BSS Terrain Setter Indeedee [QC 1/1][GP 1/1]

[SET]
Terrain Setter (Indeedee) @ Terrain Extender
Ability: Psychic Surge
Tera Type: Fairy / Psychic / Stellar
EVs: 252 HP / 76 Def / 180 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Expanding Force
- Dazzling Gleam
- Encore / Shadow Ball
- Healing Wish / Shadow Ball

[SET COMMENTS]

* Indeedee's Psychic Surge sets up powerful allies like Psychic Seed Sneasler and Expanding Force Iron Crown.

* **Dazzling Gleam**: While generally weak, Dazzling Gleam is the best way to pressure Dark-types like Chien-Pao and Roaring Moon that are immune to Expanding Force.

* **Encore**: Encore helps prevent Indeedee from getting set up on while also creating openings for its teammates.

* **Shadow Ball**: Shadow Ball is almost exclusively for hitting Gholdengo, which can otherwise be troublesome for common Indeedee cores.

* **Healing Wish**: Healing Wish is used less for its healing and more for its ability to pivot teammates in safely though at the cost of Indeedee itself.

* **Terrain Preservation**: Targets such as Ice Spinner Urshifu-R and Grassy Surge Rillaboom can remove Indeedee's terrain. For this reason, it is sometimes better to lead with a teammate that can scout for these threats.

Tera Types
========
* **Tera Dependency - Low**: Common partners like Sneasler tend to be far more Terastallization hungry than Indeedee, so it should be preserved outside of fringe cases.

* **Fairy**: Tera Fairy turns Indeedee's Dark- and Bug-type weaknesses into resistances while giving Dazzling Gleam a nice boost.

* **Psychic**: Tera Psychic is a simple offensive option, pushing Expanding Force's power even farther.

* **Stellar**: Tera Stellar lets Indeedee diversify its offensive profile, such as making it easier to 2HKO semi-bulky Gholdengo with Shadow Ball.

EV Spreads
========

* **252 HP / 76 Def / 180 Spe with Timid**: This bulky EV spread survives Ursaluna-B's Blood Moon and almost always survives Adamant Chien-Pao's Icicle Crash and Adamant Landorus-T's Earthquake. The Speed EVs outspeed Adamant Urshifu formes and Modest Iron Crown.

* **12 HP / 44 Def / 196 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe with Timid**: This offensive EV spread avoids the OHKO from defensive Landorus-T's Earthquake. It goes less bulky, however, because it wants to be OHKOed by Jolly Chien-Pao's Icicle Crash; this helps secure the most turns of Psychic Terrain possible for teammates.

Two minor nitpicks!

- In a rare strategy mention, I think it's worth brining up that you do NOT have to lead with Indeedee, Psychic Surge stuff with Sneasler and Iron Crown is flexible enough where you can send it in later, it can even help if say, you see stuff in team preview like Urshifu that might carry Ice Spinner to break your terrain.

- Stellar is misspelled in its bullet point.

That's all I got, consider this QC Approved 1/1 once those minor changes are implemented!

I've been thinking about this since yesterday and I'm not really sure how to state this without diving too deep. This is dependent on what your team composition looks like and whether you are going for dedicated setup upfront (like SR Archuladon) versus processing after Sneasler goes down. Any thoughts?

Yeah I don't think we need to go that deep, I think a bullet just saying something like "you can lead with other Pokemon if it's important to your gameplan" is fine, just something so the reader knows that this set doesn't have to lead by default.
