does anyone have a jolly/adamant beldum with 31/31/31/x/31/31? I have some pokemon with good iv and egg moves that i can trade with i.e. larvitar DD, HA chimchar, HA shroomish w/seed bomb, focus punch?

As long as its HP isn't divisible by 4 equally/evenly, you should be okay, I think when it comes to Stealth Rock Damage!
