I've looked in the Battle Thread and don't see any mention of a 1v1 with TIO. Would one of you post the rules, please? Anyway the mons are here.

An open volcano, in which there is a very large pool of lava. Falling into said pool deals 50 fire damage an action. The air is thin, and the terrain rocky. There is some plant life, but it is uncommon. There are no water sources within a mile.
Why not? Accepting the above.

IF Damaging Fire move, use Counter and push actions back
 
Flame charge+Headbutt in an attempt to knock Karrablast into the volcano, followed by cooldown and then Fire punch, unless Karrablast is in the lava, in which case use substitute.
WC 1 is not going to help you here...
