Shoddy not starting

I started shoddy up today and it will not open at all. I click on the file and the normal java thing won't show. And before you ask, I already reinstalled java. Help would be appreciated.

If you have slow internet it may take a while. Check your processes (CTRL + ALT +DEL) To check if javaw.exe is running. If it's not it's closed itself, and something is wrong.
