Smogon policy for tours that have too many signups is to take the first 5/8 of the needed number as first-come-first-serve and the remaining 3/8 randomly from the remaining signups. This means the first 80 signups were automatic, but yours was 89th. You're the second sub right now so there's still a decent chance you make it.
