K > E > A > H > I
1/K -> Screens is so good, HO is so good, and the added bulk over dragapult or alolatales really helps
2/E -> I had a lot of fun with Eerie impulse mag in october, so I can vouch its unexpected and effective.
3/A -> Shift gear special attacking seems incredibly potent, and having snowball potential after just one bit of setup is unheard of in UUbers
4/H -> Scarf+soul heart go brrrrr
5/I -> another fun anti-stored power user, but I think the Eerie impulse set is better

Pokemon Nominees:
:Dialga: > :Rillaboom: > :Palkia: (Altered, not origin) > :Ursaluna-Bloodmoon: > :Arceus-Dark: (Dark specifically)
These are things that currently have a lot of set variety, except blursa which i think has a ton of untapped potential as a bulky ground (of which we are starved)

I > K > A > F > G
I usually loves interesting strategies / gimmicks so that's my choice
(Don't really have time to explain everything, I'm quite busy rn)

Nominees: :dialga: > :chi-yu: > ::landorus: > :palkia: > :palafin:

Rainceus
Arceus-Water (Arceus-Ice) @ Icicle Plate

EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Judgment
- Thunder
- Earth Power
- Hurricane/Hydro Pump/Surf

Under rain, this thing has perfect boltbeam coverage with Earth Power added on for :dialga: and :magearna:. Hurricane is there for a strong extra move if wanted as well, but you can add either of the water moves as a water stab when terastalized, and this thing can do well slotted onto a rain team (I hope). Naming it Arceus-Water is just as a funny, change the name out please.

I will put a set not created by me, but one I noticed during the last round of the tournament I would want to share with you as a highlight:
3 attacks Swords Dance Arceus

Arceus-Poison @ Toxic Plate
Ability: Multitype
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Gunk Shot
- Earthquake
- Extreme Speed
- Swords Dance
  • The EVs and nature are to outspeed Scarf Chi-Yu after web and threaten most of the tier with a OHKO after Swords Dance. Those were gotten by reverse engineery of one of the round 2 teams who used it.
  • Toxic Plate is chosen due to having the best defensive typing of the bunch to use our natural bulk, and unlike fire, is not weak to stealth rock.
  • Gunk Shot is our strongest move period, and is chosen over Poison Jab because it guarantees KOs on Zacian-Crowned, Chi-Yu, Cyclizar, Physically defensive Clefable and Rillaboom, as well as gives us chance of doing the same with Palafin, Arceus-Grass, Roaring Moon, Darkrai and pokémon with similar bulk to the latter 2.
  • Earthquake is good against Rock, Steel or Ghost who wants to wall our STAB, as well as being more reliable against Opposing Arceus forms. Poison has oddly few resistances when combined with Ground, and the ones who exist are covered easily.
  • Extreme speed is a powerful priority tool who should prevent sweeps and revenge kills quite often.
  • Swords Dance is used to boost our attack by 2 stages, making us a powerful wallbreaker.
  • Tera Normal is used to avoid dying to ground moves and to power up Extreme Speed.
252+ Atk Toxic Plate Arceus-Poison Gunk Shot vs. 0 HP / 8 Def Zacian: 428-506 (131.6 - 155.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+2 252+ Atk Tera Normal Arceus Extreme Speed vs. 132 HP / 0 Def Ursaluna: 261-307 (60.1 - 70.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after burn damage

This on its poison variant was a part of an Hyper offense webs core who used many weird picks like Manaphy, Leavanny and Destiny bond Iron Valiant, but the Idea should be easy to translate into Galvantula.
This set has a clear purpose: Use your innate 120 | 120 | 120 bulk and the Web you carefully mantained to outspeed, set up and sweep. This thing Really struggles against bulky ground types though, and isn't great against Steel either, let alone corviknights, but ground + Normal + Poison is oddly difficult to resist outside the metal bird, making it an incredible cleaner.

Here's the team (Kind of. I'm missing some pieces) that this thing was a part of:
https://pokepast.es/4c7b6cc27f143f82

And here, a replay of how Swords Dance Arceus-Poison works.
https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/smogtours-gen9ubersuu-735121

PS: Edited. I guess you could use Fire and Flare Blitz for similar results (I've seen those as well), but it's not that unique of a set and almost feels like just replacing a single move, so I'm not submitting it.

I will put a set not created by me, but one I noticed during the last round of the tournament I would want to share with you as a highlight:
3 attacks Swords Dance Arceus

Arceus-Poison / Fire @ Toxic Plate / Flame Plate
Ability: Multitype
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Gunk Shot/Flare Blitz
- Earthquake
- Extreme Speed
- Swords Dance

  • The EVs and nature are to outspeed Scarf Chi-Yu after web and threaten most of the tier with a OHKO after Swords Dance. Those were gotten by reverse engineery of one of the round 2 teams who used it.
  • Toxic Plate is chosen due to having the best defensive typing of the bunch to use our natural bulk, and unlike fire, is not weak to stealth rock.
    • Flame Plate can be chosen in case we need fire coverage though, but it shouldn't be our first option.
    • Flare Blitz is in this context the same as Gunk shot but Fire, with equal power and recoil instead of bad accuracy.
  • Earthquake is good against Rock, steel or Ghost who wants to wall our STAB, as well as being more reliable against Opposing Arceus forms. Both Poison and Fire have oddly few resistances when combined with Ground, and the ones who exist are covered easily.

