Team Stallworth! [Version 3xy]

Hello guys! It's been a really really REALLY long time of me not posting here.
I really wanted a team with a good core so I asked help from the competitive tutoring chatroom.
--

Here's the TEAM BUILDING PROCESS
First of all, I was asking the competitive tutoring chatroom on PS!
about what good cores could be made
using Clefable. They said Heatran would be good when paired with Clefable.
So I asked what Pokemon would form a good core with Heatran and obviously the answer was Venusaur.
Now I had these three.

/
/

Now, I needed an answer to boosted mons and the answer was the Unaware Quagsire
(Clefairy also has Unaware but she cannot take boosted Mons out due to being a cleric with only Moonblast as an attack.)
Now I had these four.

/
/
/
/

Next, I wanted to put a DeoSharp Core in this team to test it out so I had these six Pokemon!

/
/
/
/
/
/

Deoxys wasn't going so well so I asked Greymon (XRos War) from the CT Chatroom
for a replacement and he told me to go with Mew and he(?) has been helping me cripple other Mons.
Now I had a team that needed improvements and that's why I came to you guys!

THE TEAM

Enu (Venusaur) @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Leech Seed
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Synthesis

Here's Venusaur, one third of the Saurtranfable core and one third of an FWG core consisting of Venusaur, Heatran and Quagsire. His job is to catch hits that Heatran can't take. Since Venusaurite takes away the recovery of leftovers, Leech Seed is there to regain it. Giga Drain is the STAB move that can also get Venusaur recovery. Sludge Bomb is STAB for what Giga Drain can't hit and Synthesis is there for Healing. Also.

Fab (Clefable) (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Def
Bold Nature
- Flamethrower
- Moonblast
- Calm Mind
- Soft-Boiled

Clefable is a third of the Saurtranfable core. She's a set up sweeper and she can take physical hits now too. She sometimes gets me wins and I like this set better although I'm gonna miss the wishpassing and healing she used to do. Clefable uses Flamethrower for Steel Types that Moonblast cannot cover. Calm Mind is used to set up. Soft-Boiled for recovery.

Ran (Heatran) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Roar
- Earth Power
- Toxic

Heatran, Heatran. He's my wall and he's a big part of my team. He's part of the STF and FWG core and he can cripple Pokes with his Lava Plume. He has Roar because I HATE Baton Passers.
Earth Power is there to hit other Heatrans hard. Toxic is there for... I honestly don't know I think I have never used Toxic in a match with him. :/ Anyways, he's an important Pokemon for me and he takes hits very well and hits hard in return.

Ags (Quagsire) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Stockpile
- Haze
- Recover

Quagsire is here to cripple and troll boosted Mons. Scald is there to burn them and Stockpile is used so Quagsire becomes unstoppable. Haze is used to counter BP teams and Recover is, well, for recovery. Quagsire is a part of my FWG core. He takes hits pretty well but won't live to see another day with Grass Knot.

Wem (Mew) @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Careful Nature
- Defog
- Roost
- Will-O-Wisp
- Knock Off

Honestly, Mew is my favorite Poke to use here. He's here to cripple Mons that could otherwise sweep my team. He makes things easier for everyone with Will-O-Wisp. He also Defogs hazards. He uses Knock off to remove important items like Eviolite from Chansey. Roost is for healing. He can take hits and then burn Pokemon and just Roost the hits off. He's awesome.

Ish (Bisharp) @ Leftovers
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 124 HP / 252 Atk / 132 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Swords Dance

Bisharp is also probably my favorite here. He's the guy who sweeps after the show is done. He's absolutely strong even without boosts and with boosts he is deadly. He's also here to catch Defog.
Sucker Punch is for priority since he's pretty slow. Knock Off is for STAB and for removing items. Iron Head is also for STAB since he won't really flinch anyone cause he always comes last. Sword Dance is for boosting. Bisharp is an amazing Mon for my team. He's pretty much my win condition.

So that's my team. Please give feedback on how I can improve this. Thanks in advance.
(if anybody will even comment ;-;)

I hid everything so it looks neat. If this isn't allowed I'll gladly unhide it.

Alright, your team looks decent, but I have a few ideas.

It seems like you're going for a sort of semi-stall/bulky offense thing, but I feel like your moves could be distributed better to give some of your team members a little more functionality.

First off, I'd recommend dropping Clericfable for the more standard (and WAY more evil) Calm Mind Clefable. This gives you a better win condition than Bisharp, who is more suited towards generally screwing up peoples midgames with stupidly strong defiant-boosted attacks.

Secondly, I'd change the EVs on Venusaur to bulky offense/physical tank Venusaur EVs; Mega-Venusaur works best when it can take serious hits, and its not really fast enough to take advantage of the heavy investment in speed that you've given it.

Third, I'd switch Heatran to a special wall and give it stealth rock; this forms the VenuTran core better and gives Heatran a little more to do. If you want to keep Heatran as a bulky special attacker, replace Toxic with Focus Blast, Lava Plume with Flamethrower, and Roar with Stealth Rock.

Your Quagsire set isn't particularly effective; Quag's job is to beat physical setup sweepers, not to try and kill things. I'd replace Earthquake with Haze and give him Physically Defensive EVs if I was in your position. As a nice bonus, Haze goes through Espeon's Magic Bounce, thus pretty much completely boning BP chains.

Here are the sets if you want to try out my ideas:

Clefable @ Leftovers
Magic Guard
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold

- Moonblast
- Flamethrower
- Calm Mind
- Soft-Boiled

-----

Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Chlorophyll
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold

- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Leech Seed
- Synthesis

----

Heatran @ Air Balloon/Leftovers
Flash Fire
252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 SpA
Calm

- Lava Plume
- Earth Power
- Stealth Rock
- Roar/Protect

----

Quagsire @ Leftovers
Unaware
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Impish

- Scald
- Toxic
- Haze
- Recover

Hope this helps!

Thank you for the reply!

I will test your ideas and I'll update this post once I do. :)

EDIT

All the ideas worked better than before, presumably because of my playing style, so I implemented them all! Thank you very much.

I'll leave my thoughts here in bold, hope this help ;)

Enu (Venusaur) @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 Spe -> to outspeed Adamant Marill
Bold Nature
- Leech Seed
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Synthesis

Fab (Clefable) (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Def
Bold Nature
- Flamethrower
- Moonblast
- Calm Mind
- Soft-Boiled

Ran (Heatran) @ Air Balloon -> I would use Leftovers, but Air Baloon isn't bad
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 216 SDef / 40 Spe -> to outspeed Adamant Mawile
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Roar
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic

Quagsire) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Relaxed Nature -> so Earthquake doesn't lose power
- Scald
- Stockpile
- Earthquake -> good coverage move
- Recover

Wem (Mew) @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Careful Nature
- Defog
- Roost
- Will-O-Wisp
- Knock Off

Ish (Bisharp) @ Leftovers
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 124 HP / 252 Atk / 132 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Swords Dance

I would remove Bisharp and Mew (they doesn't synergize very well with the other) to add Skarmory and Thundurus

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Atk
Careful Nature
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Whirlwind
- Spikes

Thundurus (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 Def
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Focus Blast
- Thunder Wave

will edit again when tested. thank you!

Alright one thing that stood out to me while testing and it's stupid that I didn't notice at first is the fact that without Bisharp,
I DONT HAVE A REAL PHYSICAL ATTACKER ;-;

Second, Skarmory doesn't blend in too well with my team.

Third, Thundurus is beastly and I would like to keep him but I have no idea how. :/
