I'm assuming you meant Walking Wake since it wasn't there, if so I would collapse the next talking point as you already mentioned you live BE SpA Walking Wake.
* Against Booster Energy Special Attack Walking Wake, Sylveon should use Calm Mind on the first turn to survive two Hydro Pumps. On the second turn, to play against Substitute, Sylveon should use Hyper Voice for the KO. Against Booster Energy Speed Walking Wake, Sylveon should use Hyper Voice to play around Substitute variants. Against non-Booster Energy Walking Wake sets, Sylveon can use Hyper Beam.

you don't reliably win the mirror, and Skeledirge can run Encore and outspeeds Sylveon. I'm just going to skip this point for now if that's okay. I'll check in on how the rest of the changes look over discord though.
