The one thing that has helped Scizor remain in the tier is its affect on the tier if banned. Scizors strong offensive nature and excellent defensive typing allow it to play a key role in checking prominent threats like Mega Altaria, Terrakion, and Latias. If these 4 Pokemon were to be banned, how would the meta fair? Would UU be a balanced tier? Would it be worth playing?