Oh I gotta unleash the ancient tech for this one:
Arceus-Nega (Arceus-Dark) @ Dread Plate
Ability: Multitype
Tera Type: Poison/Normal
EVs: 252 HP / (4 SpA/4 Atk) / 252 Spe
Timid/Jolly Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 31 Atk
- Imprison
- Calm Mind/Swords Dance
- Judgment/Extreme Speed
- Recover

This is the ultimate anti-arceus tech, and also works to shut down espathra and other recover users at the same time. Its a little straightforward, but its DEADLY against the most common physical or special sets. Special with tera poison was much more common, but you can just as easily play this into fire-ceus as it burns itself down with flare blitz recoil. Its a big funny for any team that struggles against (non-taunt) arceus, though its a bit of a wasted moveslot otherwise.

Arceus-Psychic @ Mind Plate
Ability: Multitype
Tera Type: Water/Steel/Fairy
EVs: 240 HP / 16 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Future Sight
- Recover
- Stealth Rock
- Roar/Taunt/Thunder Wave

This is the other niche set from Arceus-Psychic, taking advantage of STAB in Future Sight, something unique to it, its EV investiment makes it do 50,1% minimum to Zacian, this arceus is also able to stop Set-Up Sweepers by the use of the 4th move slot, either Roar, Taunt, or a Status such as Thunder Wave or Will-o Wisp

I don't know if I am too late, but I'd like to try.
This is a variation of the classic set of SD Normal Arceus, but WoW (dropping a coverage move) in order to harm careless switch-ins that relies on their Atk stat to revenge kill this thing.
I picked Poison Arceus because it is a good way to make Ground-type users (usually physical) switching-in. Also, you attract Psychic-type moves so you can switch into your Dark-type teammate to gain momentum.
Earthquake is the main coverage move with high base power and this is why we have Tera Ground if we need more extra power. Swords Dance is here to boost the Atk to the point we can clean effectively with little effort.

Extreme Speed is the STAB (which is also a good priority move to pick some kills) and Shadow Claw is here for extra coverage. Swords Dance is here to boost the Atk to the point we can clean effectively with little effort.
Lum Berry is picked over Silk Scarf in order to avoid the first status move, and this may be crucial because we can afford to use SD with a little more ease.
This is Ubers UU, normal Arceus is banned. The only arceus allowed are Bug, Dark, Dragon, Electric, Fighting, Fire, Grass, Ice, Poison, Psychic, Rock.

TR Special Sweeper Solgaleo

Necrozma's Gift (Solgaleo) @ Power Herb
Ability: Full Metal Body
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Meteor Beam
- Trick Room
- Flash Cannon
- Fire Blast

I'll kick it off with a novelty, Specially offensive Solgaleo. This 'mon is quite solid on Trick Room, as it comes out of left field. Even to the point of setting up Trick Room, your opponent is none the wiser. Meteor beam allows it to hit Mandibuzz and Volcarona for huge damage, and Fire Blast allows you to capitalise off of mons that like to come in on Solgaleo, like Skarmory or Magearna, to setup hazards. and hit them for a big super-effective hit. Flash cannon gives you a hit versus Kyurem-W and Zacian, two excellent Pokemon to hit. Even outside of Trick Room, you have enough speed to outpace Magearna and Skarmory and hit them with a surprise Fire Blast. The offensive capability and the potential to lure Solgaleo checks in aside, it also sets Trick Room for the rest of the team, allowing you to still be a team player, while an offensive threat simultainiously.

Solgaleo @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Full Metal Body
Tera Type: Steel/Ground/Dark
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Sunsteel Strike
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Agility

Only a true madman would build such a set, Agility in conjunction with Weakness Policy allows Solgaleo to become a powerful sweeper despite this being a novel and risky strategy. Its natural bulk allows it to invest in offensive EVs and ability allows it to not be affected by Intimidate or Sticky Web which could put a stop to it's silly shenanigans. Sunsteel Strike deals great damage to everything at +2 yet Earthquake can assist with opposing Steel-types and Knock Off brings a great support move to the table if it doesn't get a chance to setup as well as a great move to hit Giratina. If you want to get really technical with the set, you can reduce it's speed EVs to 180 to outspeed plus speed Regieleki after an Agility. Also, as for Tera type I recommend Steel-type the most as if you use Landorus-T as setup for your Weakness Policy you are able to guarantee an OHKO back with it after using Agility the turn you are hit with Earthquake.

Bulky Agility Solgaleo

Solgaleo @ Lum Berry
Ability: Full Metal Body
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
Tera Type: Fire
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Psychic Fangs
- Earthquake/Flare Blitz
- Agility

This Solgaleo uses its natural bulk (enhanced with HP EVs) in order to use Agility to fix its Spe stat when needed. 8 Spe EVs allows it to outspeed ordinary sets that runs zero Spe EVs and neutral nature on Spe. Adamant nature + full Atk EVs investment is viable because ordinary Solgaleo sets don't run Spe enhancing natures, so your opponent is caught off guard completely.
Knock Off is here for both power and utility such as Psychic Fangs that is STABbed. Don't understimate the possibility to get rid of opponent's screens. Earthquake is here for coverage, but Flare Blitz is also a good replacement, depending on your teammates.

Lum Berry allows you to get rid of a detrimental status. It may seem redundant with Tera Fire, but in actual fact not since you won't use always the Tera on Solgaleo and you still suffer from being paralysed.

Tera type Fire to avoid being burned.

Dual Screens
Solgaleo @ Light Clay
Ability: Full Metal Body
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Iron Head
- Teleport
Standard (ish) set for a screen setter, obviously using dual screens and light clay, then Iron Head as good strong-ish stab even without investment and then teleport to pivot. Tera Dark is there to stop prankster taunt, niche but can work sometimes.
(also thanks Bella for restarting one of my favourite competitions)
