Activity win: waited for my opponent for around 1 hour and he didn't showed at scheduled time

Requesting activity win vs. Ox the Fox. I was waiting for approximately 50 minutes since the scheduled time, and wasn't able to get back on afterwards. Act win given on VM.

I'd like to contest this Act Win Claim.
In response to the new time I asked whether AM or PM was scheduled. (12am GMT works fine for me)
The time given was ambiguous, nor was I logged on at the time.
Opponent is claiming the win at 12pm their time, despite me never agreeing nor knowing that was the suggested time.
My basis for this was that (12am GMT+2) was the time of our prior 2 scheduled times, which both of us were unable to make in advance.
