This isn't a discussion thread or anything close to it, but just a place where I could dump a Speed list I made some time back. It's just a list of Pokemon by base Speed, so it's not really Speed tiers, which separates by chunks of Speed and lists what stat Pokemon hit at +1/+2 etc. It's just a resource you can use while teambuilding, which I made a while back but didn't know where else to share it.

I made this list based on viability rankings about three weeks ago, so if anything is missing, it's because it wasn't on the viability rankings when I created the list. If there's anything you'd like added that isn't on the viability ranking thread, nominate it for a ranking in the viability ranking thread first, and I'll add it if it is placed. Otherwise, it is almost definitely not worth worrying about while teambuilding and Speed creeping.

I'd prefer if the list grouped the same speed mons together instead of listing them one-by-one, like:

100 - Dodrio, Linoone, Miltank, Ninetales, Typhlosion

or something. It saves a lot of the vertical space and means you can see more at once.

Also

95 - Electivire
72 - Slurpuff

Don't be sorry. I made this for personal use weeks ago and figured I'd post it here until actual Speed tiers were made.

Stuff to think about when building a Scarfer for your team.
Scarfers with 91 or higher base speed can outspeed the entire unboosted meta (91 scarfer with 252+ = 463.5 vs Jolly 252+ ninjask = 460)

Slurpuff with 252 speed (486) is outspeed by Scarfers with 99 Base speed with 252+ (489), Slurpuff with 252+ (534) is outspeed by scarfer with 113 Base speed with 252+ (535.5)

Neutral Natured Unburden Accelgor outspeeds scarf Deoxys-S

Unburden 252 Sceptile (678) ouspeeds everything bar Scarf 252+ ninjask (690) (pls dont)

+1 252 Feraligatr (382.5) is outspeed by 252+ pokemon with 125 Base speed (383) or higher, also any 252+ Scarfers with base speed of 67 outspeeds

Scarfers with 67 base speed and 252+ outspeeds the fastest offensive pokemon is the tier at 252+ (Swellow with 383). Scarfers with 79 base speed can outspeed with 252.

Most common Scarfers sit inbetween 85 and 110 base speed, a few notable scarfers are: Primeape, Jynx, Pyroar, Typhlosion, Haunter, Archeops and the Rotom formes.

Fastest users of different important moves (no prankster)
Swellow has the fastest Quick attack, which is the fastest +1 Priority in the meta

Sneasel has the fastest Ice shard,

Floatzel has the fastest Aqua jet

Gurdurr has the fastest (and only) Mach punch

Hariyama and Metang are tied for the fastest Bullet punch

Purugly has the fastest Sucker punch (srsly you dont run sucker punch Electrode)

Accelgor has the fastest Knock off

Persian is the fastest Fake out user

Raichu is the fastest Extremespeed user

Ninjask has the fastest U-turn, Electrode has the fastest Volt switch

Accelgor has the fastest Spikes and the fastest encore

Sceptile has the fastest Leech seed

Ninjask has the fastest Substitute and the fastest baton pass

Jumpluff has the fastest relevant sleep inducing move (sleep powder)

Pyroar has the fastest Will-o-wisp

Electrode has the fastest taunt and the fastest Thunder wave

Archeops has the fastest Stealth Rocks

Qwilfish has the fastest Toxic spikes

Cryogonal has the fastest Rapid spin

Leavanny has the fastest Sticky web

Jumpluff had the fastest Status removing move (Aromatherapy)

Swellow has the fastest Defog

Just to point out the (and only) part, Machoke may not be common but it also has bullet punch and is 5 base speed behind yama and metang, even though i get the point of the list.

I think you meant inducing instead of introducing on the fastest sleep move.
