I enjoy playing national dex mixed with all the actual format ( like om or whatever ).
So I started making banlist for all of them, and sadly, I discovered that "/tour rules STABmons Move Legality" doesn't add all the move of the game. Moves like Oblivion wing or steam eruption can't be learned ( all of the "Past gens only" move ). It's annyoning because there is no rule that could add these move on PS! :/
My suggestions is to add another clause, something like "Stabmons National Move Legality", to add all of the move of the pokemon series.
Idk if it's a big priority, but if it's simple to add, I would be very thankful if you add it :)
