I've noticed that there aren't any opportunities for Random Battle tutor positions. While teambuilding is obviously something that requires more obvious attention, playing across all the generations of Random Battles in ROA's and other roomtours has taught me that each of the generations of traditional Random Battles has their own intricacies, and each requires certain playstyles different from each other. Obviously, the randomness of each player's team also forces players to hone the skills of adaptability and reading in ways unlike with teambuilding formats. There is a lot to learn to become a master of Random Battles, and as such I feel that there is ample reason to have Random Battles tutor positions on Smogon.
