I believe I had a second really good idea.
Showdown is getting closer and closer to the in-person VGC tournament experience thanks to the introduction of the best-of-3 and the forced OTS format. In-person tournaments, you cannot change your team between matches, right? So, it would be really cool if there was a custom rule at showdown that forces you to use just one team for the entire room tournament (valid for non-random formats). Thus, rooms like the VGC room and other rooms could host room tournaments that better simulate reality (like special tournaments in the rooms), it would be something really cool.
Of course, this is an additional option, so whoever creates the tournament decides whether to put the rule of using the same team throughout the tournament, or whether to not put this rule in /tour rules.
