A blistering Speed tier, above-average offenses, and potent offensive typing make Zeraora an effective pivot and revenge killer in the tier, threatening important targets in Cinderace, Latios, Enamorus, and Alakazam. Additionally, Zeraora packs significant utility options in Knock Off and Volt Switch that can capitalize on the aforementioned traits and even allow it to make long-term progress against a majority of defensive targets, such as Ting-Lu, Rotom-W, and Iron Treads. Toxic is usually Zeraora's preferred move in the last slot, allowing it to stifle specific Pokemon that are otherwise able to heal off and withstand its attacks, such as Mega Latias, Hippowdon, and Iron Hands. Alternatively, Zeraora can also make use of Close Combat to pose an immediate threat to most Steel- and Dark-type Pokemon, such as Excadrill, Hydreigon, and Mega Tyranitar, the latter of which it can also outspeed after a Dragon Dance, making it one of the few revenge killers able to remove it from full without the need for a Choice Scarf. On the other hand, Grass Knot is an alternative that puts immediate pressure on Hippowdon and Quagsire, though it becomes more difficult for Zeraora to break through several of the aforementioned targets in Mega Latias, Hydreigon, and Excadrill. Heavy-Duty Boots ensures Zeraora isn't hampered by entry hazards. Zeraora fits best on bulkier teams that appreciate its proficiency in revenge killing offensive threats while possessing added longevity and the ability to generate momentum. Defensive staples such as Ting-Lu, Slowking, and Amoonguss appreciate Zeraora's ability to force out Pokemon that may threaten them, including the likes of Cinderace, as well as both Galarian Zapdos and Meowscarada lacking Choice Scarf. In return, Ting-Lu can provide entry hazard support to bolster the effects of Zeraora's pivoting capabilities and Knock Off, whereas Slowking can use Future Sight to pressure Pokemon that would otherwise be able to stave off Zeraora's attacks, such as Buzzwole and Mega Venusaur. Similarly, slower wallbreakers like Choice Specs Enamorus, Nasty Plot Hydreigon, and Choice Band Tyranitar appreciate Zeraora's ability to scare out faster Pokemon while also benefitting from the safe switch-in opportunities provided by Volt Switch. While Zeraora's offensive matchups are impressive, it can struggle to contain many offensive threats that are capable of boosting their Speed, such as Sand Rush Excadrill, Dragon Dance Salamence, and Autotomize Celesteela. Thus, specific defensive checks to these Pokemon such as defensive Celesteela, Slowbro, and Thunder Wave Clefable are highly appreciated.

A blistering Speed tier, above-average offenses, and typing make Zeraora an effective pivot and revenge killer in the tier, threatening important targets in Cinderace, Latios, and Alakazam. cut one of Latios or Alakazam for Enamorus, better example in current mg imo Additionally, Zeraora also packs significant utility options in Knock Off and Volt Switch that can capitalize on the aforementioned traits and even allow it to make long-term progress against the majority of defensive targets, such as Ting-Lu, Rotom-W and Iron Treads. Toxic is usually Zeraora's preferred move in the last slot, allowing it to stifle specific Pokemon that are otherwise able to withstand and heal off heal off or withstand reordered this since hands cant reliably heal and is the last example listed its attacks, such as Mega Latias, Hippowdon, and Iron Hands. Alternatively, Zeraora can also make use of Close Combat to pose an immediate threat to most Steel and Dark-type Pokemon, such as Hydreigon, Excadrill, and Mega Tyranitar, the latter of which it can also outspeed at +1 even after a Dragon Dance, making it one of the few revenge killers able to remove it from full without the need of a Choice Scarf. On the other hand, Grass Knot is an alternative that puts immediate pressure on Hippowdon and Quagsire, though it becomes more difficult for Zeraora to break through several of the aforementioned targets in Mega Latias, Hydreigon, and Excadrill. Heavy-Duty Boots prevents Zeraora from being worn down sticky web doesnt wear you down, should be something like "...worn down or hampered by entry hazards and Sticky Web." by entry hazards and Sticky Web. Zeraora fits best on bulkier teams that appreciate its capacity in revenge killing offensive threats, while providing additional traits in possessing solid longevity it doesnt provide longevity to its team, just has solid longevity itself, so i reworded this and the ability to generate momentum. Defensive staples such as Ting-Lu, Slowking, and Amoonguss each appreciate Zeraora's ability to force out Pokemon which may threaten them, including the likes of Galarian Zapdos, Meowscarada lacking Choice Scarf, and Cinderace. saying meow w/o choice scarf but not saying the same for gapdos is a little odd In return, Ting-Lu can provide entry hazard support to bolster the effects of Zeraora's pivoting capabilities and Knock Off, whereas Slowking can use Future Sight to pressure Pokemon that would otherwise be able to stave off Zeraora's attacks, such as Buzzwole and Mega Venusaur. Similarly, slower wallbreakers like Choice Specs Enamorus, Nasty Plot Hydreigon, and Choice Band Tyranitar appreciate Zeraora's ability to scare out these Pokemon, while also benefitting from the safe switch-in opportunities provided by Volt Switch.
