Well, this'll be exciting. On the one side we have, uhh... Reli... no, Revij... Reviloja753, with a relatively balanced team composition. You'd be surprised how much damage Eevee can deal sometimes -- I still have one that refuses to evolve, and it performs surprisingly well.
"Evolving is for losers! I'm already awesome!"

Yeah, sure, whatever you say. Meanwhile, Geodude6 brought three Fire-Types! I like mono-type teams as much as anybody, but unfortunately I don't think that particular typing is going to do you any favors this match. But hey, what do I know? Surprise me.

Each impact rocks the Litwick's small body back and forth, the wisp on its head peeling away on the wind. By the time Litwick recovers its composure, its fire has already burned out to a spark!

Litten bursts out of its Poke Ball with an instantaneous Fake Out that catches Vulpix off-guard! After some brief hesitation, Vulpix retaliates with a sinister pulse of energy. Dismissively, Litten makes no attempt to dodge the attack, and after being hit makes a show of cleaning its fur nonchalantly. How rude! Furious, Vulpix ignores its Trainer's orders and bowls over its tormentor with a crude tackle. Total chaos -- the match quickly dissolves into a tangle of kicking and scratching and biting, which, to Vulpix's dismay, favors the more-athletic Litten and its dreadfully sharp fangs. A savage "Crunch!" can be heard before Vulpix disengages, fuming with indignation.

Vulpix's paws get right to work digging, and before you know it all six of her bushy tails have vanished underground! Litten leaps towards the tunnel's opening, claws unsheathed, but not before Vulpix kicks back some dirt to quickly cover up the entry-hole. Nothing left for Litten to do now but wait...

Curled up in her makeshift den, Vulpix grows restless. Unable to see and barely able to hear, she imagines what might be going on above-ground. As she does, though, her bitter emotions get the best of her; she thinks back to the Litten's cruel mocking with rage in her heart. How Litten must be laughing at her right now while she cowers in this dirty hovel! How shameful! With strained breaths, she scrambles back to the surface. Litten is surprised by the sudden re-appearance, but not too surprised to attack.

"Vulpix, use Dig!" Her trainer's voice snaps her back to her senses. What was she thinking!? She quickly digs another tunnel. No time to lose -- at this rate, she'll be lucky to survive to the end of the round. This time she plans her attack carefully. She may not be able to see, but she can still use the heat signature given off by the Fire-Type Litten to track him with pinpoint accuracy. A little to the left, and... There!! Just as planned, she re-emerges right underneath Litten. It's a short-lived victory, though, since Litten hits back with a vengeance. It seems her attack maybe wasn't such a surprise this time around.
