RE: Schedule

Due to Christmas falling exactly on a Sunday, we decided to make Week 3 two weeks long, going from December 19th to Jan 1st, with midseason happenings being updated accordingly and all happening in Week 3 (signups 19-23, auction 26-30), with players bought in the midseason auction being able to play from Week 4 onwards.

RE: Flittle in SV LC

Usually bans go in effect the next week after they get announced, but since it's a Monday and the ban was announced so early in the week we can go ahead and apply the ban. As such, Flittle is banned from this week's LC games.

RE: Monotype quickbans

Monotype quickbanned Annihilape, Iron Bundle and Chi-Yu; as the norm, these bans will go in effect from Week 2 onwards.

RE: Doubles OU quickbans

Doubles OU quickbanned Flutter Mane and Tatsugiri, but as for the Flittle LC ban since it happened so early in the week they will be banned from the current week (Week 2) too.

RE: Rufflet in LC

Yesterday Rufflet got quickbanned in SV LC (yes I missed it by a day), so as per usual the ban will go in effect from Week 3 onward.

RE: airfare vs Leo, week 2

The match was scheduled Tuesday to happen Sunday at around 2am (+1); as airfare showed up and Leo didn't, and also waited for a hour for his opponent, the activity call is legitimate.

Result: airfare is given the activity win.

Both parties agreed to not play (the match doesn't change the outcome of the week)

Result: It's ruled as a deadgame.

RE: tob

tob has been banned from Smogon for reasons unrelated to the Teamballo. In accordance with our tour policy, he will not be allowed to participate in the Teamballo any longer. As our current policy, no matter the reason, losing a player after Week 1 but before the midseason auction ended entitles the team to a reimbursement of 3k credits to use in the midseason auction, in which they'll have priority picking a (potential, since they're still above the minimum player limit) new player against the other teams participating in it (if any), if they so choose.

The Smoking Sprigatitos must provide a sub for this week (Week 3)'s game, and have successfully drafted Licenciado Pan as a result of their priority pick in the midseason auction. They can field their new player starting next week, Week 4.

The midseason auction has ended, with no sellbacks happened, so the teams eligible to join were:
