If I had a nickel for every time an OM created a strong and bulky Boomburst user... STABmons gives Ursaluna-B some nice upgrades; notably, Boomburst is essentially a direct upgrade over Blood Moon, and Shore Up synergizes with Tyranitar's sand, unlike Moonlight, which is neutered by it. Calm Mind in conjunction with Ursaluna-B's great natural bulk make it incredibly hard to take down with direct damage, allowing it to accrue multiple boosts relatively safely and blast through the opposition. Vacuum Wave scares out faster foes like Gholdengo and Tyranitar, which are 2HKOed at +1. 128 Speed EVs give Ursaluna-B the jump on uninvested Corviknight and Skeledirge. Covert Cloak shuts off Mortal Spin poison from foes like Toxapex, while Leftovers offers general longevity. While Ursaluna-B is very bulky, it struggles to find safe setup windows against common attackers like Volcanion and Great Tusk, so checks to these like Rotom-W and Corviknight are recommended. RegenVest Toxapex can annoy Leftovers sets, as it can tank even a +2 Boomburst and threaten to poison Ursaluna-B with Mortal Spin, so allies that can reliably pressure it like Gholdengo are recommended. Tera Fighting boosts Vacuum Wave's damage and lets Ursaluna-B shed its weaknesses against foes like Great Tusk and Rotom-W.

STABmons gives Ursaluna-B some nice upgrades;, notably, Boomburst is essentially a direct upgrade over Blood Moon as its main STAB move, and Shore Up synergizes with Tyranitar's sand rather than Moonlight being neutered by it. Calm Mind in conjunction with Ursaluna-B's great natural bulk make it incredibly hard to take down with direct damage, allowing it to accrue mutliple boosts relatively safely and blast through the opposition. Vacuum Wave is useful priority that scares out faster foes like Gholdengo and Tyranitar, which are 2HKOed at +1. 128 Speed EVs give Ursaluna-B the jump on uninvested Corviknight and Skeledirge. While Ursaluna-B is very bulky, it struggles to find safe setup windows against common attackers like Volcanion and Great Tusk, so checks to these like Toxapex Rotom-Wash and Tornadus-T Corviknight are recommended. Toxapex also poses a pretty major annoyance, as Assault Vest sets can tank even a +2 Boomburst and threaten to poison with Mortal Spin if not running Covert Cloak, so allies that can reliably pressure it like Landorus-T Gholdengo are recommended. Tera Fighting boosts Vacuum Wave's damage and lets Ursaluna-B shed its weaknesses against foes like Great Tusk and Rotom-W.

Just fixed some common things, I could go much more in-depth but feel like for brevities sake to keep it simple (Example, though Toxapex can poison it, it can also Clear Smog it, however, it faces a losing battle regardless of what set it is running when versus this set Non-AV get's 2hko'd at +0 and AV sets are liable to being worn down quickly). I just added more common pokemon that are used for counterplay as well, don't think I've seen a single Tornadus-t outside of myself in STABmons and like once in a Tour match. Gholdengo is a better pressurer of Toxapex as Tox can't really do anything versus it but let it setup whereas Landorus-Therian does not like eating scalds.
