To sweep or not to sweep. (Gen IV Team)

I decided sudowoodo would make a nice lead.

Countering Water and Ground types is breloom.

My rapid spinner also has surf for fire types that bother breloom. I chose starmie because it is fast has reliable defenses and a large move pool.

Has stab thunderbolt AND a nice shadow ball for psychic types. This is my specser it reaches extraordinary special attack it's thunder bolt is very dangerous.

Ground types, Grass types slow rock types and steel types

Weavile is swift and strong, good offensive stats a typing makes for a good straight out sweeper but with swords dance by it's side it makes a dangerous pokemon.

Now for movesets.

Sudowoodo *Haven't Started*

Rock head
Leftovers

Stealth Rock
Stone Edge
Wood Hammer
Earthquake
not good with rock types. But Sudowoodo has a ncie Defence stat and attack stat so I will start out with putting stealth rock on the ground, then depending on who I am facing I might switch out for later. Rock head provides me with no recoil for wood hammer. He's my only source of a ground type move so keeping him might come in handy.

Amaze me with item ideas ._.
Spore
Stone Edge
Focus punch
Seed bomb
Surprisingly this guy is good on dragonites, any dragonite with dragon dance might want to set up with it first I would use spore on then use stone edge. though if they have any sort of prediction to me using spore then I might have a problem. I can 2HKO dragonite with focus punch with this *hasn't tried stone edge yet* This on is my sleep inducer I will put my opponent to sleep I try and beat them taking as little damage as possible all while not getting focus lost in focus punch a VERY strong stab move.

Starmie *Finished breeding/evolving daycare levels*
Modest

Life orb

Rapid Spin
Thunderbolt/Psychic
Surf
Recover
Starmie is my rapid spinner it's point is to make sure I have no problem switching into WEavile or starapter with stealth rock or, Jolton, or sudowoodo with spikes or toxic spikes, I put recover on this set so I can heal off stealth rock or spikes damage after I survive a rapid spin plus natural cure gets rid of poision from toxic spikes. Starmie also provides a nice STAB surf for ground types who carry rock type moves that weavile can't beat, I know that heatran has become quite common so I will use starmie to counter any pesky heatran who pose a thread to Breloom and Sudowoodo with it's STAB moves.

Jolteon *Finished*

Choice Specs

Hidden Power (ice)
Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball
Signal Beam
Jolteon is my specser after putting on choice specs it's special attack reaches 525, plus it's speed can out run a chunk of Pokemon without EVs a STAB thunderbolt from him... really hurts. If Starmie is facing an opposing electric type I will switch in to Jolteon with it's volt absorb ability Jolteon has been a great Pokemon since I got it, I have beaten Mewtwo's with it, this Jolteon hidden power ice is for dragon types even though I have Weavile revealing Weavile too early in the game might cause me trouble.

Starapter *Still finishing moveset up*
Adamant
252/252/0/0/0/4

ITEM
Close combat
Brave bird
Return
Quick Attack
One recoil move already so no double edge but maybe Uturn? I'm still toying with my starapter I know a Normal Fighting Flying, move combination tied with it's 120 base speed and 125 base attack can be a big threats to ice types who are slower and ground type that don't know rock type attacks. Though stealth rock is a pain for starapter so it might be hard if starmie can't find the right time to switch in.

Weavile *Trained evolved*
Adamant
0/252/0/0/0/252

Expert belt

Ice Shard
Ice Punch
Night slash
Swords Dance/Low kick
Weavile's defenses bother me so I might do Low kick instead of swords dance, but with it's massive attack stat reaching even more massive an ice shard from him could 1HKO a flygon.

So theres my first team I'll add pictures later PLEASE comment especially on
Starmie
Weavile
Sudowoodo
Ok so my last topic got closed because i didn't add enough detail so I was looking around other topics and decided what details to add and here is what it is now if you want more detail please tell me instead of locking the topic ._..

you should ev train 252 speed your jolteon instead of hp as there is no point using a specs max hp jolteon and change breloom seed bomb to substitute as after using spore ur opponent will switch by using sub you can scout on what pokemon will ur opponent will be using.

this is on cartridge so I can't (no berries)

and also I tested it and speed joltoen didn't do as good as HP
Then I have only one counter for water types cuz I might go Physic on starmie for stab and fighting types witch I have NO counter for.

I can I just don't currently have the berries to do it. the I can't was to Jolteon.

You can recommend it. When I can I will do it.

Once I install Pokemon online this will be my team. (latewr today if not thursday I will insall it)

Imma EV train Starmie now...

HP 176 / SpA 252 / Spd 80
