[SET COMMENTS]
Tornadus is used as a supportive Pokemon that can set Tailwind for its team and deal semi consistent damage with Bleakwind Storm. It is very good into Grass-types such as Amoonguss and Rillaboom as Tornadus can easily Taunt or threaten them with Bleakwind Storm. Tornadus can make use of it weather setting abilities to help itself hit Bleakwind Storms or to help support its teammates. Icy Wind provides a secondary form of speed control for Tornadus and helps vs other Tailwind based teams. Protect can also help against Fake Out on the Rocky Helmet set Covert Cloak allows Tornadus to shine as a supportive piece as it stops it from being flinched by the abundant amount of Fake Out. It also stops it from having its special attack lowered by Snarl. Rocky Helmet acts more as a repellent for attacks from Urshifu-R's Surging Strikes and Chien-Pao with Ice Spinner. It also can make Pokemon more fearful of using Fake Out as they will be constantly taking chip damage. The EV spread on this Tornadus allows it to take a Tera Water Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R. This can be really impactful on the Rocky Helmet set as it forces Urshifu-R down to 50% of its health upon hitting it. It can also take an Astral Barrage from Choice Specs Calyrex-S. Tera Dark is mainly used to stop other Tornadus from taunting it or Whimsicott from encoring it. It can also be used as a defensive Tera against Calyrex-S as it resists or is immune to both its STAB attacks. Tera Steel can be used to resist attacks from mons such as Chien-Pao and the occasional Rock type. It also removes a weakness to Electric which can make it fair better against Raging Bolt.

Tornadus is a good partner for many Pokemon thanks to its ability to support them through speed control and weather. One Example of this is Chi Yu which makes use of Tornadus's ability to set sun and Tailwind to blast through opposing teams. Chi Yu also helps Tornadus's Bleakwind Storms do more damage. Kyogre is another good partner as it allows it to outspeed non Tailwind teams with its below average speed stat. Tornadus can also help to stop other weather teams from beating Kyogre up. Tornadus benefits many pokemon with its weather as well such as Urshifu-R, Koraidon and Archaludon. It can also Provide checks to weather setting mons like Koraidon and Groudon with opposing weather. Checks to Tornadus include Miraidon and Raging Bolt. Its ability to resists its attacks and fire back with powerful Electric STAB moves can threaten both Tornadus and its common partners. One other check is Kingambit. Often Tornadus cannot attack with Bleakwind Storm due to the threat of Defiant being activated. It can easily set up in front of Tornadus or, if it Assault vest, threaten its partner. Landorus However can help to beat some of these checks with strong Sandsear Storms in Rain while being immune to Miraidons and Raging Bolts Electric STAB. Trick Room teams are also a bad match up as it flips the speed stats making Tailwind useless. Calyrex-I is especially tough for Tornadus as it can target it down with strong Glacial Lances or set Trick room right in front of it.

It is very good into grass types such as Amoonguss and Rillaboom as Tornadus can easily taunt or Bleakwind them. Covert Cloak allows Tornadus to shine as a supportive piece as it stops it from being flinched by the abundant amount of Fake Out (move names capitalised) this format. It also stops it from having its special attack lowered by snarl which is also very popular due to the rise of Calyrex-S. (a more niche case that isnt as relevant) Rocky Helmet acts more as a repellent for deters contact attacks from Pokemon, especially such as Urshifu-RS who like to attack it with Surging Strikes.(cutting down) It also can make opponents more fearful of using fake out as their Pokemon will be constantly taking chip damage. The spread on this Tornadus allows it to take a tera water surging strikes from choice scarf 252+ Urshifu-RS. This can be really impactful on the rocky helmet set as it forces Urshifu-RS down to 50% of its health upon hitting it. (cutting down) It can also take an astral barrage from tera ghost sash Calyrex-S or from Specs Calyrex-S. This allows it to stay on the Field for longer to get your team into a better position. Tera Dark is mainly used on the covert cloak set to stop other Tornadus's from taunting it or Whimsicotts from encoring it. It can also be used as a Defensive tera against Calyrex-S as it resists or is immune to both its STAB attacks. Tera ghost is mainly used on the rocky helmet set as a way to avoid fake out.

