Thanks to its ability, Rillaboom is used as a Grassy Terrain setter to support its teammates. Access to moves like U-turn, Knock Off, and Taunt further allows it to enable the setup sweepers on its team. Knock Off removes Leftovers from Pokemon like Heatran and Corviknight, as well as Heavy-Duty Boots from Zapdos, Galarian Slowking, and Moltres, making them easier to beat with hazards up. It also prevents Ghost-types such as Gholdengo and Dragapult from coming in for free. U-turn allows Rillaboom to pivot out after setting up Grassy Terrain into a teammate who benefits from it. Drain Punch can be used alongside the passive healing of Grassy Terrain to keep Rillaboom healthy throughout the game. It's also crucial for hitting Kingambit while ensuring Heatran and Baxcalibur can't easily take advantage of Rillaboom. Taunt prevents defensive Pokemon such as Galarian Slowking and Corviknight from using healing moves, it also stops the former from using Chilly Reception and the latter from using Defog and prevents Pokemon like Ting-Lu and Defensive Landorus-T from setting hazards. Wood Hammer is an alternative STAB move that can be used to hit harder at the cost of recoil damage. Terrain Extender is used to allow Rillaboom and its teammates to benefit from Grassy Terrain for longer, making it easier for Calm Mind sweepers like Hatterene to set up thanks to the additional turns of passive recovery. Eject Button is another option that allows Rillaboom to immediately switch into a teammate after setting Grassy Terrain without wasting a turn. Rillaboom will almost never Terastallize, as a teammate will almost always benefit more from it. In rare cases, Tera Fairy or Steel can provide key resistances, allowing Rillaboom to act as an emergency check to Pokemon like Iron Valiant, Baxcalibur, and Enamorus. 52 Speed EVs are used to outspeed Kingambit and uninvested Landorus-T, allowing Rillaboom to hit the former with Drain Punch, as long as it's out of Sucker Punch KO range, and get a hit off or use Taunt on the latter to prevent Stealth Rock from going up. Rillaboom fits on hyper offense teams that benefit from Grassy Terrain, especially with teammates holding a Grassy Seed. Sneasler and Hawlucha are powerful setup sweepers that benefit from the Defense and Speed boost they get from Grassy Seed and Unburden, respectively. Sneasler in particular benefits from Earthquake damage being decreased in Grassy Terrain, giving it better odds against Pokemon like Landorus-T and Great Tusk without Headlong Rush. Bulky Calm Mind sweepers such as Hatterene and Enamorus-T can use the Defense boost from Grassy Seed to become even more difficult to KO as they start setting up, they also appreciate the passive recovery from Grassy Terrain to somewhat make up for the lack of Leftovers. Hazard setters such as Hisuian Samurott and Great Tusk benefit from Rillaboom's ability to remove Heavy-Duty Boots with Knock Off and assist the aforementioned sweepers. Kingambit is another great Pokemon that fits on hyper offense and benefits from Rillaboom and its teammates wearing down the opposition. It also greatly benefits from Grassy Terrain providing extra longevity and weakening Earthquake.

Additionally, it ensures Heatran and Baxcalibur can't easily take advantage of Rillaboom. Taunt prevents defensive Pokemon such as Galarian Slowking and Corviknight from healing, This is true, but a bit misleading since Slowking-G is gonna still be healing with regenerator. I’d suggest rewording it slightly. it also stops the former from using Chilly Reception and the latter from using Defog. Furthermore, it prevents Pokemon like Ting-Lu and Defensive Landorus-T from setting hazards. Terrain Extender is used to allow Rillaboom and its teammates to benefit from Grassy Terrain for longer, making it easier for Calm Mind sweepers like Hatterene to setup thanks to more turns of passive recovery. Eject Button is another option that allows Rillaboom to immediately switch into a teammate after setting Grassy Terrain without wasting a turn. It also outspeeds uninvested Landorus-T, allowing Rillaboom to get off a hit or Taunt to prevent Stealth Rock going up. Rillaboom fits on bulky offense and hyper offense teams that benefit from Grassy Terrain, especially with teammates holding a Grassy Seed. Sneasler and Hawlucha are powerful setup sweepers that benefit from the Unburden speed boost and defense boost they get from Grassy Seed being consumed. Heatran has excellent synergy with Rillaboom and Grassy Terrain. Additional Passive recovery alongside Leftovers helps Heatran stay healthy for as long as possible; Earthquake damage being decreased is also useful in certain situations against Pokemon like Baxcalibur and Ting-Lu. Specially Defensive variants of Heatran can also switch into strong special attackers such as Choice Specs Dragapult and Gholdengo for Rillaboom, while Rillaboom acts as a Water- and Ground-Resist for Heatran. Finally, Heatran can set up Stealth Rock to assist setup sweepers often used alongside Rillaboom. I’d suggest leaning into this a tad bit more with other hazard setters, since a big reason this set is good at what it does is Knock Off removing HDB, as you mention

Additionally, it ensures Heatran and Baxcalibur can't easily take advantage of Rillaboom. (more of a gp thing but combine this into 1-2 sentences so it's less dragged out) Taunt prevents defensive Pokemon such as Galarian Slowking and Corviknight from using healing moves, it also stops the former from using Chilly Reception and the latter from using Defog. Furthermore, it prevents Pokemon like Ting-Lu and Defensive Landorus-T from setting hazards. (mention wood hammer as an alternative grass stab move, you don't have to slash if you don't want) Terrain Extender is used to allow Rillaboom and its teammates to benefit from Grassy Terrain for longer, making it easier for Calm Mind sweepers like Hatterene to setup thanks to more turns of passive recovery. Eject Button is another option that allows Rillaboom to immediately switch into a teammate after setting Grassy Terrain without wasting a turn. In rare cases Tera Fairy or Steel can provide key resistances, allowing Rillaboom to act as an emergency check to Pokemon like Iron Valiant, Baxcalibur, or Enamorus. (idt valiant is the best example when the main set rn doesnt run a fairy move so if you tera steel you become weak to cc, unless you meant tera fairy to resist cc?) 52 Speed EVs are used to outspeed Kingambit, allowing Rillaboom to hit it with Drain Punch as long as it's out of Sucker Punch KO range. It also outspeeds uninvested Landorus-T, allowing Rillaboom to get off a hit or Taunt to prevent Stealth Rock going up. (again i'd combine these points for flow, "lets it outspeed Kingabmit and Landorus-T) Rillaboom fits on bulky offense and hyper offense (ho is the primary reason to use this thing + you list the ho examples first) teams that benefit from Grassy Terrain, especially with teammates holding a Grassy Seed. Sneasler and Hawlucha are powerful setup sweepers that benefit from the Unburden speed boost and defense boost they get from Grassy Seed being consumed. (doesn't exist) Other hazard setters such as Hisuian Samurott and Great Tusk benefit from Rillaboom's ability to remove Heavy-Duty Boots with Knock Off. (you can update this a bit with more ho examples, samurott still works)
if this part is too short now, you can add some general good ho mons like gambit/bax/whatever but up to you, length is probably fine for something so mid
