously a great player in this setting as he went 9-0 last year and surely would've been worth >20k, but even if he was not, getting him for 4.5k AND him suddenly being active on discord days after telling managers the exact opposite is not fair. I want to stress that since I cannot prove any collusion occurred, I am not trying to blame Drud or anyone else on his team, but S1nn0h should not be allowed to play if we want the most fair and competitive product.

i won't comment on durza's ban because i don't have any context to determine if it's justified (im not even in the zu server), but please accept this request to remove me from the tour as i no longer have any desire to participate in zupl.

i was not planning to sign up to begin with, but durza asked me to and assured me he'd retain me. now he's gone, so i'm gone.

i consider many of my flamenco teammates good friends and i apologise for making a bad situation even worse for them. there was unfortunately no way to foresee this happening.

can we get more clarification on why durza was nuked from the tour? i mean hosts kinda just killed off an entire team, and it puts the tour in a bad light when someone who's managed this for like five years gets kicked out over "harassment of hosts and leaking information from the manager channel". what harassment, what leaking? why is it worth protecting this information that was leaked, when we dont even know what leaked? if this decision isnt going to be reconsidered, at least share more information as to why you decided this considering you basically killed an entire team off before the tour even started (why would I continue playing for a team without our most recognizable manager who I requested to draft me because I like him? im not attached to ZUPL)

this is of course not taking into account the extended drama durza has had with ZU tier leaders/hosts/etc. over the past few years which makes it look like it was a decision that was harsher due to the existing personal relationships. are we really going to act like drud would have gotten kicked out if he "leaked from manager channel"? be so fr please
