[SET COMMENTS]
Thanks to its ability Intimidate as well as its good defensive typing, Tomohawk is one of the best walls in the CAP metagame, able to stop a wide range of physical threats like Urshifu-S, Rillaboom, Excadrill and Astrolotl. Due to being able to use Rapid Spin or Stealth Rock it can find a place on almost any team.

Hurricane and Aura Sphere combined with Tomohawk's good Special Attack stat prevent it from being passive, severely damaging frail Pokemon like Urshifu, Astrolotl or Dragapult. Heat Wave is another option to hit Ferrothorn, Aegislash and Corviknight harder, but Aura Sphere is considered better to hit Pokemon like Equilibra, Zeraora and Hydreigon.

136 EVs in Speed allow Tomohawk to always outspeed Adamant Bisharp, and the rest are put in HP and Defense in combination with the Bold nature to maximize its bulk. The Timid Nature is another option to always outspeed Jolly Bisharp, but one can also use 0 EVs in Speed to maximize Tomohawk's bulk. Rocky Helmet allows Tomohawk to get chip damages on Physical attackers or any U-Turn user like Mandibuzz or Dragapult, but Leftovers is also a reliable item, getting consistent recovery throughout the game. Another option is using Prankster along with Haze to be safe against setup sweepers, however losing Intimidate isn't usually worth it.

As Tomohawk can consistently prevent entry hazards from staying on the field, offensive threats that are weak to them like non-Heavy-duty Boots Kyurem or Dragapult benefit the most from its presence. Defensively, Equilibra and Rotom-H have a good typing synergy with Tomohawk, resisting Electric, Fairy and Flying type attacks respectively from Zeraora, Jumbao and opposing Tomohawk, while it can take Fighting type attacks from Urshifu and Terrakion for them. Clerics like Heal Bell Astrolotl or Aromatherapy Blissey are also appreciated to help it hold long games. In general, as Tomohawk covers so many physical threats, Specially defensive walls like Blissey and Slowking are good choices to complete a defensive core.

Thanks to its ability Intimidate as well as its good defensive typing, Tomohawk is one of the best walls in the CAP metagame, able to stop a wide range of physical threats like Urshifu-S, Rillaboom, Excadrill and Astrolotl. It's also one of the very few entry hazards removers thanks to Rapid Spin, and a potential Stealth Rock user, making it easy to fit in almost any team. Would reword this a tad; "Due to being able to use rapid spin or stealth rocks it can find a place on almost any team" or something to that end.

Rocky Helmet allows Tomohawk to get chip damages on Physical attackers or any U-Turn user like Mandibuzz or Dragapult, but Heavy-duty Boots is also an option to allow more flexibility when the rocks are on its side of the field. Leftovers is also a reliable item, getting consistent recovery throughout the game. I want a mention here of phaze, not a full write up. Also remove HDB as Lefties is more reliable.

As Tomohawk's main weakness is to suffer a status condition like Toxic from Mandibuzz and Smokomodo, or Thunder Wave from Blissey or Dragapult, or Scald Burn from Toxapex and Slowking, clerics like Aromatherapy Blissey and Heal Bell Astrolotl help it to hold on in long games. This is a bit long; I also don't think its super specific to tomo, if you want just saying "Cleric support from X can help to keep Tomohawk from getting worn down by status" would work. In general, as Tomohawk covers so many physical threats, Specially defensive walls like Blissey and Slowking are good choices to complete a defensive core.

this is obviously very old and outdated because of DLC2's release, but Tomohawk doesn't need much Speed---if any---right now because Bisharp is beyond irrelevant; I personally think just maxing out physical bulk is best at the moment so you can best pivot into foes like Urshifu-R and Pajantom

Heavy-Duty Boots was never removed from the set despite quziel's QC check requesting it be

I wouldn't really say that Tomohawk "stops" Astrolotl; the best you do is drop its Attack with Intimidate after losing your item or being paralyzed by Thunder Wave, and if the latter happens you can definitely get lucked down by paralysis and Fire Lash

all the other information I won't touch on because it's outdated examples that need adjusting for what is now "meta," but these three things stood out to me

Given the rumors about a shifu suspect incoming, I think it would be best to put this back up for reservation (to be done once shifu is dealt with one way or another). Feel free to take it then.