A good partner for Tornadus is Urshifu-RS. Tornadus's ability to set tailwind AND lowecase lol there is a grammar check after this rain for it is insanely powerful as it can allow it to rip through teams with ease. Another good partner is Chi Yu which also makes use of Tornadus's ability to set weather and tailwind to blast through the opponents teams with strong spread damage. Calyrex-S is another solid partner for it as it allows it to astral barrage first almost always. One check to Tornadus is Raging Bolt. Its ability to resist its attacks and fire back with powerful thunderbolts can threaten Both Tornadus and its common partners. This can also be said for Miraidon as well. One other check is Kingambit. Often Tornadus cannot attack due to the threat of Defiant being procced. It can easily set up in front of Tornadus or, if it Assault vest, chip away at its partner.

It is very good into grass types such as Amoonguss and Rillaboom as Tornadus can easily taunt Taunt or Bleakwind Storm them ("bleakwind storm them is a bit too informal for an analysis, could you use "threaten them with Bleakwind Storm" or something of the sort). Covert Cloak allows Tornadus to shine as a supportive piece as it stops it from being flinched by the abundant amount of fake out Fake Out this format. The spread on this Tornadus allows it to take a tera water surging strikes Tera Water Surging Strikes from choice scarf 252+ Urshifu-RS Urshifu-R (you don't need to mention specific EVs and Choice Scarf doesn't do anything in the damage calc). This can be really impactful on the rocky helmet Rocky Helmet set as it forces Urshifu-RS down to 50% of its health upon hitting it. It can also take an astral barrage Astral Barrage from tera ghost sash Calyrex-S or from Choice Specs Calyrex-S (of course it's gonna live tera ghost if it lives specs lol). This allows it to stay on the Field field for longer to get your team into a better position (imo hax the whole sentence, living stuff is nice there's no explanation needed). Tera Dark is mainly used (AS) on the covert cloak Covert Cloak set to stop other Tornadus's from taunting it or Whimsicotts from encoring it (not sure on the grammar here, but "stopping opposing Tornadus from using Taunt or Whimsicott from using Encore" could be safer). It can also be used as a Defensive tera against Calyrex-S as it resists or is immune to both its STAB attacks (kinda dex info). Tera ghost is mainly used on the rocky helmet Rocky Helmet set as a way to avoid fake out.

Another good partner is Chi Yu which also makes use of Tornadus's ability to set weather sun (chiyu in rain pog fr) and tailwind Tailwind to blast through the opponents teams with strong spread damage (vague, better off just saying it blasts through opponent's teams. Also mention that chiyu helps torn's bleakwinds do more damage). Calyrex-S is another solid partner for it as it allows it to astral barrage Astral Barrage first almost always against opposing Calyrex-S (tailwind on their end making them go first is obvious, almost always makes it appear you have some rng involved even when the opponent has no field conditions). One check to Tornadus is Raging Bolt. Its ability to resist its attacks and fire back with powerful thunderbolts Thunderbolts can threaten Bboth Tornadus and its common partners. This can also be said for Miraidon as well. One other check is Kingambit. Often Tornadus cannot attack due to the threat of Defiant being procced (informal, use "activated"?? I don't think procced is making it past GP). It can easily set up in front of Tornadus or, if it Assault vest, chip away at its partner. (Trick room is a bad matchup for Tornadus teams, mention this)

