Ability: Light Power
is a Pre-Contributor
Mind if I get the honor to post an idea for the revival?

Wigglytuff
Type
: Normal/Fairy (Unchanged)
140 / 70 / 55 / 95 / 90 / 55 | BST: 505
New Moves: Calm Mind, Moonblast
Justification: Wigglytuff's BST of 435 is ugly low for a stage 2 evolution, so I buffed most of its stats, especially its Special Defense, so that it is able to function better in at least PU (Wigglytuff was not even viable in PU for information), with Calm Mind for a way to boost without overrelying on Competitive and Moonblast for a more effective STAB than Dazzling Gleam. Although its physical bulk is still weak, its special bulk should not be underestimated, at least in lower tier. It also maintained its other useful tools such as Stealth Rock, Reflect/Light Screen with Light Clay, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Perish Song and Wish.

All of the Eeveelutions (except Eevee)
New Moves are Surf, Waterfall, Wild Charge, Thunderbolt, Flare Blitz, Flamethrower, Zen Headbutt, Psychic, Crunch (including for Umbreon itself), Dark Pulse, Leaf Blade, Giga Drain, Icicle Crash (including for Glaceon itself), Ice Beam, Play Rough (including for Sylveon itself) and Moonblast. Both Espeon and Umbreon also learns Reflect and Light Screen.

One of the reasons why none of the Eeveelutions are viable in OU is because their learnset in general are very one-note. The expanded attacking moveset for each of the Eeveelutions allows them to have a more versatile coverage (and in Umbreon's case, some more ways to support their team). Although most of the Eeveelutions' abilities works fine, one of Flareon, Umbreon and Glaceon's abilities had to be changed for the better as well. Seriously, such a huge coverage is nothing like other single-typed Pokemon's learnset! Be warned, as none of them (except Flareon's Flare Blitz, and even so the recoil damage can be no good without support) are particularly strong.

Flareon: Guts > Contrary
Guts is no use on Flareon as, since it is a Fire-type, it cannot be burned and Toxic Orb is not a good alternative. It got replaced by Contrary for one thing; Superpower. Flareon of all Eeveelution can learn Superpower, and it may as well finally make good use of it, slowly but surely increasing its Attack and Defense for a snowball sweeping. Unlike Serperior and Poliwrath + Contrary, Flareon is still slow have no ways to increase its Speed via contrary making it easy to revenge kill (especially on the special side), and its Physical bulk remains weak until after some Superpower as well. Rock weakness means that Stealth Rock will also cripple it if not handling Flareon carefully.

Umbreon: Inner Focus > Magic Guard
Giving Magic Guard allows Umbreon to not worry about the likes of Toxic, Spikes + Stealth Rock, and more. This allows Umbreon to play support much better without the need of getting another Typing, allowing Umbreon to stay as a unique Dark-type that serves as a wall. Inner Focus is far too situational for Umbreon to make real good use of.

Glaceon: Snow Cloak > Slush Rush, can learn Nasty Plot
This is to make Glaceon more in-line with Leafeon (x2 Speed under a weather and a set-up move) and, considering its increased coverage, it is now able to fend off most of Steel-types thanks to Flamethrower.

With the Eeveelutions' new tools, they will perform at least quite better, and in the case of the (PU) tiered Flareon, Leafeon and Glaceon, might finally perform better in at least PU itself.
