Tapu Lele is one of AAA's premier attackers having practically perfect coverage and hitting most of the metagame for great damage. Tapu Lele's objective is pretty straightforward, getting in and making holes in the opponents team. It's biggest checks are Blissey/Chansey and some Assault Vest users like Jirachi. For the most part Tapu Lele can forego predicting and hit what's in front of it. Tapu Lele doesn't have amazing bulk and is very prone to hazards and status meaning throughout long games it will not fair too well from all the chip it will be taking throughout the course of a game. Lele's speed is decent but not great, outspeeding common pokemon like Heatran and Cobalion but being outsped by a large amount of threats, since its speed tier is the middle of the road it can afford to run Modest nature and still outspeed what it is trying to outspeed.
Lele fits well on Balance and Bulky Offense teams. It appreciates pivots(generally slow) to get it in safely so it can dish out its attacks. Partners like Swampert and Corviknight(who can set stealth rock/keep hazards off the field and pivot into it) are generally good partners for it.

Tapu Lele can run Psychic/Psyshock instead of Thunderbolt but it doesn't really need any psychic type moves as Moonblast/Coverage Move hits every relevant target.
Checks and Counters
===================
Switch-Ins
Blissey and Chansey are its most common checks as Tapu Lele has to hit Focus Blast on switch-in then hit again. Even if you do hit both Focus Blasts it isn't a guaranteed KO on either. Another check is Assault Vest Jirachi, who can switch in and use Future Sight/Doom Desire/U-Turn all of which can make progress. A good way to play around around Tapu Lele is switching around its coverage moves until you can force it out, this is especially important to do if your team uses Assault Vest Swampert, though this is a risky way to play around it.
Faster Pokemon that can force Tapu Lele out include: Zarude, Zapdos, Weavile, Cinderace, Barraskewda, Tapu Koko, Talonflame, Blacephalon, and Zamazenta-Crowned, among some others.