A good partner for Tornadus is Urshifu-RS. Tornadus's ability to set tailwind AND rain for it is insanely powerful as it can allow it to rip through teams with ease. Tornadus has insane synergy with Urshifu-R, due to the former's ability to set Tailwind and Rain, allowing Urshifu-R to rip through teams with ease. (Just framed it better.) Another good partner is Chi Yu which also makes use of Tornadus's ability to set weather Sun and tailwind Tailwind to blast through the opponents teams with strong spread damage like Heat Wave and Bleakwind Storm boosted by Chi-Yu's Beads of Ruin. Calyrex-S is another solid partner for it as pairs up well with Tornadus as it allows it enables Calyrex-S to astral barrage first almost always and ensures that Astral Barrage goes first against opposing Calyrex-S. Tornadus has a bad matchup against Raging Bolt and Miraidon, as it can OHKO Tornadus with their Electric STAB while resists Tornadus's STAB. Farigiraf, thanks to Armor Tail, can safely click Trick Room, which can cause pressure Tornadus as well as its teammates. Kingambit leverages its typing and natural bulk to set up and has Defiant, which can be activated by Bleakwind Storm's speed dropping effect.
(You can mention that tornadus can sometimes be really passive due to its lackluster damage while the opponent's threaten the other mons.)
(Fyfyy comments: Just cut short some things and phrased some things better, if you have any doubts or something to discuss, free to dm :0 , Great Job Btw!!)

* Tornadus is mainly (No other way to use this set.) used as a supportive Pokemon that can set Tailwind for its team and deal consistent (Known for missing more than Hydro Pump, probably try and bring up the amount of Flying weaknesses in the format rn.) damage with Bleakwind Storm. It is very good into Grass-types such as Amoonguss and Rillaboom as Tornadus can easily Taunt or threaten them with Bleakwind Storm. (Talk about what the moves do, you brought up Taunt above which is good but talk about weather and how Protect helps against Fake Out on Rocky Helmet. Icy Wind's extra speed control should be brought up.) Covert Cloak allows Tornadus to shine as a supportive piece as it stops it from being flinched by the abundant amount of Fake Out. It also stops it from having its special attack lowered by Snarl. Rocky Helmet acts more as a repellent for attacks from Urshifu-R's Surging Strikes and Chien-Pao with Ice Spinner. Consider mentioning Kyogre with how prevalent TornOgre is, and up to you but bringing up Landorus after talking about Tornadus' checks is good.). Checks to Tornadus include Miraidon and Raging Bolt.

*Tornadus is a good partner for many Pokemon thanks to its ability to support them through speed control and weather.

Tornadus is used as a supportive Pokemon that can set Tailwind for its team and deal semi (looked into Luna's QC, I think you should mention its accuracy issues here) consistent damage with Bleakwind Storm. It is very good into ("It has a positive matchup against" looks a bit professional, the idea is same but if you want to implement, you can.) Grass-types such as Amoonguss and Rillaboom as Tornadus can easily Taunt or threaten them with Bleakwind Storm. Tornadus can make use of it weather setting abilities to help itself hit Bleakwind Storms or to help support its teammates. (You have given the example of this in the second paragraph, the sentence can be omitted.) Icy Wind provides a secondary form of speed control for Tornadus and helps vs versus other Tailwind based (not necessary) teams. Protect can also help help against Fake Out on the for Rocky Helmet set. (Add Full stop) Covert Cloak allows Tornadus to shine as a supportive piece as it stops it from being flinched by the abundant amount of Fake Out. (Kind of vague, do the other sets not make it shine as a supportive piece?) It also stops it from having its special attack lowered by Snarl. Tera Steel can be used to resist attacks from mons Pokemon such as Chien-Pao and the occasional Rock type (Any notable example?). It also removes a weakness to Electric which can make it fair better against Raging Bolt.

(Talked on discord, just mention that Kyogre allows Tornadus to hit its Bleakwind Storm without any accuracy drawbacks.

This whole paragraph looks repetitive as Luna said, you could go like - "Tornadus is a good partner for many Pokemon like Urshifu-R, Chi-Yu, Landorus and Kyogre as it enables its partners with Prankster Tailwind and weather control, elevating their speed and damage output." Just an example you can frame it differently.)
