I made it more focused on countering spa attackers. I invested in hp and attack, i slipt the spd with def, now it can tank +1 max spa iron bundles ice beam, it is bulky enough for tanking adaband slakings hammer arm, it also surives 252 +1 flutter mane moonblast.

After activating wp, it can defeat flutter mane, iron valiant, iron bundle and slaking

sorry it took me a bit to get to this. Im just gonna make a list of the things you can improve here, and where you likely made mistakes.
1. 198 is not a multiple of 4, making the set on showdown helps you not avoid this mistake
2. Im pretty sure you didnt set the auto level thing to 100, and judging by the blizzard, its in doubles mode as well
3. You should bulk giga impact or low kick from slaking since those do more than hammer arm
4. You say it bulks bundles ice beam, then show a calc for spread move blizzard
5. The flutter mane calc should be for modest flutter mane
6. the set says brave nature, but in the slaking calc it has a +defense nature
7. none of the calcs show that you are using those attacks as benchmarks. You should just barely always live those hits, so that you dont need to spend as many evs in bulk, and you have more evs to put in attack or speed.

Im seeing improvement, but you still arent showing that you know how to optimize evs, so i would recommend checking out my ev guide (if you havent already) before you submit another application

This is much better, but its not quite optimal for a few reasons:
1. I was able to get 8 more evs (using a careful nature) with this spread EVs: 32 HP / 252 Atk / 168 SpD / 56 Spe
2. The way that rounding works with stat boosts vs choice specs is a bit different with ruin, so you do have to actually set the item to choice specs to get the accurate calc. 252+ SpA Choice Specs Ruin Iron Bundle Blizzard vs. 56 HP / 152+ SpD Ting-Lu: 396-468 (85.1 - 100.6%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO (4.41% chance to OHKO after accuracy)
3. You should actually be using an adamant nature, since your attack stat is your highest stat before multipliers. So with adamant the optimal spread is EVs: 56 HP / 204 Atk / 248 SpD
4. I would probably go with slaking low kick, bc it does a bit more damage than giga impact, and impact only takes a few evs to bulk, which results in this spread EVs: 160 HP / 152 Atk / 196 SpD

In metagame dominated by Meowscarda, Iron Valiant, Flutter Mane, and Chi-Yu, priority Brave Bird is really good especially since it ignores Booster Energy boosts, allowing you to OHKO these sets with ease. Bulk Up allows you to boost your attack while taking hits from attackers like Roaring Moon and Baxcalibur. Taunt allows you to shut down defensive Pokemon or opposing boosters, while Roost grants you longevity.

Simple evs. Physically defensive is the best. More speed evs can run for Donphan and Corviknight (with taunt) but is not worth and you still beat most Donphan sets (unless is runing encore + knock off). You can run:

Rest > protect
Rest> heavy slam (don't use atack evs then).
Chesto berry > Leftovers (if rest is used but gives bad mu against encore donphan)

If you feel Corviknight is better nearly all the time, don't put the set but I think is worth the worm.

nice set. although i dont really like the benchmarks. specs wake is unused bc booster energy is better. I would probably bulk sylv hbeam at -2. evs can be optimized with 96 HP / 232 SpD, which saves 12 evs and gets extra hp. Speed benchmark is fake, only 125s in gen9 are weavile and kilowattrel (u lose to both), so probably want to go greninja speed. Nonetheless, it seems you know the basic principles of evs and benchmarks, so i'll add.

What are the speed and special defense for? it seems you are also over bulked for donphan eq -> shard, but you dont tank band. Bitter malice can hit donphan into liechi berry range, canceling out the attack drop. Dondozo can also tank a specs hyper beam if they are running spd. Im not going to add because the evs are not fully explained, and the benchmark is not chosen well, nor is it evd correctly. However, your welcome to try again.

Specs talon is a cool idea, getting solid mus vs bundle and tusk is quite nice. However, bulking sylveon doesnt make sense to me. You only beat max defense (if they dont have calm mind). You do beat most skeledirge, but lose to special defense. Arcanine wins with extreme speed, or snarl if it's stall. Speed for great tusk is also confusing, since you ohko with priority air slash. I'm not adding, but your welcome to try again. I would like to see a set with your own benchmarks that you evd for yourself.
