Why you no Golurk?

I see Golurk in the NU tier list,
but on the strategy page, I see no strat for NU!?
Why you no Golurk?

Here's my strategy 'idea' (context purposes)
for Golurk in NU

"Golurk the premier spin blocker for the rampart Wartortle's of the tier who try so desperately to counter and spin away entry hazards from....... Golurk,
Golurk's role in NU is simple, press stealth rock/earthquake/shadow punch/drain punch, and probably in that order,
Good team support for Golurk is anything with water absorb and ice resistance, making Golurk and Lapras best friends! :)

but watch out for everyone else's Lapras, they aren't your friends :("
