Would these Natures be suited for Azelf and Lucario?

I'm running an Azelf set like this..(btw I have them both already so I'll probably GTS if the natures blow)

Azelf @ Choice Specs
Modest Nature
Ev's: (not sure yet)
- Flamethrower
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic
- Grass Knot / Energy Ball (tell me which one to use)

Lucario @ (maybe Life Orb)
Hasty Nature(got this on my 1st try, and i don't want to restart so if this is decent, i'll go with it)
Ev's:(I don't know how to ev a damn Lucario)
- Stone Edge
- Close Combat
- Swords Dance
- Filler (possibly Shadow Claw)

Modest is great for Azelf, but if you want to, you can try for Timid, and use Grass Knot since most of the stuff GK hits are heavy things like Rhyperior, Milotic, and Tyranitar. Hasty is decent on Lucario, but since you have it, consider fitting in a special move to take advantage of its huge movepool and nature.

Both natures are pretty okay, especially modest on Azelf. Since you got -def nature on lucario, maybe you should consider using 4 HP/252 Attack/252 Speed? Shadow Claw is the ghost one, right? Then i would use it.

Which spec. move is great on Lucario?(wait, is Aura Sphere special, if so, should I use it?)
