Done sort public teams by newest first

for the /teams command

when looking up public teams, newest should be the first ones you see

having the oldest team at the top gets tedious
additionally having outdated stuff first (with 90% of the views making it seem "better") is a noobtrap for those viewing it

needing to scroll all the way down to check if anything was uploaded, only to see nothing new repeatedly, very sad
