Choice Scarf Rotom-W can act as a pivot as well as a revenge killer to huge threats such as Gyarados, Sand Rush Excadrill, and Barraskewda, allowing it to fit on many teams. It's great at gaining momentum with Volt Switch because most Ground-types are 2HKOed by Hydro Pump, deterring them from switching in. Trick allows Rotom-W to cripple defensive Pokemon such as Galarian Corsola, Seismitoad, and Ferrothorn. Thunder Wave cripples most offensive threats, including common switch-ins such as Dragapult and Hydreigon, but Will-O-Wisp is nice to spread burns against Pokemon such as Galarian Darmanitan and Dracovish. Thunderbolt can be used over Volt Switch for more consistency against Substitute Gyarados. The given EV spread is used to allow Rotom-W to outspeed and OHKO +1 Gyarados with Volt Switch.

Slow, bulky Pokemon such as Ferrothorn, Clefable, and Reuniclus often switch into Volt Switch, so strong wallbreakers that can take advantage of them such as Life Orb Clefable, Galarian Darmanitan, and Swords Dance Excadrill are often good teammates. Dragon-types such as Dragapult and Hydreigon also typically switch into Rotom-W often, making checks to them such as Clefable and Tyranitar good teammates.

This is the spread everyone's using right now. 44 Special Attack EVs allow Rotom-W to OHKO Gyarados from full, and 2HKO Dynamaxed Gyarados. 216 Speed EVs let Rotom-W outspeed +1 Gyarados.

Choice Scarf Rotom-W can act as a pivot as well as a revenge killer to huge threats such as Gyarados, Sand Rush Excadrill, and Barraskewda, allowing it to fit on many offensive teams. Rotom-W is a good fit on bulkier teams as well, so I don't think the type of teams it fits on has to be specified. It's great at gaining momentum with Volt Switch because most Ground-types are 2HKOed by Hydro Pump, deterring them from switching in. Hydro Pump also 2HKOes Pokemon such as Tyranitar and Gengar. Trick allows Rotom-W to cripple defensive Pokemon such as Galarian Corsola and Ferrothorn. Add Seismitoad. A Seismitoad that is crippled by a Choice Scarf struggles a lot to do its job consistently. Thunder Wave cripples most offensive threats, including common switch-ins such as Dragapult and Hydreigon, but Will-O-Wisp is nice to spread burns against Pokemon such as Choice Band Galarian Darmanitan and Dracovish. Regardless of the set, burning a Galarian Darmanitan is great. The given EV spread is used to allow Rotom-W to outspeed +1 Gyarados, as well as most other unboosted Pokemon in OU. Make sure to change this accordingly.

Slow, bulky Pokemon such as Ferrothorn, Clefable, and Reuniclus often switch into Volt Switch, so strong wallbreakers that can take advantage of them such as Aegislash Hydreigon, Galarian Darmanitan, and Swords Dance Excadrill are often good teammates. Aegislash isn't a particularly strong wallbreaker right now and it's kind of hard to fit onto teams with Rotom-W as well, so I think that Hydreigon's a better example here. Also, Dragon-types such as Dragapult and Hydreigon typically switch into Rotom-W often as well, making checks to them such as Clefable and Tyranitar good teammates.

Mention Thunderbolt for consistency vs Sub Gyara

Hydro Pump also 2HKOes Pokemon such as Tyranitar and Gengar.
Remove this, it's a statement of fact that doesn't really heighten the analysis at all

I'd replace hydreigon for Life Orb Clefable since it has a higher immediate threat level rather than having to set up first to break.

Solid stuff, QC 2/2
