<158 Anything Paralyzed

Can't the top few agility users beat that? Paralyzed +2 Aerodactyl and +2 Jolteon should outspeed Rhydon, which is slightly notable.

Also, you should probably remove all the utterly unviable Pokemon. Don't need to be as strict as later gens since it's not going to get too big even if you include the fairly questionable Pokemon, since there are only 151 and no EVs(kinda, but everything hax max so can be ignored)/nature to change speed with. Get rid of Farfetch'd level things at least.

Note that if you use Agility after being paralyzed, you have +2 as if you were never paralyzed at all. So it's only relevant to the list if they are paralyzed while they were already at +2.

also having the list for agility is unnecessary, as nothing on that list is slower than anything on any of the other lists. And there are no +1 speed boosts.

Also if it were me I would divide the tiers at Exeggutor, not Chansey.

[edit] - Oh I see +2 Porygon.. Really, in RBY, that just is not necessary..

Actually yeah i agree with hip...if you have used Agility you'll be faster than anything that didn't also use Agility, end of story.

Okay, I'll remove the Agility Pokemon and the paralyzed, and make the cutoff at executor's 55. I'm also going to add crit chances. I would apreciate it if you would html it after I add the crit chances.

Oh, also the chance to ch with a high ch move never goes above 99.6%

So yeah a random number between 0 and 255 has to be under base_speed / 2. Ok, yeah the calculations are right because they have used half base over 256, except in the case where it maxes out, when it needs to be 99.6%

Sorry I missed that before.

[edit] - actually some of these actually arent exactly correct. Its int(base _speed / 2) So anything with an odd base speed is off by a couple of percentage points.
