SV - Floss vs DugZa - Pretty tossup matchup, both are great imo but ive been impressed more by floss overall this generation and i feel like that will help him better with sv interactions
SV - Raptor vs Scottie - Raptor is one of the best players around rn and has always been solid in RU tours so hard to go against him, scottie is a super respectable opponent imo
SV - Kev vs Lily - Lily is great and kevs ladder tour games didnt impress me that much
SS - Attribute vs zS - Im super high on Attribute as a player but idt he has any experience in this tier particularly, so for this week ill give it to zS who is still a good opponent
SM - xXcrossbowXx vs Clementine - was surprised to see Clementine got drafted not for bw, i think they were getting pretty good at it. Sm especially is a super stacked pool and crossbow is pretty decent at it
ORAS - Chaitanya vs shiloh - Chaitanya has like the most insane RU Sheet of all time im not bolding against him until he gives me a good enough reason not to
BW - Guille14 vs ninjadog - Guille builds which in modern BW RU is a super big advantage imo. I also played him for bw cup and i liked his plays. Ninja is obv a really good opponent tho and can easily pull it off
Bo3 - Feliburn vs crying - cryings strenght as a player is definetely how good they are at using the most "what the fuck" sets that can catch anybody offguard topped by good playing. However whilr that may work in SV, im not sure how they will be able to break trough Felis SS and SM.

SV - jonfilch vs Yourwelcomethanku - jon is a super solid player with really good support. Im a YWTU fan tho i like his builds, so hopefully he can outbuilds jons support
SV - Togkey vs kythr - biased here i hope ashley wins :)
SV - NHelioX7 vs devin - devins a decent player + dont know much about helio, they seem pretty alright from what i could find tho
SS - GW vs dunoks - dont have much to say here just bolded the imo better player
SM - Xiri vs Ajna - i honestly dont see a world where Ajna struggles in SM
ORAS - lighthouses vs Shaneghoul - Shanes pretty alright at the game and Ajna support should help him not load the oras sample teams
BW - Finchinator vs GoldCat - finch said he was not gonna be much active before the tour started so i already know gc got some nasty bw team prepped with all 6 mons 6-0ing
Bo3 - Danny vs pdt - Pdt is my friend :) + hes a really good player and while danny is also pretty cool i believe pdt is just better

SV - umbry vs EviGaro - go aly!!!!!! But also go evi!!!!
SV - lax vs ishtar - pretty hard first draw from ishtar, ive been liking the builds ive seen from her but ofc you also need to be able to back them up in game and lax is better in that department
SV - gum vs sasha - i hope they both lose somehow
SS - Lyssa vs Astrø - my goat omg lets go :) also havent really seen astro play
SM - Fc vs odr - i love odd della robbia and if he signed up it means he actually cares enough so that means hes not losing
ORAS - QWILY vs Staxi - i like qwily more as a player but its close
BW - Jisoo vs Feaniix - was gonna bold feaniix initially but a 9-2 spl is too hard to argue against rn LOL ik feaniix has nice experience in bw lowers but not sure how much in RU
Bo3 - Punny vs Star - im never bolding against punny in bo3 ever unless its against franklin. Star is obv amazing tho so i wouldnt be surprised if it went either way

Most of my predicts make the series not close at all which i hope is not gonna be the case cause thatd be boring :(

Heavy Metal Highlights (4) vs. (4) Almighty Gluttons
SV - Floss vs DugZa - one of the best ruers at the current moment, i'm a big fan of his builds and playstyle and while DugZa is no slouch, I favor Floss here for sure
SV - Raptor vs Scottie - raptyyyyyy i'm still a little pissed he was snatched from me as he is very good and should take the win here
SV - Kev vs Lily - lily is a queenie and she seems super motivated to play SV RU
SS - Attribute vs zS - whenever I've seen attribute play he's been pretty good so I think this matchup is closer than some might think but I will give the edge to zS since he has more experience playing the tier
SM - xXcrossbowXx vs Clementine - crossbow loves playing sm ru and he always brings super heat sauce
ORAS - Chaitanya vs shiloh - obviously chaitanya is a beast at oras ru going like what 15-1 in ru team tours last year? but shiloh was not involved in those tours and his play in old gen lower tiers is unmatched imo
BW - Guille14 vs ninjadog - ngl I don't necessarily know who guille is as I haven't really kept up with the RU player base after my migration to PU so I'm just gonna bold ninja here since I know his play and it's pretty good
Bo3 - Feliburn vs crying - i'm the biggest felifan there is out there besides maybe ajna so fairly easy bold for me here

