RMT: First competitive team, advice appreciated!

Been lurking on Smogon for YEARS. Now with the release of X/Y, I have finally decided to join the competitive community and see what all the fuss is about. I have played Pokemon since the release of the originals, but know very little about competitive battling, therefore some critic would be appreciated for the following team that I have recently constructed:

Greninja - Lead Special Spikes
Water/Dark @ Life Orb
Protean (HA) - Modest (SpA+, Att-)
EVs: 4 Hp, 252 SpA, 252 Speed

-Spikes (Move tutor)
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-U-Turn

-Ice Beam Grass and Dragon types.
-Surf Fire types.
-Lay down Spikes.
-U-Turn from Electric.
-Be aware of typing as it changes based on the move you use.

-Leads the team by establishing Spikes and having flexibility with Protean and U-Turn options.

Mega Scizor - Bulky Swords Dance Physical Sweeper
Steel/Bug @ Scizorite
Technician - Adamant (Attack+/SpA-)
EVs: 252 HP, 40 Att, 216 SpD

-Bullet Punch
-Bug Bite
-Swords Dance
-Roost

-Run away from Fire Types that can 4x STAB and Water types with Special Attack.
-Mega on first turn and then spam-dance until Roost is needed.
-Really worried about Talonflame here.
-Should this thing have Defog? I know it's popular on Scizor atm, but does it fit this set/team?

Aegislash - Physical Sweeper
Steel/Ghost @ Leftovers (Healing)
Stance Change - Brave (Attack+/Speed-)
EVs: 252 Att, 252 HP, 4 Def

-King's Shield
-Swords Dance
-Shadow Sneak
-Sacred Sword

-Run away from Fire types.
-So freaking fun!
-Pretty much exactly what every other Aegislash is at the moment, so there isn't much in the way of surprise here.

Gliscor - Sub-Toxic Stall
Ground/Flying @ Toxic Orb
Poison Heal (Hidden) - Impish (Defense+, SpA-)
EVs: 244 HP, 40 Def, 224 Speed)

-Earthquake
-Toxic
-Roost
-Substitute

-Don't let Steel types setup on Gliscor.
-Run away from Ice types.
-Avoid multi-hit moves such as Icicle Spear.
-Never really used this guy before, so there is some skepticism.

Gengar - Sub Disable
Ghost/Poison @ Black Sludge
Levitate - Timid (Speed+, Att-)
EVs: 4 HP, 252 SpA, 252 Speed)

-Substitute
-Disable
-Shadow Ball
-Thunderbolt

-Substitute immediately and then disable the worst move than is used on you (lasts for four turns).
-Try to not get hit at all.
-I usually just roll with a sub+3 setup, but thought I'd give Disable a try.

Alakazam - Special Sweeper
Psychic @ Focus Sash
Magic Guard - Modest (Spa+, Att-)
EVs: 4 HP, 252 SpA, 252 Speed

-Psyshock
-Shadow Ball
-Dazzling Gleam
-Calm Mind

-Focus Sash gives a free Calm Mind to start.
-Psyshock hits defense stat and not special defense.
-Dazzling Gleam for Dragons and Dark types.

-Seriously considered giving the Mega to this or Gengar.

Concerns: I have a Talonflame and it is NASTY. It worries me that Talonflame (or Blaziken for that matter) could wreck this team after getting past Greninja. I also am concerned that the team could be better if I move the mega to Gengar or Alakazam and go with a Choice set on Scizor. The following are other options that I would be very interested in using, even though they may not fit the team:

Volt Switch Jolteon
Tyranitar
Gyarados
Lucario - Hear he is paper thin and just not as fast as my current sweepers
Spikes/Rocks/Whirlwind Skarmory
Venusaur-Charizard X combo
Talonflame
Blaziken
Sub/Punch Breloom
Reiniculus

Thoughts? Ideas? Thanks in advance!
