Hello everyone, i hope you’re all well. First of all, i would like to clear out a few things. I hate no one on this site, and as much as i have been a controversial user on this site, i really believe some of the shit about me is not true/spread just because some people don’t like me. I only come on this site for mons and that’s it. I realized it pretty late but my ban at this start of the year made me realize that. Second, i apologize to all of the people i have hurt on here, by my words/actions, even though i may have not meant it to come out that way, but i will apologize either way. I also wanna apologize to my recent scl mates and managers as i wasn’t the best team player, life was very rough for me and it was one of the most challenging things i had to face in my life. You could say it changed me a lot as a person and affected me greatly. Thirdly, i will not mind teaming with anyone and i assure you i can work with anyone. If any managers, have any questions, just contact me. I mainly wanna do oras this time since i am very confident in that tier but i can do other tiers as well as mentioned in my post. I don’t mind benching either. Wishing you all happy holidays , take care.

The 3 G's of A Successful Competitive Pokemon Team:

1.) Gaslight - When people win games, they often became complacent to their mistakes. To prevent your teammates from falling into this trap, serve as the primary gaslighter to their game actions. Swear by, for example, how they threw on turn 4, made a critical error on turn 32 after their opponent threw, prepped incorrectly, and were bailed on turn 45 by a critical hit which never even occurred. Leave the explanations for your claims as exercises to the players for their own improvement. This will force even top-level players to reconsider everything they do and how they choose to interact within team chats, if they elect to at all moving forward. By inundating a consistent dose of paranoia and resultant confusion in your teammates, you will achieve team growth.
2.) Gatekeep - If your record is better than a teammate's, you should use your record as evidence of your higher worth. If your record is worse than a teammate's, remind them how their record is a multifaceted product of better RNG, worse opponents, and playing in a typically less competitive tier. Doing the former will be an effective motivating tool for players unimpressed with their personal achievements. Implementing the latter when struggling will afford you a small amount of dopamine and a critical boost to your ego, which has the potential to improve your record in the future. When every teammate has the ability to degrade other teammates, all of them will observe a personalized set of things to work on for next time. Simply put, gatekeeping your teammates achieves team growth.
3.) Girlboss - One of the largest pitfalls competitive teams face is excessive compromise. This happens when people work together to reach a conclusion or final product that makes everyone happy. The issue with this arrives when a better solution is allegedly left on the table when one that checks most boxes is already found and committed to. To prevent this, assert that your differing opinions are correct and prevent all discourse which could suggest otherwise. Speaking in a needlessly verbose and stylistically inappropriate way to obfuscate the actual content you are presenting tends to be effective for this. Force your teammates to grow by submitting to your greater ideas, and you will achieve team growth.

cheers mate! I lived off Go go squeez after I got 3 tooth implants this past week. though I sucked too hard and lost the blood clot, very painful.