SV - jonfilch vs Yourwelcomethanku - jon is pretty damn good at the game and while ywt has the mainer angle, I gotta give the edge to the more experienced player
SV - Togkey vs kythr - 51/49 tossup but going to go with Ashley as she's a friend and has been super motivated with SV RU these past few months
SV - NHelioX7 vs devin - devin lost to 0-4 me after saying gg early when he dodged a stone edge so um.... nheliox will serve
SS - GW vs dunoks - erm.. greninja warrior will either win or get crit turn 2 and cancer so we'll see
SM - Xiri vs Ajna - even though Ajna is slightly washed my chakras are sensing he will have a turn around tour this RUPL, Xiri kinda brings the same types of teams and Ajna is really good at being able to capitalize on that
ORAS - lighthouses vs Shaneghoul - another close toss up but going to give the edge to shane since he's been pretty good as of late and from what I've heard, he was pretty good when ORAS was current gen as well
BW - Finchinator vs GoldCat - similar to what Luna said, normally I would bold Finch but since he said he wasn't going to be too active and GC has been phenomenal in BW RU lately I'm gonna give him the edge
Bo3 - Danny vs pdt - another really tight matchup but i'm going to give the edge to the overall more proven player in the ru bo3 gens

Optical Illusionists (3) vs. (5) Deranged Hustlers
SV - snaga vs Thiago Nunes - I haven't seen much of either tnunes or snaga in SV but since tnunes has proven to be very good at the other RU gens I can see him taking this one cleanly
SV - cyanize vs Beraldo - beraldo sucks but um... ig he can win
SV - Lilo vs Vulpix03 - pix said he wasn't going to be a starter the first few weeks of the tour what changed Vulpix03 hm? but anyway pretty large edge to him he's very good and I haven't seen much of lilo at all
SS - BluBirD vs tlenit - ngl I'm not sure I ever saw blubird play ss ru when it was current gen so yeah another large edge to the more proven ss ru player tlenit
SM - Master Chief vs robjr - simply bolding robjr because Alpha Rabbit to Master Chief is just an unviable name change sorry (rob is also very good at sm lower tiers)
ORAS - Gondra vs HANTSUKI - bolding the more proven player in the tier
BW - avarice vs LpZ - go dillon woooo
Bo3 - Lunala vs TheFranklin - go luna woooo

umm i have the matchups as a lot closer than Luna does so he should just l2p idk what to say but anyway here's to a great RUPL season, have fun everyone :)

SV - Floss vs DugZa - both solid players but floss is more experienced in general, made a great run in ost, and is a better player.
SV - Raptor vs Scottie - raptor is fire but I think scottie will show us that he can beat anyone with this game
SV - Kev vs Lily - lily is honestly p good and after her spl it's hard to predicts against her
SS - Attribute vs zS - personally I don't know attribute too much and zs has more experience in the tier and is p good anyway so I don't see why I would not bold him
SM - xXcrossbowXx vs Clementine - crossbow got a good opponent to get the confidence he needs to go well in this pool and I think he's better in sm ru than clementine
ORAS - Chaitanya vs shiloh - I think this is one of the most interesting pairings of the week, but it's pretty hard to predicts against Chaitanya in oras
BW - Guille14 vs ninjadog - better player and more experienced in the tier
Bo3 - Feliburn vs crying - I think crying is the worst opponent for feli due to their crazy builds that could catch him off guard, but I can see it going either way. The best pairing of the week imo and I am pretty excited to see how it goes

SV - Togkey vs kythr - I think they both have similar skill levels and togkey is one of the big names in the tier rn so I am bolding her
SV - NHelioX7 vs devin - idk i don't know the opponent too much and devin is good
SS - GW vs dunoks - more experience in the tier
SM - Xiri vs Ajna - idt I will ever bold against ajna in this tournament so yea
ORAS - lighthouses vs Shaneghoul - diogo is amazing

Bo3 - Danny vs pdt - pdt is doing pretty well lately, has a lot of experience in ss/sm, is a great builder, and is also better as a player in general

SM - Fc vs odr - odr is pretty good in sm and idt fc ever played this tier but fc is still an amazing player and could win this one if the mu is on his side
ORAS - QWILY vs Staxi - teto
BW - Jisoo vs Feaniix - better player and well it's kind of hard to bold against jisoo after what we saw in spl
Bo3 - Punny vs Star - both are super strong players but punny is as good as star and can build for himself which is a huge plus for him
