RoA Tour IX begins on June 11th, and this time we're looking for hosts to help us out! If you're unaware of what the RoA Tour is, it's a similar format as the Smogon Tour; a series of live tournaments in the first five OU generations, held on the Smogtours server on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at specific times. If you're looking to host a Smogon Tour in the future, or just want to get more involved with the Ruins of Alph tournament community, don't be afraid to sign up.
The first four weeks, as shown in the schedule below, are now open; to sign up, simply state which dates and times you are willing to host. Please at least try to be available during the times you're signed up for (i.e. don't play the tour you should be hosting), and if you are going to be unavailable please make that known to me as soon as possible. Experienced hosts will generally be given priority over newcomers, although there are plenty of backups to be filled; in previous years, nearly everyone who has signed up has gotten to host eventually, so don't be discouraged. If you're worried about not knowing how to host, there are a ton of great resources and experienced RoA hosts that we can link you to before you get started. It is also highly recommended that you join the RoA discord, as that is where the vast majority of discussion and planning regarding this tournament occurs.
