Wind rider shiftry is interesting if true. How many times has an ability actually got outright replaced when it was usable? Gengar and quick feet scolipede are the only ones I can think of

I’m noticing that alomomola went through reverse power creep. Starting in NU in gen 5, then RU in gen 6, then UU in gen 7, and now it’s probably going to be OU in gen 9

Confirmed, Empoleon gets Roost.

Also, apparently we're getting another 30 TMs for DLC2.

This offends me. Empoleon is an excellent pokemon already and this is a MASSIVE buff. It turns an interesting tank into just another overtuned stall wall. There are other starters like Meganium that deserve these kind of buffs a lot more.

Also, penguins don't roost. They have rookeries and lay eggs, but they aren't roosting. Because they don't fly, lol.

This I like a lot. Shifty has been a weak pokemon that has long been unable to really fulfill its role as a hyper offensive Grass/Dark sweeper. It helps give it some interesting power while making perfect sense thematically.
